Abstract

Posisi strategi Kelurahan Dodu dengan potensi sumber daya alam khusus nya pertanian dan perkebunan menjadi daya tarik ekonomis untuk menambah penghasilan masyarakat. Selama ini, masyarakat belum terbiasa memanfaatkan limbah rumah tangga maupun potensi sumber daya sekitar untuk menghasilkan produk yang lebih bernilai ekonomis. Penyelenggaraan KKN tematik membangun desa bertujuan untuk membangun kesadaran kritis masyarakat dalam rangka membangun komunitas (desa) yang lebih partisipatif dan mampu menemukan gagasan-gagasan kreatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh mahasiswa KKN STIE Bima Angkatan-19 di kelurahan Dodu dibagi menjadi empat tahap yaitu; observasi, persiapan, pelaksanaan dan monitoring serta evaluasi. Pupuk organik cair dibuat menggunakan bahan bersumber dari limbah rumah tangga berupa air cucian beras, nasi basi dan sisa sayuran/kulit buah. Semua bahan perlu penambahan EM4 sebagai katalisator dalam pembuatan pupuk organic cair. Limbah yang sudah tidak memiliki nilai ekonomis lagi, namun limbah tersebut akan memiliki nilai guna dan dapat dimanfaatkan kembali apabila diolah menjadi produk yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Kata kunci: Pelatihan, pupuk, pemanfaatan limbah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and workload on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bima City. The high workload at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bima City can be seen that every month they have a target that must be achieved. This research is included in the category of associative research using a quantitative approach with a sample of 47 people. Based on the results of the partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test) it can be said that there is a positive and significant influence on career development on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bima City. If career development and workload decrease, employee performance will also decrease.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, performance allowance and leadership on employee performance at the Bima City BKKBN Office. This research is included in the category of associative research using a quantitative approach. The number of samples is 32 people using the Purposive Sampling technique with the criteria that only employees are civil servants at the Bima City BKKBN office. Based on the results of the partial test (t test) shows that there is a positive and significant effect on the variable of job promotion on employee performance. Variables of performance allowances and leadership have no effect on employee performance at the Bima City BKKBN Office. But simultaneously (simultaneously) all variables have a significant effect on employee performance at the Bima City BKKBN Office

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Locus Of Control on Job Satisfaction at Grapari Telkomsel, Bima City. Where there are still many assignments that are outside of the field or expertise, so the employee needs time to adjust or learn more about the assigned task. This research is included in the category of associative research using a quantitative approach. The number of samples is 34 employees who work at Grapari Telkomsel, Bima City. Based on the results of the partial test (t test) shows that there is a positive and significant effect on the LOC variable on job satisfaction of Grapari Telkomsel Telkomsel employees in Bima City. Further development of further research variables can be developed by including compensation and performance allowance variables in order to assess employee performance satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to ascertain how Employee morale is rewarded and punished by the Bima Regency's office of population control, family planning, child protection, and women's empowerment. 36 individuals—all Asn employees—were chosen for the sample using purposive sampling. According to According to the multiple regression test's findings, each unit increase in the reward variable will have a 0.316 influence on work morale while each unit increase in the punishment variable would have a 0.498 influence. impact. 0.58 is the correlation coefficient. indicates that the dependent variable's relationship to the independent variable is only marginal. 33.6% is the coefficient of determination's value.
