Abstract

AbstractNursing service quality is one of the indicators for assessing the quality of health care ..nursing actions are all actions that nurses do care on behalf of clients. These actions include interventions initiated by a nurse, physician, or collaborative intervention by using standard operating procedures. Standard operating procedures (SOP) is a standard used as a reference in the implementation of an activity or action. SOP is used in this study is the SOP remains in implementing any measures applicable nursing in hospitals Al Ihsan Bandung. Standard operating procedure used consisted of a New Patient Orientation SOP, SOP Accepting New Patients, Fulfillment SOP and SOP Nutrition through NGT Deliver Drugs through Nebulizer.The study design used in this research is descriptive research that aims to obtain a picture of the implementation of nursing actions appropriate operational standards that have been defined. research overview of the implementation of nursing actions: New Patient Orientation, Accepting New Patients, Fulfillment Nutrition through NGT and Deliver Drugs through Nebulizer in Space Lukmanul Hakim Al Ihsan Hospital BandungFrom the results of the assessment from 8-12 February 2010 a new patient admissions process is good enough as many as 75.23% are in accordance with standard operating procedure, and as much as 24.77% which is not in accordance with standard operating procedure relating to patient. Orientation in new patients is not optimal because it just as much as 55.89% of nurses who perform the orientation of the patient in accordance with standard operating procedure is in the room. Giving medicine through Nebulizer is good enough as many as 74.07 is in accordance with standard operating procedure, and as much as 25.03 is not in accordance with the SOP. In action 76.19% of nurses have already done so in accordance with the SOP.A picture that the Implementation Measures of Nursing Accepting New Patients have not been implemented according to the SOP. Keywords: Nursing actions, new patients, standard operating procedures

Abstract

Berdasarkan data Riset Kesehatan Dasar Tahun 2010, terjadi peningkatan perilaku tidak sehat pada anak-anak usia sekolah, yaitu perilaku merokok pada remaja, kurang makan buah dan sayur, perilaku jajan sembarangan di sekolah, dan perilaku cuci tangan yang belum baik dan benar. Perilaku tidak sehat pada anak usia sekolah dapat mengakibatkan beberapa penyakit seperti diare, Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan, Flu Burung (H1N1), dan cacingan. Promosi kesehatan di sekolah sangat penting untuk menciptakan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) dan lingkungan sekolah yang sehat. Tujuan promosi kesehatan ini yaitu untuk memberikan informasi mengenai PHBS di sekolah pada siswa SDN Kebon Dalem Cilegon, Banten. Kegiatan promosi kesehatan dilaksanakan secara daring menggunakan aplikasi Zoom Meet dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi. Untuk mengetahui efektivitas kegiatan promosi kesehatan, maka siswa diberikan kuesioner sebelum (pre-test) dan sesudah kegiatan (post-test). Berdasarkan hasil post-test, ditemukan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan siswa mengenai PHBS di sekolah. Rencana tindak lanjut dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dapat dilakukan dengan bekerjasama dengan semua pihak, yaitu pihak sekolah, guru, siswa, orangtua siswa, dan masyarakat di sekitar sekolah untuk menciptakan perilaku dan lingkungan yang sehat di sekolah. Kata kunci: promosi kesehatan, perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, siswa, sekolah

Abstract

Degenerative diseases such as diabetes mellitus, stroke have increased. The risk of injury also increases. During the Covid-19 pandemic, health service agencies openly restricted access so that information of home wound care was needed in the community. The aim of this PKM is to improve the understanding of wound care techniques at home during new normal for Esa Unggul University lectures. The methods used in achieving these goals are as follows: 1). Presentation via virtual, 2). Discussion, 3). Question anda answer, 4) Evaluation. The realization of the activity consisted of presentation, discussion, and evaluation, attended by 18 participants. Regarding the evaluation results, most of the participants answered incorrectly. It needs more frequent broadcasting in the media for the public to take care of it properly and correctly. Keywords: wound care techniques, home, New Normal

