Abstract

This research is about "The Influence of Brand Image and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions (Case Study on the Adidas Brand in Siman Ponorogo Sub-District)". Researchers want to analyze and explain empirically the effect of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions (a case study on the adidas brand in Siman PonorogoSUb-district). The type of research used in this study is associative research, namely to determine the effect or also the relationship between two or more variables. This study looks for the relationship, between the independent variables Brand Image and Product Quality on the dependent variable purchasing decisions. The research was conducted on the people of Siman District, Ponorogo Regency who use Adidas products. In this study using data collection methods in the form of a questionnaire. Questionnaire is a data collection technique that is done by giving questions or written statements to respondents to answer them. The results of this study indicate that the variables of brand image and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions simultaneously on Adidas brand shoes at the Arjuna Ponorogo Store are 54.4%. While the rest (100%-54.4% = 45.6%) is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial reporting compliance, the competence of government officials on fraud prevention in the management of village funds, both partially and simultaneously. The approach used in this research is quantitative research because the main objective of this study is to prove the relationship, influence, and cause and effect of one variable on another. In this study, there are two kinds of variables used, namely the dependent variable and the independent variable. The dependent variable used for this study is fraud prevention (fraud), while the independent variable used in this study consists of financial reporting compliance and government apparatus competence. The data collection technique in this study is to use primary data, namely a questionnaire (questionnaire). The method of analysis used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis using calculations through SPSS version 22. The data collection technique in this study uses a questionnaire distribution technique, namely data collection using a questionnaire technique which is carried out by giving a set of written questions to respondents for answered. The results of data collection were then analyzed using simple regression analysis techniques and multiple regression with the help of SPSS Version 22. The results showed that compliance with financial reporting and the competence of government officials had a significant effect on Fraud Prevention by Apparatus in Villages in Siman District, Ponorogo Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of institutional image on students loyalty trough word of mouth at Sultan Agung Islamic University. The type of research used in this study is hypothesis testing. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. After distributing the relevant questionnaires among 99 students, all usable questionnaires are returned. Then the data collections are analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Research findings show that institutional image has a positive significant effect on word of mouth and students loyalty. Then, word of mouth has a positive significant effect on loyalty. The research has given description well that Institutional Image and word of mouth variables still give positive contribution toward students loyalty in Sultan Agung Islamic University.

Abstract

Marketing management is the science of selecting target markets and reaching, and retaining them by creating, and delivering superior customer value, thereby creating purchasing decisions for consumers. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of trust, E-Service Quality, and Information Quality on Online Purchase Decisions (Study of Tokopedia Application Users in Ponorogo). The sample is the consumer of the Tokopedia application in Ponorogo who makes a purchase using accidental sampling technique and a sample of 75 respondents. The analysis used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 22 program. This study resulted in a partial test (t) as follows: trust (X1) = 0.044, e-service quality (X2) = 0.000, and information quality (X3 ) = 0.002

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of E-service quality and information quality on online consumer purchasing decisions at Tokopedia, Madiun Regency. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. This study uses the Non Probability Sampling technique using the Accidental Sampling approach. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis, statistical test with linear regression test, determination test and t test and f test. The results of this study indicate that the E-service quality variable has a significant effect on online purchasing decisions at Tokopedia, Madiun Regency. The information quality variable has a significant effect on online purchasing decisions at Tokopedia, Madiun Regency. E-service quality and information quality simultaneously have a significant effect on online purchasing decisions at Tokopedia, Madiun Regency. The value of the R Square when converted into percent is 58.7%. This percentage explains that the variables of e-service quality and information quality are able to influence the variables of consumer online purchasing decisions at Tokopedia, Madiun Regency by 58.7% and the rest is influenced by other variables outside the study, which is 41.3%, so there is still a chance variables outside the study that affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of good governance on the transparency of regional financial management in the Ponorogo Regency Regional Work Unit. The object of this research is the Regional Apparatus Work Unit in Ponorogo Regency as the location for the implementation of regional financial management. The type of research conducted in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data used in this study are primary data. The data collection method used in this research is by distributing questionnaires directly. The sampling technique in this study uses the Purposive Sampling method. the number of samples taken as many as 145 respondents consisting of Head of Agency, Head of Finance, Financial Administration, Treasurer, Head of Accounting, Finance Secretary. Information regarding the variables in this study was obtained from respondents who were transferred in the form of numbers and then analyzed with the SPSS program. The analysis used is simple regression. The results of this study are the Good Governance variable has a positive and significant effect on the transparency of regional financial management in Ponorogo Regency. This means that the better the governance (good governance), the more transparent regional financial management will be. This shows that good governance is able to affect the transparency of regional financial management by 8.6% and the remaining 91.4% is influenced by other factors not included in the model. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan menambah wawasan mengenai investasi saham, serta hal-hal yang perlu dipertimbangkan investor sebelum berinvestasi di Pasar Modal Indonesia. Pengabdian ini merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengatasi kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat dalam memahami investasi di Pasar Modal Indonesia. Hal ini disebabkan kurang adanya pemberian edukasi dan pelatihan tentang pengetahuan investasi kepada masyarakat. Selain itu, tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu memberikan edukasi dan sosialisasi tentang investasi di Pasar Modal Indonesia bagi seluruh perangkat Desa Batuatas Liwu, BPD, Karang Taruna dan para Pelaku UMKM di Batuatas Liwu,. Memberikan inklusif pembukaan rekening agar bisa meningkatkan pembukaan Rekening Efek bagi Galeri Investasi BEI FE Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo secara berkelanjutan. Pengabdian ini juga memberikan deskripsi yang jelas bahwa dengan adanya Edukasi dan Pelatihan Investor Pemula Pasar Modal Indonesia di Batuatas Liwu, BPD, Karang Taruna dan para Pelaku UMKM maka pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi peserta untuk menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan mengenai investasi dan hal-hal yang perlu dipertimbangkan investor sebelum berinvestasi. Serta diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi pengelola Galeri Investasi Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo dalam memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada masyarakat terkait bagaimana memahami secara jelas tentang pengetahuan pasar modal Indonesia sehingga minat masyarakat untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal Indonesia semakin meningkat.
