Abstract

This article discusses education management in frame psychology. The education management is a factual behavior of the psychological discipline that is depicted in through the analysis of the behavior system of the school organization involving a number of components. In the application of psychology in education management is a part of the element that is not stuck in the view of uniformity that practically diversity by each education leadership. Each educational institution is a singularity that relates to the differences in the nature and condition of each component of the psychological system. To get an intact picture in this article, then used a qualitative approach with literature research design. The results of the study indicated that such an understanding is to be aware of educational practitioners of the importance of psychology universally, through culture, and psychology and social. Then the role of education management is very important especially educational institutions tailored to the psychological conditions of managerial and the needs of students.

Abstract

This article is written based on a unique consideration of the application of education administration. The purpose of the preparation of this study is to find out and get information regarding any obstacles faced during the online learning process of elementary school children during the Covid 19 pandemic period in Air Enau Village, Rambang Nuru District, Muara Enim Regency. This research was created using a qualitative method approach, namely the results of interviews conducted by researchers with several speakers (respondents), namely several teachers and elementary school students in Air Enau Muara Enim Village. Collection of information / data using unstructured interviews and documentation results of several learning activities in Air Enau Village. The results obtained from this study can be concluded that there are several obstacles and difficulties during the online learning process taking place experienced by teaching teachers and students and parents such as the limited communication to deliver subject matter between teachers and students, increasing expenditure costs for internet quota, The lack of understanding of the use of technology, the frequent power outages that occur which results in the loss of internet networks and lack of child awareness to remember and do their duties given by the teacher.

Abstract

This article is written based on unique considerations in theworld of education and economic strategies in Islamic educational institutions. This research proposes a strategic framework that can help evaluate the relationship and linkages between economic strategies and Islamic education institutions. The evaluation is expected to be a material consideration in the management of economic strategies, so that the performance of Islamic education institutions can be improved. Institutional performance is evaluated using criteria that include productivity, cost reduction, innovation, reactivity, responsiveness, and collaboration. To get a complete picture in this article, a qualitative approach with the study of literature is used. The results of the study show that evaluating the relationship of economic strategy management in Islamic education institutions uses a framework. management functions include; planning, organizing, directing and controlling. Therefore, management is defined as the process of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the efforts of the organization with all its aspects so that organizational goals are achieved effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This article is written based on consideration of the reality of students as a diversity and equality community that is unique to discuss, often also occurs in Islamic educational institutions in diversity that can be solved by diversity management and equality that have a spirit of togetherness and vision of unity. To get a complete picture in this article, a qualitative approach to the design of literature research is used. The results show that diversity management and equality can be a solution to create peace in the school's scope of diversity. The relationship of educational institutions to the community is an effort that can be felt in creating harmony among ethnic groups.