Abstract

Pain is one of the most common symptoms experienced by cancer patients, and as much as 68% of the causes of pain are experienced by cancer patients (primary tumors). Patients with pain should receive the treatment that can provide the greatest benefit in pain management. For this reason, this research was conducted with the aim of; The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of the use of aromatherapy inhalation of essential oils on reducing pain in cancer patients. The method used in this study is to use "Literature review" with the amount of literature to be studied, namely 14 research titles in the form of journals/articles that are following the topic of the problem in this study. Amount The total respondents who were put together from the 14 studies were 1,108 patients with pain disorders/complaints. 34.65% of them are male, 35.19% are female, are in the age limit of 1-60 years; 1-15 years = 37.72%., 16-26 years = 18.05%., 27-35 years = 5.65%., and 36-60 years old = 17.14%. The results of the action of giving aromatherapy carried out in the 14 studies showed that there was an effect obtained from the use of essential oil aromatherapy through inhalation techniques, where there was a change in the pain scale before and after the action of giving aromatherapy.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Rumah sakit sebagai institusi pemberi jasa pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat harus memperhatikan mutu dan keselamatan pasien. Keselamatan pasien harus dijadikan budaya oleh semua tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan. Masyarakat berhak mendapat pelayanan kesehatan yang menjamin kenyamanan, keamanan dan keselamatan. Rumah sakit harus mempersiapkan sarana prasarana, ketenagaan, pelayanan dan keselamatan pasien sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan baik sebelum atau di masa pandemi Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh penerapan standar akreditasi terhadap mutu dan keselamatan pasien, pada sebelum dan di masa Pandemi Covid–19. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif cross sectional dengan insidental sampel sebanyak 384 tenaga kesehatan di tiga RS penerima pasien Covid-19, yaitu di Bogor, Semarang dan Solo. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus–Oktober 2020. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner hasil elaborasi mengacu pada Standar Nasional Akreditasi RS (SNARS) yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta disebarkan melalui formulir elektronik. Data dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat dan multivariat dengan regresi linear multipel. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan sebelum dan selama pandemi sebesar 1,72% pada standar keselamatan, 1.07% pada standar pelayanan, 1,86% pada standar sarana prasarana, 0,38% pada standar ketenagaan, dan 1,45% pada standar mutu dan keselamatan pasien. Standar keselamatan dan standar pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap mutu pelayanan dan keselamatan pasien setiap kali melaksanakan standar keselamatan, dan standar pelayanan akan meningkatkan 0,95 dan 1,05 kali mutu pelayanan dan keselamatan pasien sebelum dan di masa pandemi Covid-19 (p<0,00). Kesimpulan: Semua rumah sakit telah menerapkan standar akreditasi dalam pemberian pelayanan kepada pasien. Rumah sakit harus mengelola dan mengawasi keselamatan pasien, pemberian pelayanan, sarana prasarana dan ketenagaan secara terus menerus selama menghadapi peningkatan jumlah pasien Covid-19 agar mutu pelayanan dan keselamatan pasien tetap terjamin.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Perubahan dari pelayanan berfokus pada dokter menjadi pelayanan berfokus pada pasien atau patient-centered care (PCC) memerlukan pembentukan budaya PCC di seluruh rangkaian kegiatan pelayanan dan asuhan pasien. Perubahan tersebut perlu dilengkapi dengan standar-standar yang menunjang pelaksanaannya. Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) sebagai institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang telah terakreditasi secara paripurna harus membudayakan PCC. RSUD merupakan rumah sakit penerima rujukan dari pemberi pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama. Pasien harus dilibatkan dalam pengambilan keputusan dan pelayanan yang diperlukan. Tujuan: Mengukur pengaruh penerapan budaya pelayanan PCC terhadap mutu pelayanan di RSU DKI Jakarta. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross sectional dengan insidental sampel sebanyak 309 tenaga kesehatan yang berasal dari empat RSU di DKI Jakarta. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner hasil elaborasi yang mengacu pada PCC, yang bersumber dari Standar Nasional Akreditasi Rumah Sakit (SNARS). Kuesioner telah dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta data disebarkan melalui formulir elektronik. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan September-November 2020. Data dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat dan multivariat dengan regresi linear ganda. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rerata penerapan budaya PCC sebesar 52,41, rerata mutu pelayanan di RSU DKI Jakarta sebesar 68,73. Budaya pelayanan PCC ada hubungan positif yang kuat (r=0,867) dan bermakna (p<0,05) terhadap mutu pelayanan. Setiap peningkatan satu kali dalam implementasi budaya PCC, maka akan meningkatkan 0,64 skor mutu pelayanan di RSU DKI Jakarta Kesimpulan: Budaya PCC dan mutu pelayanan di RSU DKI Jakarta umumnya sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Pimpinan dan Manajemen rumah sakit harus terus menerus mengawasi dan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan standar PCC, agar dapat menjadi budaya sehingga mutu pelayanan tetap terjamin.

