Abstract

The purpose of study was to determine the influence of organizational culture on the learning process quality, the influence of teacher performance on the learning process quality and the influence of organizational culture and teacher performance on the learning process quality at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri in Bandar Lampung City. The research data is in the form of numbers which the answers to the respondents' questionnaires. Researchers conducted validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests as prerequisite tests for variable instrument items. The results showed that the simple linear regression of the organizational culture variable on the quality process was 9.560> 2.104 with an R square of 0.67 or 67% classified as moderate with a relationship of Y = 12.527 + 0.783X. Simple linear regression of organizational culture variable on quality process is 4.813>2.104 with R square of 0.34 or 34% classified as low with the relationship Y=23,663+0,577X. Multiple linear regression of organizational culture and teacher performance variables on the quality process of 59.220>3.20 with an R square of 0.729 or 72.9% classified as high with the relationship Y=3,900+0.667X1+0.269X2, meaning that a 1% change in the value of the Y variable affects the variable X1 is 0.667 and X2 is 0.269.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether this library has met the standards of library management and whether there are supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing library management standards in the school. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. While the sources of information in this research are the Head of the Library, the Principal and 3 Librarians. The results of this study indicate that; 1) Planning of work programs in library management at UPT SMK Negeri 14 Musi Banyuasin is carried out by 1) compiling a work program; 2) the organization of the library is carried out through coordination with the head of the library as the coordinator in forming the organizational structure and assisted by 3 staff on duty; 3) Implementation of work programs in library management as planned at the planning stage; 4) the library supervises every day, reports on its library activities within a period of 6 months. And evaluation is done at the end of each semester.

Abstract

This study aims to see the management of PQ4R learning in improving students' mathematical understanding. This research is an experimental study. The population in this study was grade VIII MTs Negeri 2 Way Kanan students, the sample in this study was taken by random class technique, by lottery which aimed to take samples that had the same ability so that 37 students of grade VIII A were obtained as an experimental class using the PQ4R strategy and class VIII B totaling 39 students as a control class using expository strategies. After learning in the experimental class and control class for five meetings, continued with data collection. In the data collection process, the author uses tests, documentation and data analysis consisting of pretest and posttest. The research method used to see the magnitude of the influence, data analysis is calculated using the normalized gain formula (N-Gain) then to see the magnitude of the influence a t-test is carried out. The results showed that the average N-Gain obtained by the experimental class was 0.61 while the average gain of the control class was 0.54. Based on the results of analysis and data processing using the t-test, tcount =  2.633 > ttable = 1.992, with a significant level of 5%. Since t counts > ttable then Ho is rejected. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the PQ4R strategy has a significant influence in improving the mathematical understanding of grade VIII MTs Negeri 2 Way Kanan students

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Manajemen keuangan sekolah dalam perencanaan dan pembukuan keuangan di SMA NU Palembang. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggelolaan keuangan sekolah dalam perencanaan keuangan dan pembukuan keuangan yang ada di SMA NU Palembang. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakn jenis penelitian kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi informan penelitian yaitu Kepala sekolah, kepala tata usaha dan bendahara sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data rekduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi teknik, triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian didasarkan pada tujuh aspek yang ada didalam perencanaan keuangan namun pada salah satu aspek dalam perencanaan keuangan yaitu program, layanan dan aktivitas tidak maksimal yang mengakibatkan terjadinya keterlambatan dalam penerimaan anggaran pada iuran SPP siswa sehingga pada anggaran kegiatan yang ada disekolah terkena dampaknya seperti pada anggaran pemeliharaan sarana prasarana tidak berjalan dengan baik dan pada anggaran bulanan juga tidak maksimal. Dan didalam pembukuan keuangan ini telah dilaksanakan dengan baik namun pada salah satu aspek pembukuan keuangan yaitu RKAS tidak dilakukannya evaluasi berkelanjutan yang mana mengakibatkan tidak terpenuhinya anggaran kegiatan dengan maksimal yang ada disekolah. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menyimpulkan pada manajemen keuangan sekolah dalam perencanaan keuangan dan pembukuan keuangan di SMA NU Palembang ini cukup baik, namun pada beberapa aspek dalam perencanaan dan pembukuan keuangan harus ditingkatkan lagi untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan sekolah pada penggelolaan keuangan.
