Abstract

To clean the floor, it can be done manually by using a floor mop along with floor cleaning fluid, but this will result in a floor that is already clean. Still, the implementation time is long enough to interfere with the time of mothers who are office workers or manufacturers to help their husband's income. . In the process of cleaning the floor, cleaning the floor can be done until the floor is clean so that the children are comfortable playing on the floor. The process of cleaning floors can be done in various ways, either manually or automatically. To clean the floor with a large floor size more quickly, the floor is cleaned with machine power. But the range and limitations of floor cleaning machines exist. So it is necessary to make a robot that works automatically without human assistance to do the cleaning so that the job is done quickly and the area limit of the cleaning results is greater. The system will work using penggerak technology remotely using Bluetooth. This system aims to connect communication between wheeled robots and smartphones via Bluetooth communication media. From the test results, the author has successfully applied Bluetooth technology to a wheeled robot by providing instructions such as forward, backward, turn right, turn left, and stop. This robot is used to clean floors quickly and practically so that it can be done by itself.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat berupa pelatihan dalam pembuatan aplikasi macro untuk surat masuk dan keluar dalam meningkatkan pelayanan desa khususnya bagian administrasi di bagian pengolahan data ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, yang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan perubahan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap dari pihak balai desa. Khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah seluruh perangkat desa tanah rakyat Kecamatan Pulo Bandring. Kegiatan penerapan aplikasi macro ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan penggunaan macro VBA yang digunakan untuk proses pembuatan data surat masuk dan keluar yang ada di balai desa. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, demonstrasi aplikasi yang akan digunakan dan tanya jawab. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan konsep tentang aplikasi yang digunakan yaitu Macro VBA. Metode demonstrasi untuk menunjukkan suatu proses kerja yaitu tahapan-tahapan dari setiap kegiatan dan mempraktikkannya, sementara metode tanya jawab untuk memberi kesempatan para peserta berkonsultasi dalam mengatasi kendala yang terjadi dalam penerapan dan penggunakan aplikasi.Manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini antara lain dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan perangkar desa agar lebih profesional dalam membuat surat masuk dan keluar secara efektif dan efisien dalam penguasan IPTEKS, sehingga dapat mempermudah proses penerapan aplikasinya.

Abstract

Abstract : Efforts to improve the quality of health services at the Porsea health center make a medical records system to facilitate the administration and storage of data properly, Porsea health centers still use medical records or forms manually. To make it easy for patients to have a continuous medical history quickly discovered. One of the preparations is to find the right application to be used as a manual medical record system that is digitalized. A simple and easy-to-use medical record system that makes it easy for puskesmas to do patient medical records is the Android Medical Records App Application system, with this application what is expected by the puskesmas can increase the knowledge of Porsea puskesmas employees to use the medical record application, and increase the use of the computerized system, and it is also easy for people who seek treatment to be able to save their medical record data and can be seen traces of their existing medical history.Keywords: android; medical records Abstrak: Upaya meningkatakan mutu pelayanan kesehatan puskemas porsea membuat sistem catatan medis untuk mempermudah administrasi dan penyimpanan data dengan baik, puskesmas porsea masih menggunakan catatan medis atau formulir secara manual. Untuk mempermudah agar riwayat kesehatan pasien berkesinambungan dengan cepat  ditemukan. Salah satu persiapan yang dilakukan adalah mencari aplikasi yang tepat untuk digunakan menjadi sistem rekam medis yang manual menjadi digitalisasi. Sistem rekam medis yang simpel dan mudah digunakan dalam memudahkan pihak puskesmas untuk melakukan pencatatan medis pasien adalah sistem Aplikasi Android Medical Records App, dengan adanya aplikasi ini maka apa yang diharapkan pihak puskesmas dapat Meningkatkan pengetahuan pegawai puskesmas porsea untuk menggunakan aplikasi rekam medis, dan meningkatkan penggunaan sistem terkomputerisasi, dan juga mempermudah masyarakat yang berobat untuk bisa di simpan data catatan medisnya dan dapat dilihat jejak riwayat kesehatannya yang sudah ada. Kata Kunci: android; rekam medis

Abstract

Dosen merupakan aset berharga di sebuah perguruan tinggi, baik negeri maupun swasta. Dosen memiliki banyak peran di Perguruan Tinggi, bukan hanya sebagai staf pengajar profesional, tetapi juga sebagai dosen pembimbing akademik.Dengan berbagai fungsi dan tugas yang dimiliki oleh dosen pembimbing akademik, sangatlah pantas untuk diberikan reward kepada dosen pembimbing akademik yang memiliki kinerja terbaik.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu dalam proses pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan dosen pembimbing akademik terbaik. Metode WASPAS dipilih karena dapat mengoptimalkan dalam pemilihan nilai tertinggi dan terendah, serta diharapkan dapat menghasilkan keputusan yang objektif dalam menentukan dosen pembimbing akademik terbaik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu dengan menggunakan angka pada perhitungan metode tersebut. Objek penelitiannya adalah sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan dosen pembimbing akademik terbaik di STMIK Royal.

Abstract

Sistem pengambilan keputusan merupakan suatu sistem yang mampu menyelesaikan masalah dengan efektif dan efisien, oleh karena itu jika diterapkan dalam pengambilan keputusan di dalam suatu perlombaan maka dapat menentukan penilaian yang akurat dan efisien. Oleh karena itu sistem pengambilan keputusan dengan metode topsis ini perlu diterapkan ke dalam suatu perlombaan. Adapun program yang digunakan dalam aplikasi ini adalah PHP dengan menggunakan MySQL sebagai database tools dalam pengujian. Hasil program ini nantinya dapat menunjukkan kemajuan teknologi yang mampu membuat pekerjaan menjadi efektif dan efisien. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi atau penyelesaian masalah yang ada sehingga menjadi perbendaharaan ilmu yang baru.

