Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Performance of the Regional Civil Service, Education and Training Agency of Kotabaru Regency in the provision of services in the field of staffing, education and training to all civil servants in the Regency Government based on indicators of Productivity, service quality and accountability are in the category of Good Enough . The Performance of the Regional Civil Service, Education and Training Agency in the District of Kotabaru in the provision of services in the field of staffing, education and training to all civil servants within the Regency Government is influenced by factors in the availability of reliable Human Resources (HR), facilities and infrastructure, proportional budget and adequate.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of the promotion, to know the constraints faced and to know the efforts made by the company to overcome the constraints faced. The method of study used is a descriptive method. As for Key informant or key informant is the operational manager and the helper informant is the Branc manager. The techniques used in data collection are: interviews, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique that researchers use is qualitative analysis. The results showed that: the promotion implementation of PT. Megah Profitamas is conducted through advertising (advertising), personal Selling, sales promotion, PR (publicity) and direct marketing ( Direct Marketing), the obstacles faced by PT. Mitra Megah Profitamas In its promotional activities are: In general, support or funding from the center is still very minimal, especially for advertising and sales promotion activities, other activities Personal selling and publicity is still not optimal, while the efforts made by PT. Mitra Megah Profitamas related constraints encountered in the implementation of the promotion is to utilize as much as possible advertising activities through Radio good Smart FM J Radio. The selection of time and the broadcast period is selected and adjusted to the existing financial condition, even if it is necessary for the frequency to be selected in certain months. Similarly, the sales promotion is syndidate with the activities of local government, private and community, for publicity improves cooperation on various parties and trains the ability of employees to have the ability to release news from Company activities. It is advisable that advertising efforts through local television or radio media and personal selling activities need to be done directly with the potential companies in the form of MOU so that each visit made by PT. Mitra Megah Profitamas Already well-programmatic. For sales promotion and publicity is synching to the activities or the District agenda and private agenda, so the cost is lower.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which services and promotions have been carried out by the Division of Clinics and Pharmacies at PT. Deva Mitra Abadi and to find out what factors are obstacles in service and promotion and how efforts are being made to overcome these obstacles.This type of research is qualitative with a research focus on service issues and promotion implementation. The data sources are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and observation. statistical formulas and only describe or describe problems qualitatively, even if there are numerical data, they are only supporting figures from qualitative analysis.The results of the study indicate that the service is carried out through the dimensions of Tangible, Reliability, Reliability, Responsiveness, Guarantee and certainty, and Empathy. direct marketing to conduct sales transactions either through personal media such as mobile phones, washApp, instagram, facebook, email and until now do not have a website. The obstacles that many face in terms of promotional activities are the lack of funds, limited personal selling personnel, do not have cooperation with agencies The government, especially public hospitals and private hospitals, has a strategic location, but it is not yet densely populated so that it is not optimal in disseminating information to the surrounding community. Abstract

The purpose of the research is to know the development of Ojek line, knowing the factors that inhibit the development of Ojek on line and to know the factors that support the development of Ojek on line in Banjarmasin CityThis research uses descriptive methods. Key informant in this case is the employee who came from the Department of Communication and Informatics of Banjarmasin City, while the informant is the users of taxi services on line and the perpetrator Ojek on line. To sharpen research derived from two sources, sourced from primary data, primary data obtained from interviews with key informant and informant, so that the data according to the problems studied, the second source is the data seconder. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of discipline and workmotivation of employees, to determine the factors that hinder the implementation ofdiscipline and work motivation of the employees of Vocational High SchoolBanjarbaru.The method used is descriptive. Data collection techniques are observations,interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use qualitative analysis.The results showed that the implementation of discipline and motivation was carriedout starting from discipline on working hours and teaching schedules, motivatingteachers and education personnel with incentives, conducting surveillance internallyand externally, implementing sanctions in the form of incentive cuts. For theimplementation of motivation, it is carried out by providing a salary according to theminimum wage, giving bonuses in the form of food allowance, overtime pay andother incentives, adequate work facilities, career paths, awards in the form of praise.The constraints faced in implementing discipline and motivation are the limitednumber of teachers and education personnel, the quality is not optimal, thecoordination of educators and education personnel needs to be improved and thework discipline is not maximal. Whereas alternative solutions to overcome theconstraint factor are increasing the number of permanent teachers throughappointment or through requests for assistance from Dpk PNS Teachers orcollaborating with other Public or Private Vocational Schools that have the samecurriculum, improving the quality of employees through Education and Trainingconducted by the Government and Programmed Education and Training. itself,building intensive communication through various media and creating or refining jobindicators to facilitate monitoring and evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Distribution andPromotion) of LPG, to find out what obstacles are faced and what alternative solutionscan be done related to the constraints faced.This research uses a descriptive method. Sources of data used in this study are primarydata and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are through observation,interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitativedata analysis technique.The results showed that, the marketing mix carried out by PT. Citra Karunia Ilahi is theselection of products marketed, namely subsidized and non-subsidized LPG GasProducts. Non-subsidized LPG Gas products include 5.5 Kg LPG Gas, 12 KG LPG Gas,and 12 KG LPG Bright Gas, then the application of varying prices, for the price of 5.5Kg refill cylinders is priced at Rp. 65,000, LPG 12 Kg Rp. 142,000, and LPG 12 KgBright gas Rp. 145,000. PT. Citra Karunia Divine distributes Non-subsidized LPG GasProducts to gas stations, minimarkets, subsidized LPG Gas Bases, MSMEs, Institutionsand to the public directly, while the promotion is carried out by means of promotionsthrough banners/banners, and promotions for holidays. The obstacles faced are the lackof purchasing power and public interest in non-subsidized LPG Gas, and the PromotionStrategy is still not intensive, while the Alternative Solution that can be applied is byconducting a tube loan trial program, and using Digital Marketing and Promotionstrategies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance of the Parliement Secretariat staff, to find out the efforts that have been made to improve employee performance and to find out the obstacles found in improving employee performanceThis study uses a qualitative approach. qualitative approach is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of systematic explanations of the research conducted. With a qualitative approach, the researcher conducts research on a scientific setting, meaning the researcher sees the reality in the field. In this case the researcher observed the efforts made to improve the performance of the Banjar Regency Council secretariat staff.The results showed that the factors that influenced the performance of the Banjar Regency DPRD Secretariat employees were seen from the ability consisting of education, the employees were mostly high school educated, training followed only based on duties and responsibilities, motivation of non-permanent employees based on the benefits received did not meet life necessities, supervision carried out is informal, that is by giving direction only, the condition of facilities and infrastructure is still inadequate to support work, and the physical condition of the work environment is still under repair. Efforts that have been made to improve employee performance are by participating in training, giving motivation, improving the physical condition of the work environment and procuring computers and providing an opportunity to be able to continue formal education to a higher level. Keywords : Factors, performance, parliement secretariate staff

Abstract

The "Melati" Women's Social Institution of South Kalimantan Province carries out social rehabilitation in the form of social guidance activities and skills guidance for socio-economic vulnerable women. The "Melati" Women's Social Institution of South Kalimantan Province has a fairly good performance in providing social guidance and skills guidance to women who are socio-economically vulnerable. All indicators used to measure the performance of social guidance and skills guidance carried out by the "Melati" Women's Social Institution of South Kalimantan Province, namely productivity, service quality and accountability, showed good performance results.