Abstract

The marketing strategy is basically a comprehensive, integrated and unified plan in the field of marketing, which provides guidance on the activities carried out in order to achieve the marketing objectives of a company. Customer interest in using Sharia Pawn products at Sibuhuan Sharia Pawnshops continues to increase. However, the increase in the number of customers has not been able to achieve the goals or the number of target customers that have been determined each year. This is due to the increasing number of competing companies or other financial institutions that offer pawn products. The formulation of the problem from this research is: what is the marketing strategy for pawn products carried out by the Sibuhuan Islamic Pawnshop (UPS) in attracting customer interest. This study aims to find out how the pawn product marketing strategy implemented by Sibuhuan Islamic Pawnshops (UPS) in attracting customer interest. This research is a type of qualitative research that is descriptive. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods. There are three steps in the data analysis procedure, namely data reduction, data review and verification or conclusion. Then to test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques consisting of data source triangulation, technical triangulation and time triangulation. Pawn Sharia, namely by determining marketing planning (marketing mix) with four stages, namely determining consumer needs and wants, choosing target markets, placing marketing strategies in competition, and choosing marketing strategies. In choosing a marketing strategy, Pegadaian Syariah (UPS) Sibuhuan applies a marketing strategy, namely a marketing mix with 7P, including product strategy (Product), price strategy (Price), location strategy (Place), promotion strategy (Promotion), people strategy (People ), process strategy (Process), and physical environment strategy (Physical Evidence)

Abstract

Index Williamson digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat ketimpangan antar Kabupaten/Kota kawasan Pantai Timur. Pertumbuhan ekonomi di setiap kabupaten atau kota di wilayah Pantai Timur Sumatera Utara diklasifikasikan menggunakan tipologi Klassen. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari Badan Pusat Statistik, yang tersedia dalam bentuk data sekunder dari tahun 2017 hingga 2022. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Tipologi Klassen dan Indeks Williamson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa angka Indeks Williamson di seluruh Provinsi Sumatera Utara, terutama di Kabupaten/Kota yang berada di Kawasan Zona Pantai Timur selama periode penelitian, berada dalam kategori ketimpangan taraf sedang dengan rata-rata 0,37 yang menandakan bahwa ketimpangan pembangunan semakin berkurang atau pemerataan pembangunan semakin besar. Sedangkan untuk pengklasifikasian daerah berdasarkan Tipologi Klassen yaitu: cepat maju (Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan, dan Labuhanbatu Utara); maju tertekan (Kota Medan dan Kabupaten Batubara); berkembang cepat (Kabupaten Asahan); relatif tertinggal (Kabupaten Serdang Berdagai, Kabupaten Langkat, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Kota Tanjung Balai, Kota Tebing Tinggi dan Kota Binjai). Sehingga daerah yang berada di Klasifikasi Cepat maju dan cepat tumbuh akan mampu melaksanakan SDGs dibandingkan dengan daerah yang relatif tertinggal.

Abstract

Musyarakah adalah akad kerjasama antara dua pihak untuk usaha tertentu, dimana kedua belah pihak sama-sama menyertakan modal yang masing-masing disebut dengan syirkah. Ketentuan modal tergantung kesepakatan kedua belah pihak dan bagi hasil sesuai dengan porsi modal masing-masing. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembiayaan musyarakah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. Kutacane dalam hal kerja sama dan pembagian kerugian belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan ketentuan dasar pembiayaan musyarakah, seperti yang telah ditetapkan dalam Fatwa Dewan Syari’ah Nasional Nomor 08/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 tentang pembiayaan musyarakah. Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan sistem pembiayaan musyarakah adalah Modal, yaitu dana yang digunakan untuk pembiayaan musyarakah merupakan dana yang bersumber dari dana APBD, tingkat promosi yang baik dan proyek, yaitu banyaknya pembangunan dan perbaikan infrastruktur transportasi. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah Kurangnya minat nasabah terhadap perbankan Syari’ah terutama tentang pembiayaan dengan sistem bagi hasil, dan ketidakjujuran nasabah dalam memberikan informasi tentang laporan keuangan hasil usaha yang dijalani.

Abstract

Musyarakah mutanaqishah is musyarakah or syirkah ownership the assets (goods) or capital of one of the parties (shariq) are reduced due to gradual purchase by other parties. As well as a musyarakah agreement mutanaqishah is a combined contract between a musyarakah contract and a contract ijarah. Sharia syndicated financing is financing provided by two/more Islamic banks or financial institutions, with the same terms and conditions, using the same documents and administered by one bank. Regarding information on syndicated financing using a musyarakah agreement Mutanaqishah is still not widely known by the wider community until now This. So this research will focus on discussing contracts musyarakah mutanaqisah used in syndicated financing. Because This contract is a contract that needs to be socialized and more publicized the banking sector, because its existence is not widely known by the public common among other contracts which are also used for syndicated financing in sharia banking in Indonesia, after previously using contracts murabahah and ijarah mun tahiya bit tamlik.

