Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengembangkan media Instagram dalam pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan bagi ibu-ibu muda GPDI Elshaddai Sario, mengimplentasikan konsep materi pengelolaan keuangan pada proses pelatihan dengan menggunakan media Instagram sebagai alternative pembelajaran, mengetahui kualitas penggunaan media Instagram dengan melibatkan semua fitur yang ada dalam media tersebut, dan mengetahui respon ibu-ibu terhadap media Instagram dalam pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan. Penelitian pengembangan ini, diadaptasi dari model 4D (define, design, develop, disseminate). Hasil pengembangan media pembelajaran diketahui bahwa: (1) produk media yang dikembangkan layak digunakan kepada Ibu-Ibu muda GPDI Elshaddai Sario Manado. (2) kelayakan produk berdasarkan validasi ahli materi termasuk criteria “layak” untuk digunakan, sedangkan berdasarkan validasi ahli media termasuk criteria “sangatlayak” untuk digunakan. (3) hasil latihan I sebesar (60%) termasuk criteria “tinggi”, hasil latihan II sebesar (80%) termasuk criteria “tinggi”, (4) materi pengelolaan keuangan keluarga dengan berbantuan media instagram dapat di desiminasikan kepada masayarakat khususnya kepada pembelajaran ibu-ibu rumah tangga sebagai bahan pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan literasi ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam pengelolaan keuangan keluarga. Abstract

AbstarctPenelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh status social dan ekonomi kreatif terhadap keberhasilan usaha kuliner di Likupang kabupaten Minahasa Utara melalui minat berwirausaha penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengunakan sampel 101 yang ditentukan dengan mengunakan rumus slovin. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Status sosial bepengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha kuliner di likupang. Artinya jika status sosial menjadi lebih baik maka minat berwirausaha kuliner di likupang akan menjadi labih baik. Ekonomi kreatif bepengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha kuliner di likupang. Artinya jika ekonomi kreatif di likupang menjadi lebih baik maka minat berwirausaha kuliner di likupang akan menjadi labih baik. Status sosial bepengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha kuliner di likupang. Artinya jika status sosial menjadi lebih baik maka keberhasilan usaha kuliner di likupang akan menjadi labih baik. Ekonomi kreatif bepengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha kuliner di likupang. Artinya jika ekonomi kreatif dipahami dan dilakukan dengan baik maka keberhasilan usaha kuliner di likupang akan menjadi labih baik. Minat berwirausaha bepengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha kuliner di likupang. Artinya jika minat berwira usaha meningkat maka keberhasilan usaha kuliner di likupang akan menjadi labih baik. Status sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha kuliner di likupang melalui minat berwirausaha. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurship Attitudes of Students of Economic Education Department at the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University. With the independent variable namely Entrepreneurship Education and the dependent variable is the Attitude of Entrepreneurship. This research was conducted on some students in the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University Economic Education Department. The sample in this study were 60 students of the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University Economics Education Department. The problem in this research is trying to identify the factors that cause the Student Entrepreneurship Attitude to be still low, whether the process of entrepreneurship education is not maximized so that the Attitude of Student Entrepreneurship is low. The research objective was to see the effect of Entrepreneurship Education on increasing the Attitude of Student Entrepreneurship in the Economics Education Department at the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University. The research method used is a survey with data analysis techniques is regression correlation. The results showed that there was an influence of Entrepreneurship Education with the Attitude of Student Entrepreneurship. This, can be seen from the observation and the results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient between the two variables, namely the variable X as Entrepreneurship Education and variable Y as the Attitude of Student Entrepreneurship. Where analysis uses simple regression Ŷ = 44,99 + 0,06 X, and analysis using product moment correlation shows value r = 0,5 dan r2 = 0,25 atau 25%. While testing the significant level of the correlation coefficient using the t test with a real level 5% (α = 0,5) obtained thitung = 3,05 dan ttabel = 2,05 this means thitung < dari ttabel. These results can be understood that Entrepreneurship Education can improve Student Entrepreneurship Attitudes in the learning process which will ultimately improve student outcomes. With the existence of Entrepreneurship Education, it will affect the Attitude of Entrepreneurship in Students of the Economic Education Department at the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University.

Abstract

The major problem facing by the Regional Secretariat of Minahasa Regency is the lack of leaders’ attention to employees’ motivation and passion at work. This study aims to measure the relationship between leadership and employees’ work motivation in the Regional Secretariat Office of Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. It occupies a central role in advancing employees’ work motivation and passion. This study uses a quantitative method to measure leadership’s effect on employees’ motivation and work passion. Questionnaires were used as the main instrument to obtain the data. These questionnaires were distributed to all respondents in this study. This study’s population was predominantly made up of twenty-four employees in the Regional Secretariat Office of Minahasa Regency. Due to the limited population (24 employees), this study used all of the population as the samples. The results of this study showed a significant relationship between leadership and employees’ motivation. Since leadership is directing and influencing employees’ activity process, leaders should diligently extend it to their organizations utmost.

