Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence sales at PT. Mitra Keluarga Sehat Banjarmasin, looking for inhibiting factors and looking for alternative solutions or efforts made in overcoming these obstacles. The research method is descriptive method / Data collection technique is done through observation, direct interview and documentation, while the data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis, because without using certain statistical or formula data in the discussion. The results of the study show that the factors that influence sales at PT. Mitra Keluarga Sehat are price factors, product availability, consumer internal conditions, drug selling prices, promotion, distribution and service. For inhibiting factors there are two, namely internally and externally inhibiting factors. Internal inhibiting factors include limited storage space, limited transportation equipment, lack of labor, and lack of coordination between employees, while external constraints include government policies that limit the purchase of suppliers out of province, strong competitors, and internal consumer conditions. Alternative solutions to overcome the inhibiting factors internally to maximize warehouse utilization or build new warehouses, cooperate with transportation service providers, strengthen information systems and coordinate employees, appoint contract employees in accordance with the company's capabilities. For alternative solutions, external barriers need to be adapted and find opportunities for cooperation with similar companies in other provinces and build relationships and intensive communication with consumers through personal approaches and ease of payment. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penjualan pada PT. Mitra Keluarga Sehat Banjarmasin, mencari faktor penghambat dan mencari alternatif solusi atau upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi hambatan tersebut.. Metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif/ Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara langsung dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisa datanya menggunakan analisa kualitatif, karena tanpa menggunakan data statistik atau rumus tertentu dalam pembahasannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penjualan pada PT. Mitra Keluarga Sehat adalah faktor harga, ketersediaan produk, keadaan internal konsumen, harga jual obat, promosi, distribusi dan pelayanan. Untuk faktor penghambat ada dua yaitu secara internal dan faktor penghambat secara eksternal. Faktor penghambat internal meliputi keterbatasan gudang penyimpanan, keterbatasan alat transportasi, kurangnya tenaga kerja, serta kurangnya koordinasi antar karyawan, sedangkan faktor penghambat external meliputi kebijakan pemerintah yang membatasi pembelian supplier keluar provinsi, pesaing yang kuat, serta keadaan internal konsumen. Alternatif solusi mengatasi faktor penghambat secara internal memaksimalkan pemanfaatan gudang atau membangun gudang baru, bekerjasama dengan penyedia jasa angkutan, memperkuat sistem informasi dan koordinasi karyawan, mengangkat karyawan kontrak sesuai dengan kemampuan perusahaan. Untuk alternatif solusi hambatan eksternal perlu dilakukan adaptasi dan dicarikan peluang kerjasama dengan perusahaan sejenis di provinsi lain dan membangun hubungan dan komunikasi yang intensif dengan konsumen melalui pendekatan personal dan kemudahan pembayaran

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out about the implementation of training and compensation at PT. Bumi Sumber Karya, to find out the inhibiting factors for the implementation of training and compensation and to provide alternative solutions to overcome these inhibiting factors. The research method used was descriptive with data analysis techniques using qualitative analysis The results of the study showed the implementation of training on PT. Bumi Resources works made through on the job training and of the job training. For in the job training such as training of drivers and operation of the machine and the operation of GPS and related applications. For of the job training include certification training of the head of mine engineering and trainings of member Port. The implementation of compensation covers financial, which is principal salary, job allowance, achievement wages, health benefits, feast day allowance, dining allowances, work transport, production allowances, leave money, MES employees, recreational facilities along the tour, While financial compensation includes the granting of Charter awards and verbal recognition through certain forums. The implementation of the training is the information and frequency of the training implementation, especially that held by other parties erratic time, employee loyalty, the time of training with target work is sometimes unbalanced and budget funds Limited. The blocking implementation factor is a technical problem and there is no raw regulation in the provision of benefits. Alternative solution Overcoming training and compensation factors is proactive looking for information or cooperation with third parties, increasing employee loyalty, synergity between training with target achievement. Need a priority program for training. For compensation needs to be made the standard of reward from achieving more targets and there must be a basic regulation of the provision of benefits-allowances so more guaranteed certainty. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pelaksanaan diklat dan pemberian kompensasi pada PT. Bumi sumber karya, untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat pelaksanaan diklat dan pemberian kompensasi serta untuk memberikan alternatif solusi mengatasi faktor penghambat tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan teknik analisa data menggunakan analisa kualitatif Hasil penelitian menunjukan Pelaksanaan diklat pada PT. Bumi sumber karya selama ini dilakukan melalui on the job training dan of the job training. Untuk in the job training seperti diklat pengemudi dan pengoperasian alat berat dan pengoperasian GPS dan aplikasi terkait. Untuk of the job training meliputi pelatihan sertifikasi kepala teknik tambang dan diklat ahli kepelabuhanan. Pelaksanaan kompensasi meliputi Finansial yaitu gaji pokok, tunjangan jabatan, upah prestasi, tunjangan kesehatan, tunjangan hari raya, tunjangan makan, transport kerja, tunjangan produksi, uang cuti, mes karyawan, sarana olah ragaserta wisata bersama, sedangkan kompensasi finansial meliputi pemberian piagam penghargaan dan pengakuan-pengakuan secara lisan melalui forum tertentu. Faktor penghambat pelaksanaan diklat adalah informasi dan frekwensi pelaksanaan diklat terutama yang diselenggarakan pihak lain waktunya tidak menentu, Loyalitas Karyawan, Waktu diklat dengan target pekerjaan kadang belum seimbang dan Anggaran dana terbatas. Faktor Penghambat Pelaksanaan Kompensasi adalah masalah teknis dan belum ada peraturan baku dalam pemberian tunjangan. Alternatif Solusi Mengatasi Faktor Penghambat Diklat dan Kompensasi adalah Proaktif mencari informasi atau menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak ke tiga, Meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan, Melakukan sinergitas antara diklat dengan pencapaian target. Perlu program prioritas untuk diklat. Untuk kompensasi perlu dibuat standar pemberian reward dari pencapaian target yang lebih dan harus ada peraturan baku adanya pemberian Tunjangan-tunjangan jadi lebih menjamin kepastian.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Discipline and Workload on Employee Performance with Mediation of Motivation on Employees of the Administrative Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province aims to determine the description of discipline, workload, motivation, and performance and to examine the effect of discipline and workload on employee performance mediated with employee motivation. This study uses a quantitative research sample of as many as 30 respondents—data collection using questionnaires and documentation. In comparison, data analysis uses path analysis assisted by SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study indicate that the work discipline variable (X1) has no effect on employee performance, workload variable (X2) affects employee performance (Y), work discipline variable (X1) does not affect motivation (Z), workload (X2 ) affect work motivation (Z), work motivation (Z) affect employee performance (Y), work discipline (X1) does not affect performance (Y) with the mediation of work motivation (Z), workload (X2) affects performance ( Y ) with work motivation mediation (Z).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the competence of Human Resources at PT. Main Vistra, to find out the obstacles faced in fulfilling employee competencies and the efforts or alternative solutions faced. To obtain valid data in research using descriptive methods. Data collection techniques using documentation, observation, and interviews, with qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the human resource competencies at PT. Vistra Utama started with the recruitment process, which included administrative tests, written selection, and interviews, then continued with placement and development. Furthermore, the efforts made or alternative solutions that need to be made related to increasing competence are the need for cooperation with associations in the field of martial arts within the Banjarmasin City community in terms of recruiting prospective outsourced employees,  carrying out the On The Job Training and briefings held by PT Vistra Utama and Conduct work evaluation every six months or once a year.