Abstract

This study explains the concept of strengthening the community's economy through a circular system in the view of maqashid sharia. In strengthening the circular economy, the people of Kel. Rengas Pulau Kec. Medan Marelan utilize organic waste that is reprocessed into circular economy products in the form of compost. The purpose of this study is to determine strategies in strengthening the community economy to develop a circular economy in accordance with the principles of sharia maqashid and analyze obstacles in strengthening the circular economy. This research uses qualitative methods using the NVivo application that supports searching for common words in data search frequency, displaying data analysis in the form of tables, graphs, tree structures and comparison tables based on data coding results. The results show that strengthening the circular economy requires ongoing responsibility by improving accessibility and infrastructure. The need for broader targets, assistance and training on proper waste management to the community. The obstacles that occur in strengthening the community's economy through the circular system are lack of education to the community, lack of public concern for the environment, lack of support from the government in helping provide capital assistance in the form of organic waste shredding machines, still lack of awareness from the public about the importance of sorting waste and the absence of specific regulations regarding the importance of not littering. Maqashid shari'ah at TPST 3R Mahkota Medan Marelan implicitly fulfills the basic elements of maqashid shari'ah. Aspects of competence, quality, moral ethics, trust, in the process of waste business governance, as an effort to hifzu addin (maintain religion), and hifzu al-nasb (maintain offspring). Second, knowledge, understanding and awareness of waste management as a resource, as an effort hifzu al-nafs (protecting the soul), hifzualaql (protecting the mind).

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Gunung Tua is a financial institution that mediates community needs through its various products and services. One of the products owned by BSI KCP Gunung Tua is a pawn financing product (rahnemas) which is financing for productive and consumptive needs provided to all people who need funds with gold as their marhun. constraints and obstacles faced by banks in financing gold pawning at BSI KCP Gunung Tua. This study uses a qualitative research method, in which researchers will describe or describe the gold pawn system at the Indonesian Sharia Bank KCP Gunung Tua. Based on the research results, it was found that the gold pawn system at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Gunung Tua has implemented a service system that is easy, fast, cheap and safe and is in accordance with DSN MUI Fatwa No.25/DSN-MUI/III/2002 dated 26 June 2002 about rahn which explains the provisions of pawning practices in accordance with Islamic law. One of them is "the cost of maintaining and storing marhun cannot be determined based on the amount of the loan". forgot the payment due date.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of halal certification, halal awareness, product quality and price on consumer buying interest. This research was conducted using quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 3,000 with a sample of 97. The sampling method was simple random sampling technique. This study uses primary data, with multiple linear regression data analysis method using SPSS 15. Based on the results of the first hypothesis test, it is known that the significant value of halal certification is 0.045 (sig < 0.05) with a t-count value of 2.030 > 1.986 (t-count > t-table). The second hypothesis test shows a significant halal awareness of 0.002 (sig < 0.05) with a t-count value of 3.626 > 1.986 (t-count > t-table), the third hypothesis shows a significant product quality 0.006 (sig < 0.05) with a t-value -count 2.812 > 1.986 (t-count > t-table), the fourth hypothesis is significant 0.910 (sig > 0.05) with t-count value -0.113 < 1.986 (t-count < t-table). Based on the results of the fifth hypothesis test, it is known that the significant value is 0.000 (sig < 0.05) with an f-count value of 32.542 > f-table 2.471. The results of this study indicate that Halal Certification, Halal Awareness, Product Quality and Price simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the impact and effectiveness of managing school operational assistance funds at State Elementary School 130004 Tanjungbalai City in 2023. The research method applied is a qualitative descriptive method with the research subject being State Elementary School 130004 Tanjungbalai City. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the level of effectiveness in managing school operational assistance funds at Tanjungbalai 130004 Public Elementary School in 2023 reaches 100%, indicating that the management of these funds has been running very well and optimally. The positive and negative impacts of school operational assistance funds are that on the one hand, school operational assistance funds have helped lower middle class communities meet their educational needs, as well as improving the facilities and quality of education in schools. On the other hand, some people do not care about student development because they rely too much on school operational assistance funds. School renovations, toilet repairs, purchasing learning equipment, and providing textbooks and stationery are examples of significant contributions to school operational assistance funds. However, direct observation revealed a discrepancy between the interview results and actual conditions. Although physical facilities and educational resources have been improved, there are still inadequate rooms, such as cracked toilets and damaged classrooms. Nevertheless, the role of school operational assistance funds in improving student welfare remains the main focus in efforts to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of religiosity, budget constraints and the use of social media on Muslim consumption behavior in Tanjung Morawa sub-district. The data collection sources used are primary data and secondary data. The respondents in this research were Muslim housewives in Tanjung Morawa sub-district. The number of villages or sub-districts in Tanjung Morawa sub-district is 26 villages or sub-districts and 100 housewives were used as samples. Data processing in this research uses SPSS 25 for Windows. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results of R Square (R²) were 0.858 or 85.8%. Based on the results of the t test for the religiosity variable (X1) it has a significant effect on Muslim consumption behavior in Tanjung Morawa sub-district with a significance of 0.000 and t count of 8.368, for the Budget Constraint variable (X2) it has no significant effect on Muslim consumption behavior in Tanjung Morawa sub-district with significance 0.876 and t count of 0.157, for the Social Media variable (X3) it has a significant effect on Muslim consumption behavior in Tanjung Morawa sub-district with a significance of 0.000 and t count of 13.703. The results of the multiple linear regression test obtained the equation Y = -1.624 + 0.385X1 + 0.008X2 + 0.352X3y

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the potential and obstacles in implementing the sustainable concept in the halal fashion industry from an Islamic perspective in Wati's sewing business. In the research the author used a descriptive method with a qualitative research type. Research data was collected using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are that the wati sewing business has not implemented the sustainable concept in its business due to a lack of awareness and understanding of the sustainable concept. In the Islamic view, the application of the sustainable concept has a significant impact. As caliph on earth, Wati's sewing business manager has moral and ethical responsibilities in carrying out its operations. There are several strengths if the sustainable concept is applied to the wati sewing business, namely responsibility for the environment, opportunities for innovation, attractiveness for consumers and the wider market, and a pleasant work environment. However, there are also weaknesses, namely financial limitations, technological limitations, limited human resources and lack of training.