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Kapuas Regency and to determine the effect of work ethic on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Kapuas Regency. The method in this research is quantitative research, with a population of employees of the Ministry of Religion Office of Kapuas Regency, amounting to 57 people. The sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, direct interviews, documentation, and observation. While the data analysis technique uses inferential statistical analysis and multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that the first hypothesis which states partially between motivation influences the performance of the employees of the Ministry of Religion Office of Kapuas Regency because based on the results of the t-test it is known that t count> t Table. Turns out to be proven true. This is supported by the results of research using the statistical test of t hit> t table which is 2.868> t-table of 1.688, while the second hypothesis which states partially between work ethics influences the performance of the employees of the Ministry of Religion Office of Kapuas Regency because based on the test results t note that t arithmetic> t Table. turns out to be proven true. This is supported by the results of research using the statistical test of t hit> t table, namely 2.205> t-table of 1.688. Abtraksi: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kapuas dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kapuas. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan populasi Pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kapuas yang berjumlah 57 orang. teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan “proporsional stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan Kuesioner, wawancara langsung, dokumentasi dan observasi. Sedangkan teknik analisa datanya menggunakan analisa statistic inferensial dan uji Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hipotesis pertama yang menyatakan secara secara parsial antara Motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kapuas karena berdasarkan hasil uji t diketahui bahwa t hitung> t Tabel.ternyata terbukti kebenarannya. Hal ini didukung dengan hasil penelitian yang menggunakan uji statistik dari t hit > t tabel yakni2.868> t-Tabel sebesar 1.688, sedangkan Hipotesis kedua yang menyatakan secara parsial antara Etos Kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kapuas karena berdasarkan hasil uji t diketahui bahwa t hitung> t Tabel.ternyata terbukti kebenarannya. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find out how the policy for the placement of Civil Servants in Structural Positions in the Regional Secretariat of Kapuas Regency and the factors in the placement of Civil Servants in structural positions. This research method is descriptive with data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation, while the data analysis technique is qualitative analysis. The results of the study indicate that the policy on employee placement is that in general the placement of employees in structural positions is good. However, it is still not optimal because there are still aspects that need to be considered, namely knowledge, namely the placement of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Kapuas Regency in terms of the knowledge aspect is quite good. However, there are still things that need to be considered, namely the suitability of formal education and work experience with the position they hold, the aspect of work skills is quite good, but it is still necessary to improve skills in the field of technology considering that now all are using technology in managing data. Then pay attention to employees who are still working just waiting for orders from their superiors without wanting to innovate at work, aspects of work ability are good, but they still have to pay attention to timeliness in completing, although sometimes the obstacles are work facilities that are not supportive, personality aspects are good, interest Employee work needs to be considered in the placement of employees so that employee morale can increase in completing the assigned tasks. Keywords: Civil Servant Placement Abstraksi: Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana kebijakan penempatan Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Jabatan Struktural di Lingkungan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kapuas serta faktor-faktor dalam penempatan Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Jabatan struktural. Metode Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya adala observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisa datanya adalah analisa kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan penempatan pegawai bahwa secara umum penempatan pegawai pada jabatan struktural sudah baik. Namun masih belum optimal karena masih terdapat aspek-aspek yang perlu diperhatikan, yaitu pengetahuan yaitu penempatan pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kapuas ditinjau dari aspek pengetahuan sudah cukup baik. Akan tetapi masih ada hal yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu kesesuaian pendidikan formal dan pengalaman kerja dengan jabatan yang dipangkunya, aspek keterampilan kerja sudah cukup baik, tetapi masih perlu meningkatkan keterampilan dibidang teknologi mengingat sekarang semua sudah menggunakan teknologi dalam mengelola data. Kemudian memperhatikan pegawai yang masih bekerja hanya menunggu perintah atasan saja tanpa ingin berinovasi dalam bekerja, aspek kemampuan kerja sudah baik, tetapi masih harus memperhatikan ketepatan waktu dalam menyelesaikan, walaupun kadang yang menjadi kendala adalah fasilitas kerja yang kurang mendukung, aspek kepribadian sudah baik, minat kerja pegawai perlu diperhatikan dalam penempatan pegawai sehingga semangat kerja pegawai dapat meningkat dalam menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan. Kata Kunci: Penempatan Pegawai Negeri Sipil