Abstract

Yayasan Mutiara Hikmah is an Al-Qur'an-based school, has a mandatory program, namely Tahfidz Qur'an which is taught consistently every day to students. However, madrasas have never done a global ranking on the tahfidz program. The ranking is still limited to each class, there has never been a search for the best candidate in the tahfidz qur'an program. The calculation of the value obtained by students in tahfidz learning is also still manually so that it is prone to errors during calculations and inaccurate results obtained, the calculation process is inefficient because it can take a long time due to manual calculations using bookkeeping and Ms. Excel. Therefore, the researcher proposes a decision support system to assist schools in ranking globally and overcoming all the problems that exist in determining the best students for the tahfidz qur'an program. The decision support system that will be proposed by the researcher is made using Visual Studio 2010. With a calculation process that applies the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The selection of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is because it is good in preparing various priorities that will be selected for ranking.

Abstract

Aturan Protokol Kesehatan merupakan suatu hal yang harus dilaksanakan tanpa tawar menawar, namun juga memberikan dampak negatif terhadap kinerja di kantor pemerintah. menurunnya kinerja aparatur pemerintahan khusunya di kantor Lurah dalam memberikan pelayanan publik di era pandemi covid-19. Kondisi ini disebabkan pandemi covid-19 yang mengharuskan penerapan Protokol Kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan solusi dari masalah yang terjadi dengan menghasilkan sebuah produk aplikasi android e-pelayanan publik pada kantor pemerintahan guna mencapai pelayanan prima di masa pandemic. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian kualitatif, dengan alur penelitian: (1) Identifikasi masalah; (2) Kajian Literature; (3) Survey dan pengumpulan data; (4) Perancangan UML; (5) Perancangan User Interface; (6) Pembuatan aplikasi android; (7) Pengujian sistem. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi pelayanan publik ini masyarakat tidak perlu lagi datang untuk antri dan berkerumun di kantor pemerintahan, tetapi cukup mengajukan pelayanan publik dari rumah dan datang ke kantor pemerintahaan saat administrasi yang diajukan telah selesai dikerjakan oleh petugas yang berwenang.

Abstract

Abstract: Irham Ponsel is a business that is engaged in the sale and service of cellphones. In his activities, Irham Ponsel has not promoted much, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia, so that sales turnover decreased. The existence of a marketplace is considered the most suitable for marketing during the current pandemic. Because the marketplace has a concept like a conventional market, it's just that the market is virtual (online). The purpose of this activity is expected to be useful in adding insight into marketing strategies by utilizing the Shopee marketplace. In addition, it is also expected to be able to sell these products, so that it is expected to increase product sales turnover. The method in this activity is carried out by sharing sessions in pre-activities, methods of socialization and training in the implementation of activities, as well as monitoring and evaluation of these activities. The end result of this community service is utilizing technology as much as possible so that it can help develop Irham Ponsel and be able to compete globally with other business actors. In addition, they can take advantage of the market so that they can reach the market and attract the bigger consumers. Keywords: Cellphone; Marketplace; Sales; Shopee  Abstrak: Irham Ponsel merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang penjualan dan service handphone. Dalam kegiatannya, Irham Ponsel belum melakukan promosi secara luas, apalagi dimasa pandemi Covid-19 yang tengah melanda Indonesia, sehingga omszet penjualan menurun. Adanya marketplace dirasa paling cocok untuk pemasaran dimasa pandemi sekarang ini. Dikarenakan marketplace memiliki konsep seperti pasar konvensional, hanya saja pasarnya berbentuk virtual (online). Tujuan dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat dalam menambah wawasan dalam strategi pemasaran dengan memanfaatkan marketplace Shopee. Selain itu juga dapat menstabilkan penjualan produk tersebut, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan omzet penjualan produk. Metode dalam kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan sharing session pada pra kegiatan, metode sosialisasi dan pelatihan pada pelaksanaan kegiatan, serta melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadapat kegiatan ini. Hasil akhir dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memanfaatkan teknologi semaksimal mungkin sehingga dapat membantu mengembangkan Irham Ponsel dan dapat bersaing secara global dengan para pelaku usaha lain. Abstract

Background: In an era of increasingly advanced technology, stability of the world economy, and the ever-advancing globalization of trading systems, the sales conditions of companies are becoming narrower and narrower. With the increase of domestic and foreign competitors, the company's domestic and international performance is expected to be able to compete in the market. Method: This research method is conducted with the purpose of explaining the actual situation and uses a qualitative method that is related to the problem under investigation. Result: The results of this study can design customer relationship management (CRM) as a strategy to achieve customer satisfaction, increase loyalty, and find new customers. With CRM, customers can make purchases more easily, Gondrong Service Store manages sales data more easily. Conclusion: Gondrong Service Store's E-CRM application, using this PHP programming language, can manage sales of aluminum cabinets online, so that customers can directly interact in sales transactions. This E-CRM application is designed to facilitate more effective promotion of products and develop sales of products to customers, especially customers outside of Batu Bara area. So that they can manage sales and attract more customers outside of Batu Bara area by ordering online.