Abstract

The provision of incentives is one stimulus to encourage someone’s loyalty, and better work performance as the incentives are paid based on one’s work commitment. This research was conducted at Bethesda General Hospital, Tomohon City, and aims to determine the effect of incentives on its employee work commitment. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis of r = 0.84 indicated that there is a close and positive relationship between incentives and employee work commitment. The correlation analysis also produced the coefficient of determination r² = 0.71 or 71%, implying that the provision of incentives influences 71% of employee work commitment, and other factors beyond this research influence the remaining 29%. In addition, the t-test analysis shows that t count = 8.23 is greater than t table = 1.70 indicating a highly significant relationship between the provision of incentives and employee work commitment.

Abstract

This classroom action research aimed to improve the seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Tondano (Public Middle School) in understanding the information of a descriptive text. This research was conducted in two cycles. The research subjects were 28 students of class VII-A. The results showed that implementing the Quick on the Draw strategy in learning to understand descriptive text information created a learning atmosphere that excites students. It allows all students to play active roles during the learning as the nine steps of Quick on the Draw place students as the subject. Students use their potentials to think independently, solve problems jointly, and obtain additional information not provided by the teachers. The final test results showed that from 28 students, 27 students (96.42%) scored above 75, and 1 student (3.58%) below the standard. The ability of students to understand classical descriptive text information was 83, beyond the Minimum Learning Mastery Standard.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh Promosi terhadap Loyalitas pembeli pada pelanggan di Multimart Tomohon, (2) Pengaruh Profesionalisme Pramuniaga terhadap Loyalitas Pembeli pada pelanggan di Multimart Tomohon, (3) Pengaruh Promosi, dan Profesionalisme Pramuniaga terhadap Loyalitas Pembeli pada pelanggan di Multimart Tomohon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian di Multimart Tomohon. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Promosi terhadap loyalitas pembeli Multimart Tomohon 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Profesionalisme Pramuniaga terhadap Loyalitas pembeli, dan 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Promosi, dan Profesional Pramuniaga secara bersama-sama terhadap Loyalitas pembeli dengan Koefisien 54,0%. Kata kunci : Promosi, Profesional pramuniaga dan Loyalitas pembeli ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: (1) The Effect of Promotion on Buyer Loyalty to Customers at Multimart Tomohon, (2) The Effect of Salesperson's Professionalism on Buyer Loyalty to Customers at Multimart Tomohon, (3) The Effect of Promotion, and Professionalism of Sales Assistants on Buyer Loyalty to Customers in Tomohon. Multimart Tomohon. This study uses a causal associative method using a quantitative approach. The population in this study are consumers who have made purchases at Multimart Tomohon. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with a total sample of 70 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant effect of Promotion on the loyalty of Multimart Tomohon buyers 2) there was a positive and significant influence of Salesperson Professionalism on Buyer Loyalty, and 3) there was a positive and significant influence of Promotion, and Professional Salesperson together on Loyalty buyers with a coefficient of 54.0%. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi permasalahan pelayanan pelangga Indomaret Politeknik 3 Manado terkait dengan layanan pemasaran dan infomasi produk-produk yang di jual di Toko Indomaret Politeknik 3 Manado. Metode yang d gunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan diperkuat dengan data wawancara mendalam serta Teknik Focus Group Discussion untuk memperkuat hasil survey serta wawancara mendalam. Untuk objek penelitian berada di toko Indomaret Politeknik 3 kota Manado dengan subjek pengambilan data penelitian yaitu 10 orang Konsumen yang sering berbelanja di Inomaret Politeteknik 3 Manado serta seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di indomaret politeknik 3 Manado. Hasil Indentifikasi masalah dan analisis kebutuhan yang dilaksanakan dengan konsumen indomaret politeknik 3 menghasilkan gambaran bahwa kesulitan untuk mendapatkan informasi promosi dan konsumen tidak memahami ketentuan-ketentuan promosi membuat pelanggan yang ada di indomaret politeknik 3 sering salah dalam membeli produk promosi, Untuk analisis kebutuhan akan media WhatsApp yang dikembangkan lewat adanya pemanfaatan promosi serta informasi produk kepada konsumen menghasilkan informasi rata-rata konsumen membutuhakan informasi produk-produk serta bentuk-bentuk promo produk yang di jual oleh pihak indomaret secara online atau berbasis media WhatsApp dengan memanfatkan media WhatssApp yang dikembangkan untuk membantu pemasaran serta infomrasi produk yang di jual oleh Indomaret. Hasil penelitian ini mengambarkan Sebagian besar konsumen sangat membutuhkan pihak indomaret memanfaatkan media WhatssApp dengan fitur-fitur yang ada untuk memudahkan pemasaran produk indomaret serta meningkatkan literasi informasi terkait dengan sarana promosi produk oleh pihak Indomaret Politeknik 3 Manado. Kata Kunci : Identifikasi Masalah, Analisis Kebutuhan, Pengembangan Media WhatsApp Abstract This study aims to identify customer service problems Indomaret Polytechnic 3 Manado related to marketing services and product information sold at the Indomaret Polytechnic 3 Manado Shop. The method used in this study uses an in-depth survey method with data interviews and Focus Group Discussion techniques to strengthen the results of the survey and in-depth interviews. The object of the research is the Indomaret Polytechnic 3 Manado shop with the research subjects, namely 10 Consumers who often shop at Inomaret Polytechnic 3 Manado and all employees who work at Indomaret Polytechnic 3 Manado. The results of problem identification and needs analysis carried out with consumers of Indomaret Polytechnic 3 resulted in an illustration that difficulties in obtaining promotional information and consumers not understanding the terms of promotion made customers at Indomaret Polytechnic 3 often wrong in buying promotional products, For analysis of the need for WhatsApp media which was developed through the use of promotions and consumer information to produce information on average consumers need information on products and forms of product promotions sold by Indomaret online or based on WhatsApp media by utilizing WhatsApp media which was developed to assist marketing and product information. sold by Indomaret. The results of this study illustrate that most consumers really need Indomaret to use WhatsApp media with existing features to facilitate the marketing of Indomaret products and increase information literacy related to product promotion facilities by Indomaret Polytechnic 3 Manado. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin guru, kompetensi pedagogik, dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMA Katolik Rex Mundi Manado Kota Manado. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa yang berjumlah 687 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Slovin, dengan total sampel responden sebanyak 253 siswa.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh secara simultan antara disiplin guru, kompetensi pedagogik, dan motivasi mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 75,4%. Variabel yang memberikan kontribusi paling besar adalah kompetensi pedagogik guru yaitu sebesar 57%, diikuti dengan variabel motivasi mengajar guru yaitu sebesar 55%, dan disiplin mengajar sebesar 52,4%. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dan secara simultan variabel disiplin guru, kompetensi pedagogik, dan motivasi mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMA Katolik Rex Mundi Manado Kata Kunci: Disiplin guru, Kompetensi pedagogik guru, motivasi kerja guru, Motivasi belajar siswa Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of teacher discipline, pedagogic competence, and working motivation toward the student's motivation to learn of SMA Katolik Rex Mundi Manado. The population in this study were all the students which amount to 687 students. Sampling technique in this study using Slovin’s technique, with total samples were 253 students. The method of data collection used questionnaires, documentation, and interview. The result of the research indicated Simultaneous influence between teachers' discipline, pedagogic competence, and working motivation on students' motivations to learn was 75,4%. The variable that gave the biggest contribution was pedagogic competence, about 57%, followed by the teachers working motivation which was 55%, and teaching discipline was 52,4%. The conclusion of this study was there were positive and significant influences simultaneously or partially of teachers' discipline variable, pedagogic competence, and teachers working motivation toward the student's motivation to learn of SMA Katolik Rex Mundi Manado. Abstract

