Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and workload on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bima City. The high workload at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bima City can be seen that every month they have a target that must be achieved. This research is included in the category of associative research using a quantitative approach with a sample of 47 people. Based on the results of the partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test) it can be said that there is a positive and significant influence on career development on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bima City. If career development and workload decrease, employee performance will also decrease.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, performance allowance and leadership on employee performance at the Bima City BKKBN Office. This research is included in the category of associative research using a quantitative approach. The number of samples is 32 people using the Purposive Sampling technique with the criteria that only employees are civil servants at the Bima City BKKBN office. Based on the results of the partial test (t test) shows that there is a positive and significant effect on the variable of job promotion on employee performance. Variables of performance allowances and leadership have no effect on employee performance at the Bima City BKKBN Office. But simultaneously (simultaneously) all variables have a significant effect on employee performance at the Bima City BKKBN Office

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Working Capital Turnover, Current Ratio Dan Debt To Equity Ratio terhadap Return On Equity baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah data laporan keuangan perusahan selama 34 tahun (1989-2022), sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu data laporan keuangan perusahaan selama 15 tahun (2008-2022) dan teknik sampling yang di gunakan adalah purposive sampling. Jenis data penelitian menggunakan data kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder. Tekhnik Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan alat analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis data yang telah dilakukan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa secara parsial working capital turnover dan debt to equity ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return on equity dan secara parsial current ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return on equity. Begitupun secara simultan diperoleh hasil bahwa working Capital turnover, current ratio dan debt to equity ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return on equity pada PT Japfa Indonesia Tbk.