Abstract

AbstractHospital is a health care institution that provides vary widely in the services, one of which is a nursing service. Nurses have continuous contact with the patient. the patient will be satisfied  if obtain health service the same with patient expectations or exceed patient expectations. Patient satisfaction to nursing care is determined by caring behaviors of nurses. This study aimed to analyze the effect of the implementation of caring behaviors of nurses to patient satisfaction in the inpatient unit grade 3 General Hospital Bandung. The sample was 77 nurses in inpatient care at the General Hospital Bandung. The results showed that there was no effect of patient satisfaction to nursing care with caring behaviors of nurses or not. Conclusion this research is Nurse must continue to improve the knowledge of nursing care with caring behaviors of nurses,  caring behaviors of nurses standards need to be made fully integrated with the rest of nursing standard services or standard procedure operational and nurses need to be kept informed about community demands for nursing services is gradually.Keywords: caring, nursing service, patient satisfaction AbstrakRumah Sakit merupakan institusi yang memberikan berbagai pelayanan kesehatan, salah satunya adalah pelayanan keperawatan. Perawat mempunyai kontak yang kontinyu dengan pasien. Pasien akan merasa puas apabila layanan kesehatan yang diperolehnya sama atau melebihi harapanya dan sebaliknya. Kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan sangat ditentukan oleh sikap caring yang diberikan oleh para perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelaksanaan caring perawat terhadap kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat inap kelas 3 Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Bandung. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 77 orang perawat di rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Umum Bandung. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh kepuasan pasien yang dilayani perawat secara caring atau tidak secara caring. Saran yang diberikan peneliti yaitu Perawat harus terus meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pelayanan keperawatan berlandaskan caring, standar caring perlu dibuat terintegrasi dengan seluruh Standar Asuhan atau Standar Operasional pelayanan keperawatan dan perawat perlu terus diinformasikan tentang tuntutan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan keperawatan yang makin lama makin meningkat.Kata kunci: caring, pelayanan keperawatan, kepuasan pasien

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the professional career path of nurses at the Manimeri Health Center, Teluk Bintuni Regency, West Papua Province. The research method used is qualitative research. The results obtained four themes: understanding of the career of professional nurses, the implementation of clinical authority has not been based on the career path of clinical nurses, nurses' expectations in evaluating the performance of career paths, obstacles faced in developing a professional nurse career path. In conclusion, the process of understanding the Clinical Nurse felt by the participants was not by the procedure; the career path determination process carried out at the Manimeri Health Center was not by the procedure, so the duties and authorities of each level of the Clinical Nurse should be different according to their jurisdiction, in the field implementation it is not by Clinical Nurse level, caused by the fact that every time there is a nursing action, it is not always the level of PK that should be. Abstract

This study explores the handover implementation of SBAR communication in the 2000 service in the Surgery Room of the Y Regional General Hospital, Papua Province. The research design uses an exploratory phenomenological approach with a purposive approach. The results of this study obtained five themes: nurses' knowledge, understanding, constraints, the benefits of SBAR communication, and nurses' experiences. After researching changes in doing handovers using SBAR communication, namely, the implementation of handovers can be done in a short time, decreasing the number of unexpected events, there is a new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) based on the theory used. Before the research, the random incidence rate was 60.2%; after the study, the Unexpected Events (KTD) rate was 55.13%. Handover implementation time before the research was obtained with a duration of 25 minutes; then, after it was done, it became 19 minutes. In conclusion, five themes were found, namely nurses' knowledge, nurses' understanding, nurses' constraints, benefits of SBAR communication, and nurses' experiences. Abstract

Posbindu activities are promotional and preventive activities that involve the community. The planing, implementation, and monitoring, as well as assessments are carried out from and by the community. Skills of health cadres are required in posbindu activities. Improving the ability of cadres in communication and posbindu services as a forum for services to the elderly needs to be carried out, especially preventive and promotive. The method used in this service is counseling and training of health cadres who are expected to detect risk factors for the elderly with prevention as early as possible. The activity was held on November 10, 2022, attended by 17 cadres posbindu hebras, posbindu gelatik A, and posbindu flamboyan B. The results of the activity are known to have increased cadre knowledge about “warga emas“ elderly, herbal therapy, massage therapy, accupressure, and supplementary feeding of the elderly. Through community service activities, the empowerment of posbindu cadres, especially in communication, can increase motivation and provide information to the elderly community.