ABSTRACT Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan metode pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien secara online dimana penelitian ini dapat membuat metode belajar lebih flexibel, tdk menyita waktu kerja, menghemat biaya, materi dpt didownload dgn mudah, komunikasi/ruang diskusi dan pemateri tersedia dlm waktu kapan saja. Metode pembelajaran online ini telah melalui proses Focus Group Discussion (FGD) bersama Pimpinan dan Staff SDM, Accounting, Customer service baik pegawai lama dan pegawai baru. Dimana hasil FGD tersebut seluruh bagian sepakat membutuhkan suatu aplikasi pembelajaran online yg dapat dilakukan secara komperhensif. Aplikasi ini juga sangat sesuai dengan kondisi pandemik saat ini, dan juga membawa suatu perubahan mindset terkait dengan metode pembelajaran sebelumnya yang konvensional. Diharapkan melalui pengembangan aplikasi E-SBT berbasis E-Leaening dapat memberi kontribusi positif kepada perusahaan-perusahaan yang menerapkannya dan juga dapat dikembangkan lebih dinamis kedepannya. ABSTRACT This study aims to develop effective and efficient online learning methods where this research can make learning methods more flexible, less time consuming, save costs, materials can be downloaded easily, communication/discussion space and presenters are available anytime. This online learning method has gone through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) process with HR leaders and staff, accounting, customer service for both old and new employees. Where the results of the FGD all agreed that it needed an online learning application that could be done comprehensively. This application is also very suitable for the current pandemic conditions, and also brings a change of mindset related to the previous conventional learning methods.
