Abstract

Currently consumers have a high concern for the environment. This concern has an impact on products that consumers use in everyday life such as skincare. Simple is a skincare brand from England that has been in production since 1960. Simple has always stated that its products are environmentally friendly products. The competition that occurs in similar businesses makes Simple implement its marketing strategy for data to increase the intention to repurchase Simple skincare products. This study aims to determine the effect of green product, green price, and distribution channel on the intention to repurchase Simple face wash soap. The population of this quantitative research is the consumers of Simple face wash soap. Researchers used 100 respondents. The research data was then processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that green products have a significant effect on the formation of repurchase intentions. Furthermore, the green price has also been shown to have a significant effect on the formation of repurchase intentions. The results also show that the formation of repurchase intentions is also influenced by the distribution channel.

Abstract

Elementary school age children will experience very fast development. These developments are in the form of physical development and psychological development. Inappropriate use of smartphones in children will have a negative impact on children. In this case, parenting plays a very important role because the family is the first and foremost educational institution for children. From the family environment, especially parents, children will get a moral foundation, character and personality that will be applied now and in the future. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between parenting and smartphone use by involving correlation analysis as a statistical tool. The study was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic in Balongbendo District in Jeruklegi Village. There were 30 elementary school age children who were observed by interviewing parents and giving questionnaires. Studies show that there is a positive and significant relationship between parental parenting and smartphone use. The family has an important role in the supervision and mental development of the child's personality. With good and proper care and supervision from parents, children will avoid the negative impacts of smartphone use.

Abstract

One element of the school as a system is the teacher. The role of the teacher is one of the resources that determine the success of education, especially in teaching and learning activities in schools. This study aims to discuss the role of work motivation, competence, and professionalism on teacher performance. This study uses a survey method with a correlational quantitative approach. The research location is in the School Cluster, Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency. Data were collected from all primary school teachers in the UPTD Education and Culture of Gempol District as many as 40 people. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The findings of this study indicate that there is a significant role of teacher motivation, competence and professionalism to shape teacher performance together. Motivation partially plays a significant role in shaping teacher performance. Competence partially provides a significant role in the ups and downs of teacher performance. The formation of teacher performance is based on the professionalism of the teacher.
