Abstract

Ekonomi adalah segala sesuatu yang diperlukan manusia untuk mempertahankan kebutuhan hidup. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dimana masyarakat sudah mengenal teknologi dengan adanya pinjaman online demi memenuhi kebutuhan ekonominya. Pinjaman online tak lagi menjadi asing bagi masyarakat, dapat dilakukan dimana saja dan kapan saja serta maraknya kasus pinjaman online memberikan dampak yang negatif untuk masyarakat. Sarana modern yang memberikan kemudahan untuk melakukan minjam-meminjam menimbulkan banyak problem di masyarakat. Kepopuleran pinjaman online dapat dimanfaatkan oleh orang-orang untuk keuntungan pribadi. Dalam hukum islam pinjaman online hukumnya sah jika syarat dan rukunnya terlaksana dan berdasarkan perjanjian. Namun, islam juga mengajarkan bahwa hendaknya apabila bisa untuk tidak perlu melakukan pinjaman tersebut.

Abstract

The economy is everything that humans need to maintain the necessities of life.  Along with the times where people are familiar with technology with online loans to meet their economic needs.  Online loans are no longer foreign to the public, they can be done anywhere and anytime and the rise of online loan cases has a negative impact on society.  Modern facilities that make it easy to borrow and borrow cause many problems in society.  The popularity of online loans can be used by people for personal gain.  In Islamic law, online loans are legal if the terms and conditions are carried out and based on an agreement.  However, Islam also teaches that if you can, you should not need to make the loan.

Abstract

The low student learning outcomes in mathematics may be caused by the selection of an inappropriate learning model. To be able to help students understand learning mathematics, it is necessary to take action that can improve learning outcomes. As an effort to improve student learning outcomes, this study used the STAD-type Cooperative Learning model with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR). The purpose of this study is to determine the increase in student learning outcomes in mathematics before and after being given action in the form of applying the STAD-type Cooperative Learning model. Based on the findings that have been analyzed, there is an increase in learning outcomes in cycle I, namely during initial observations the average student learning outcomes in mathematics only amounted to 53.3. After the implementation of the first cycle of learning, student learning outcomes began to increase with an average value of 69.3. However, this increase tends to be still below the targeted completeness criteria. So earning was carried out again in cycle II. During the implementation of cycle II, it experienced an increase, namely an average value of 81.1 was obtained so that it could be declared "Completed" because it had achieved the targeted completeness criteria. Thus it can be concluded that the STAD Cooperative Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics.
