Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurship Attitudes of Students of Economic Education Department at the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University. With the independent variable namely Entrepreneurship Education and the dependent variable is the Attitude of Entrepreneurship. This research was conducted on some students in the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University Economic Education Department. The sample in this study were 60 students of the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University Economics Education Department. The problem in this research is trying to identify the factors that cause the Student Entrepreneurship Attitude to be still low, whether the process of entrepreneurship education is not maximized so that the Attitude of Student Entrepreneurship is low. The research objective was to see the effect of Entrepreneurship Education on increasing the Attitude of Student Entrepreneurship in the Economics Education Department at the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University. The research method used is a survey with data analysis techniques is regression correlation. The results showed that there was an influence of Entrepreneurship Education with the Attitude of Student Entrepreneurship. This, can be seen from the observation and the results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient between the two variables, namely the variable X as Entrepreneurship Education and variable Y as the Attitude of Student Entrepreneurship. Where analysis uses simple regression Ŷ = 44,99 + 0,06 X, and analysis using product moment correlation shows value r = 0,5 dan r2 = 0,25 atau 25%. While testing the significant level of the correlation coefficient using the t test with a real level 5% (α = 0,5) obtained thitung = 3,05 dan ttabel = 2,05 this means thitung < dari ttabel. These results can be understood that Entrepreneurship Education can improve Student Entrepreneurship Attitudes in the learning process which will ultimately improve student outcomes. With the existence of Entrepreneurship Education, it will affect the Attitude of Entrepreneurship in Students of the Economic Education Department at the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of financial literacy and work discipline on the performance of furniture industry workers in the village of Touliang Oki. The method used in this study uses a type of quantitative research survey method. The population in this study was 51 and the research sample was 45. Based on data analysis The results showed that financial literacy has a positive or significant effect on employee performance. Thus, the first hypothesis is accepted. The results showed that work discipline has a positive or significant effect on employee performance. Thus, the second hypothesis is accepted. The results showed that Financial Literacy and Work Discipline had a positive or significant effect together on employee performance. Thus, the third hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of problem-based learning and online-based learning media on student learning outcomes in online marketing subjects in class XI at SMK Negeri 2 TONDANO. The research method used in this research is the experimental method. Based on the research it is known that student learning outcomes using the Problem Based Learning Model in class XI Marketing 1 SMK N 2 Tondano have increased. There are differences in student results through test results using Problem Based Learning Model (Problem Based Learning). So there is an increase in student learning outcomes by using the Problem Based Learning Model (Problem Based Learning). Based on the research, it is known that student learning outcomes using online-based learning media in class X1 marketing at SMk N 2 Tondano have increased after the application of the use of online-based learning media. There are differences in student results through test results using online-based learning media. So there is an increase in student learning outcomes using online-based learning media

Abstract

  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kapasitas Produksi Dan Permintaan Terhadap Pendapatan Petani Gula Aren Di Desa Tombatu 2. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah metode survey pendekatan kuantitatif. populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 33 orang dengan sampel 30 orang. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis dan pembahasan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda, dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kapasitas Produksi (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif atau signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Petani Gula Aren (Y). Dengan demikian, hipotesis pertama diterima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Permintaan (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif atau signifikan terhadapPendapatan Petani Gula Aren (Y). Dengan demikian, hipotesis kedua diterima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kapasitas Produksi (X1) dan Permintaan (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif atau signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap Pendapatan Petani Gula Aren (Y). Dengan demikian, hipotesis ketiga diterima. Kata Kunci: Kapasitas produksi, permintaan dan pendapatan petani     This study aims to determine the effect of production capacity and demand on palm sugar farmers' income in Tombatu Village 2. The research method used by the author is a survey method with a quantitative approach. population in this study amounted to 33 people with a sample of 30 people. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion conducted using multiple linear regression, the following conclusions can be drawn: The results show that Production Capacity (X1) has a positive or significant effect on Palm Sugar Farmers' Income (Y). Thus, the first hypothesis is accepted. The results showed that demand (X2) had a positive or significant effect on the income of palm sugar farmers (Y). Thus, the second hypothesis is accepted. The results showed that Production Capacity (X1) and Demand (X2) had a positive or significant effect together on Palm Sugar Farmers' Income (Y). Thus, the third hypothesis is accepted. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi belanja dan pengalaman pembelian terhadap minat beli secara online di Kelurahan Inobonto 1. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode jenuh dengan sampel 45 orang. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah teknik kuisioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi linier ganda, analisis korelasi sederhana dan analisis korelasi ganda. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan : (1) Orientasi Belanja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Secara Online di Kelurahan Inobonto 1 dengan jumlah thitung > ttabel = 7,47 > 1,66 (2) Pengalaman Pembelian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Secara Online di Kelurahan Inobonto dengan jumlah thitung > ttabel = 8,12 > 1,66 (3) Oreintasi belanja dan Pengalaman Pembelian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Secara Online sebesar 36,01% dengan jumlah fhitung 11,11 > ftabel = > 3,22.Kata Kunci : Orientasi Belanja, Pengalaman Pembelian , Minat Beli Secara Online. This research method is a saturated method with a sample of 45 people. The technique used in data collection is a questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation technique. The results of the study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, simple correlation analysis and multiple correlation analysis. The results of this study indicate: (1) Shopping orientation has a positive and significant effect on Online Purchase Intention in Inobonto 1 Village with a total of tcount > ttable = 7.47 > 1.66 (2) Purchase Experience has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention Online in Inobonto Village with the number of tcount > ttable = 8.12 > 1.66 (3) Shopping orientation and Purchase Experience have a positive and significant effect on Online Purchase Interest of 36.01% with fcount 11.11 > ftable = > 3.22. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh status sosial ekonomi dan bimbingan belajar orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI Program Study Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Bitung. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan sampel 73 orang. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah teknik kuisioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi linier ganda, analisis korelasi sederhana dan analisis korelasi ganda. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan : (1) Status Sosial Ekonomi dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Belajar siswa kelas XI Program Study Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Bitung sebesar 95,12% dengan jumlah thitung > ttabel = 37,181 > 1,99394 (2) Bimbingan Belajar Orang Tua berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Belajar siswa kelas XI Program Study Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Bitung sebesar 92,04% dengan jumlah thitung > ttabel = 28,654 > 1,99394 (3) Status Sosial Ekonomi dan Bimbingan Belajar Orang Tua berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Belajar siswa kelas XI Program Study Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Bitung sebesar 96,43% dengan jumlah fhitung 126,617 > ftabel = > 3,127. Kata Kunci : Status Sosial Ekonomi, Bimbingan Belajar Orang Tua , Motivasi Belajar Siswa. The research results were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, simple correlation analysis and multiple correlation analysis. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi siswa dan pelayanan terhadap keberhasilan koperasi sekolah di MTs Negeri 1 Boltim. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan sampel 67 responden dari jumlah populasi 80 responden. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah teknik observasi dan angket. Hasil penelitian ini di analisis dengan metode analisis regresi linier ganda, analisis korelasi sederhana dan analisis korelasi ganda dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2013. (1). Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara partisipasi siswa terhadap keberhasilan koperasi kelas VII MTs Negeri 1 Boltim dengan besar pengaruh keofisien korelasi 0,30, dengan nilai R Square 09,00%. (2). Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pelayanan terhadap keberhasilan koperasi sekolah kelas VII MTs Negeri 1 Boltim dengan besar pengaruh koefisien korelasi 0,37 dengan nilai R Square 13,69%. (3). Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara partisipasi siswa dan pelayanan secara bersama-sama terhadap keberhasilan koperasi sekolah kelas VII MTs Negeri 1 Boltim dengan besar pengaruh koefsien korelasi 0,62 dengan nilai R Square 38,44%. Kata Kunci : Partisipasi Siswa, Pelayanan, Keberhasilan Koperasi Sekolah ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of student participation and service on the success of school cooperatives at MTs Negeri 1 Boltim. This research method is a survey method with a sample of 67 respondents from a total population of 80 respondents. The technique used in data collection is the technique of observation and questionnaires. The results of this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, simple correlation analysis and multiple correlation analysis using Microsoft Excel 2013. (1). There is a positive and significant influence between student participation on the success of the seventh grade cooperative at MTs Negeri 1 Boltim with a correlation coefficient of 0.30, with an R Square value of 09.00%. (2). There is a positive and significant influence between services on the success of class VII school cooperatives at MTs Negeri 1 Boltim with a correlation coefficient of 0.37 with an R Square value of 13.69%. (3). There is a positive and significant influence between student participation and service together on the success of class VII school cooperatives at MTs Negeri 1 Boltim with a large correlation coefficient of 0.62 with an R Square value of 38.44%. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan modal usaha terhadap pendapatan pedagang di Pasar Serasi Kotamobagu. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel 55 orang. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah teknik kusioner (angket), observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi linier ganda dan analisis korelasi sederhana dan analisis korelasi ganda. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan : (1) Tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan di Pasar Serasi Kotamobagu sebesar 95,84% dengan thitung > ttabel = 34,971 > 1,67412 dan jumlah fhitung > ftabel = 1267,197 > 4,02 (2) Modal Usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan pedagang di Pasar Serasi Kotamobagu sebesar 96,62% dengan thitung > ttabel = 38,977 > 1,67412 dan jumlah fhitung > ftabel = 1638,840 > 4,02 (3) Tingkat Pendidikan dan Modal Usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Pedagang di Pasar Serasi Kotamobagu sebesar 97,61% dengan jumlah fhitung > ftabel = 88,125 > 2,78. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh literasi keuangan dan perilaku kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UMKM Di kelurahan tataaran 1 tondano selatan . Metode penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan sampel 47 orang. Teknik yang di gunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah teknik kuisioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian di analisis dengan metode analisis regresi linier ganda, analisis korelasi sederhana dan analisis korelasi ganda. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini mengajukan.1) Berdasarkan uji korelasi sederhana diperoleh nilai rhitung untuk hubungan literasi keuangan X1) dengan Kienrja UMKM(Y) adalah sebesar 0,708 yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kedua variabel. Besarnya sumbangan kontribusi variabel Literasi Keuangan (X1) terhadap variabel Kinerja UMKM (Y) dengan rumus KD = r2 x 100% = 0,7082 x 100% = 0,705 = 70%. Untuk mengetahui apakah koefisien tersebut dapat digeneralisasikan atau tidak, maka harus diuji signifikannya dengan menghitung nilai thitung variabel motivasi orang tua (X2) adalah sebesar 4,86. Karena nilai thitung 4,86 > ttabel 1,98, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel motivasi orang tua tidak dapat diabaikan.
