Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the professional career path of nurses at the Manimeri Health Center, Teluk Bintuni Regency, West Papua Province. The research method used is qualitative research. The results obtained four themes: understanding of the career of professional nurses, the implementation of clinical authority has not been based on the career path of clinical nurses, nurses' expectations in evaluating the performance of career paths, obstacles faced in developing a professional nurse career path. In conclusion, the process of understanding the Clinical Nurse felt by the participants was not by the procedure; the career path determination process carried out at the Manimeri Health Center was not by the procedure, so the duties and authorities of each level of the Clinical Nurse should be different according to their jurisdiction, in the field implementation it is not by Clinical Nurse level, caused by the fact that every time there is a nursing action, it is not always the level of PK that should be. Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) is a pandemic caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARSCoV-2). Students are able to carry out Evidence-Based Practice, formulate and analyze journals about snakes and ladders and Covid-19 as well as health education. This research method is a systematic review. By searching for journals according to the keyword The Effect of Modified Snakes and Ladders Game on Knowledge Levels of the Covid-19 Health Protocol and Health Education for School Children. Articles are searched through Pro-quest and scholar. The number of articles obtained was 449 articles, after being sorted using a prism, 10 articles were obtained. The modification of the snake and ladder game can provide attachment to players with instructions through educational content about health protocols, player involvement has been tested significantly with the play content variable being the dominant aspect that affects the involvement of children's participants. Snakes and ladders can also be used for other health promotion programs in the health sector, nutrition education using snakes and ladders media materials can produce significant changes in children's knowledge. The promotional media are very interesting and enthusiastic so that the children enjoy their educational process properly. This study is intended to be a reference material for nurses or health workers in developing learning media about snakes and ladders regarding the COVID-19 health protocol.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a design model for family empowerment in treating patients with type 2 DM in the working area of EMC Cikarang Hospital. This study uses a qualitative design with an action research approach through two stages of implementation, namely experimental phenomenology and focused group discussions (FGD). The results of this study identified four themes, namely: (1) Family knowledge about Diabetes Militus; (2) the role of the family in caring for DM patients (DM diet management, OAD consumption regulation at home (PMO), DM wound treatment, and monitoring blood sugar levels); (3) the role of the family when they find out that a family member has DM; and (4) Supportive examination of DM patients. In conclusion, family empowerment can change the attitudes and behavior of patients by empowering families who can assist in the form of self-care for DMT2 patients so that the quality of self-care in DMT2 patients becomes better and improves the patient's health status on an ongoing basis. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of wellness coaching with the smiling model on adherence to fluid intake restrictions and kidney function in CRF patients undergoing hemodialysis at the Hemodialysis Installation at Puri Asih Karawang General Hospital. This research is a quasi-experimental study using a pre-test and post-test design with a control group design. The results showed that before the intervention, the abnormal kidney function (urea) group had a higher pre-test, namely 20 respondents (87%), and in the urea control group, there were 18 respondents (78.3%). The creatinine values for the intervention group and the control group were almost comparable to typical values, namely, 17 respondents (73.9) in the intervention group and 18 respondents (82.6%) in the control group. As for after the intervention, it can be seen that after the intervention in the intervention group, most of the kidney function of urea was higher, namely 18 respondents (78.3%), and in the urea control group, there were 13 respondents (56.5%). The creatinine value for the intervention and control groups was dominated by average values, namely 16 respondents (69.6%) and 19 respondents (82.6%). In conclusion, there is an effect of wellness coaching on compliance with fluid intake restrictions and no impact on kidney function. Still, there is no difference in adherence and kidney function between the intervention and control groups. Keywords: Coaching Wellness, Kidney Function, Compliance, Smile Model

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of clinical supervision with an academic model on the performance of implementing nurses at Sekarwangi Hospital, Sukabumi Regency. The method used in this research uses quantitative research with the type of quasi-experiment research. The results of this study for the unpaired t-test obtained a p-value of 0.000 in the control group. The intervention and unpaired t-test received the p-value in the intervention group were 0.334, and in the control group, the p-value was 0.334. In conclusion, there is a difference in the average performance of the implementing nurse before the supervision of the academic model is carried out. In the intervention group and the control group, there was no difference in the average performance of the implementing nurses after supervision of the academic model between the intervention and control groups, and there was no relationship between the level of education, length of service, motivation, and perceptions with the performance of the implementing nurses. While standard antenatal care and stunting amounted to 17 respondents (35.4%), routine antenatal care and stunting amounted to 17 respondents (35.4%). The statistical test obtained a significant value (p-value) of 0.002. In conclusion, there is an important influence between the nutritional status of pregnant women and antenatal care on the incidence of stunting in toddlers at the Lohia Health Center, Muna District.