Abstract

Pedamaran is a subdistrict in the district of Ogan Komering Ilir, South Sumatera. Its inhabitants are comprised of Penesak and lake-clan tribes. The language is a Penesak language. Penesak is a language that is also equivalent to the Ogan language. Scattered in the area of Meranjat, Tanjung Batu, and base of the fortress. Population 45,448 people with Islamic religion99.9 percent. With society's potential of the Muslim majority, it is appropriate to do social service on Islamic education financing. Islamic education financing is managed with the accuracy of education financing management. This is a strategic concept to assist in absorbing the budget of Madrasah and how to manage the school's finances appropriately. From this social service, we hope that Islamic education institutions can be more advanced, especially in rural areas.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the education marketing strategy carried out by the Al-Amlaul Khair Islamic Junior High School, as well as the factors that influence the education marketing strategy at the Al-Amlaul Khair Islamic Junior High School. This research method is in the form of qualitative descriptive, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The key informant in this study was the principal, and the supporting informants were educators, education staff, students, and the community around the Al-Amlaul Khair Islamic Junior High School. The results of this study indicate that the Al-Amlaul Khair Islamic Junior High School has implemented a fairly good educational marketing strategy, several programs and services are offered and can attract public interest and taste, the promotional activities carried out by the school are quite good and a special team has been formed to promote education. Promotional activities carried out by schools include placing banners, distributing brochures, placing advertisements, and outreach to other schools. There is something unique about the promotion at Al-Amlaul Khair Islamic Junior High School, namely "picking up the ball", in which the school gives a brochure to each student and students distribute it to their respective addresses, if the student succeeds in bringing in a new student, the student will be given a prize. from school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether this library has met the standards of library management and whether there are supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing library management standards in the school. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. While the sources of information in this research are the Head of the Library, the Principal and 3 Librarians. The results of this study indicate that; 1) Planning of work programs in library management at UPT SMK Negeri 14 Musi Banyuasin is carried out by 1) compiling a work program; 2) the organization of the library is carried out through coordination with the head of the library as the coordinator in forming the organizational structure and assisted by 3 staff on duty; 3) Implementation of work programs in library management as planned at the planning stage; 4) the library supervises every day, reports on its library activities within a period of 6 months. And evaluation is done at the end of each semester.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and understand how the implementation of active learning and student activity in Arabic learning activities. This research is qualitative, using a qualitative approach to phenomenological studies and descriptive methods by taking the background at Muhammadiyah 5 Palembang Senior High School. The data sources of this study were Arabic language teachers and class X students of Muhammadiyah 5 Palembang Senior High School. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that 1) the implementation of active learning by applying three stages, namely a) preliminary (pre-instructional), namely the teacher opened the lesson by asking about students' attendance, repeating the previous learning materials; b) the implementation stage (instructional), namely the stage of conveying the learning content. explain the learning objectives that must be achieved by students, the teacher provides concrete examples, and uses learning media to clarify the discussion of each subject matter; and d) The closing stage (evaluation), where the teacher asks students questions about the material discussed, gives homework assignments, and informs the main material to be discussed at the next meeting. 2) student activity in learning Arabic is an effort or activity carried out by students when the teacher explains Arabic learning material. Students show the courage to ask about unknown learning materials, participate in discussing learning with friends, students creative, have interest and are independent in thinking, have responsibility and confidence in doing assignments that have not been studied, and students can learn independently.

Abstract

Abstract: This article discusses management of education in collaboration with anthropology, religion and social education which adopts diversity. Religion as a factual behaviour can only be captured through an analysis of a system of religious behaviour. It involves some components. In understanding Islamic education, religiousness is a necessity for each follower in order not to be trapped in the view of the practical uniformity of diversity. Each religious unit is related to differences in nature and the conditions of each component of the religious system. As an example, understanding can realize that religious teaching remains universal, through culture, and social. However, the praxis of teaching is a singularity. Therefore, a diverse number of events are carried out as a consequence of religious belief. The role of education management is very important, especially for educational institutions which adapt the students’ cultural and social conditions needs. ملخص: يناقش هذا المقال في إدارة التعليم مع الأنثروبولوجيا والدين والتعليم الاجتماعي كوسيلة لاعتماد التنوع. ولا يمكن التقاط الدين كسلوك واقعي لأي دين إلا من خلال تحليل نظام للسلوك الديني الذي يشمل عددا من المكونات. في تطبيق التربية الإسلامية، كان الفهم للدين لازم لعدم التعلق في وجهة نظر التوحيد العملي من قبل كل متابع. كل وحدة دينية هي التفرد المرتبطة بالاختلافات في طبيعة وحالة كل عنصر من عناصر النظام الديني. هذا الفهم يمكن أن ندرك أن التعاليم الدينية لا تزال عالمية من خلال الثقافة والاجتماعية، في حين أن ممارسة التدريس هي وحدة فريدة، وبالتالي يتم تنفيذ عدد من وحدات النشاط المتنوعة نتيجة للمعتقدات الدينية. ولذلك دور إدارة التربية مهم جداً وخاصة المؤسسات التربوية التي تتكيف مع الظروف الثقافية والاجتماعية لاحتياجات الطلا ب.

The sources of data used in this research are primary and secondary. Mind mapping of group counseling To get a complete picture in this article, a qualitative approach is used. Research results in counseling services. Management functions include; planning, organizing, directing and controlling. Therefore, management is defined as the process of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling learning efforts. Mind mapping of study group counseling is an art in teacher skills to be applied in various fields, especially counseling guidance.
