Abstract

A leader must be able to mix and govern current production components in order for the company to continue to exist. Because the firm's survival depends on employees who function as the driving force and carry out corporate tasks, a successful leader is one who understands his subordinates' wants and desires. The purpose of this study is to see how leadership affects employee morale at PT. Aditya Sinar Pratama Klungkung. Spearman rank correlation analysis, determination, and the t test were utilized as analytical techniques. The correlation r = 0.766, which is between 0.600 and 0.799, indicates that there is a positive correlation and a significant association between leadership and employee morale, implying that as leadership improves, so does employee morale, and vice versa. The coefficient of determination derived from the analysis of determination was 58.60 percent, indicating that leadership influenced employee morale by 58.60 percent, while the remaining 41.40 percent was influenced by other factors not investigated. The t-test calculation yielded t-count = 8.596, which indicates that t-count is higher than t-table. According to the test criteria, H0 is rejected whereas Hi is approved, indicating that leadership has an impact on employee morale, as evidenced by the significant value of 0.00 from a = 0.05.

Abstract

Stock prices have long been a fascinating topic for researchers, especially in the financial industry, in this digital era. Stock price fluctuations are caused by a variety of variables, one of which is corporate dividend distribution. Dividends are not only a source of income for investors, but they also serve as a barometer of a company's performance. Companies with a bigger market capitalization are better equipped to pay dividends than companies with a smaller market capitalization, hence this will affect the stock price. With firm size as the moderating variable, the point of this study is to re-examine and affirm the impact of dividend policy on stock prices. In this study, the population is manufacturing enterprises that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020. The sample was determined using a non-probability method and purposive sampling technique, and a total of 72 companies were collected. Path analysis is the analytical technique utilized. The findings of this study show that dividend policy has a positive impact on stock prices, and that firm size has no effect on dividend policy's impact on stock prices. Keywords: dividend policy, stock price, firm size, manufacturing company.

Abstract

The economic stability of a country is a criterion for long-term economic development. However, economic stability is a long-standing issue, particularly in developing countries. Almost all countries, both developed and developing, are struggling with economic growth and stability. The purpose of this research is to explain and re-examine the relationship between the money supply, the rupiah exchange rate, and fuel prices and the inflation rate. In this study, secondary data was used, and data was collected using time series data from 2012 to 2021. Multiple linear regression analysis, multiple coefficients of determination (R2), partial hypothesis test (t test), and simultaneous hypothesis test (F test) were used in this study and were tested using SPSS Version 22.0. The three dependent variables, namely the money supply, the rupiah exchange rate, and the price of gasoline, are said to have a positive influence on the inflation rate, either partially or concurrently, based on the test results.

Abstract

In the process of providing service, nurses are the most interactive healthcare personnel with patients. Nurses in public hospitals have a huge responsibility for providing quality health care. The study aims to confirm and re-test the impact of work-life balance and workload on job satisfaction and the performance of nurses. The sample determination uses the nonprobability sampling method with the technique of taking saturated samples (sensus), so that the entire population of 32 people is the sample. Path analysis is used to test hypotheses in research using SmartPLS version 3.2.9. The study revealed that work-life balance showed a significant positive impact on job satisfaction but no significant impact on nurses’ performance; the workload on an informed nurse’s job satisfaction can have an equally significant positive effect on the performance of the nurse; the satisfaction of the real job does not have a significant effect on the nurse's performance; and job satisfaction cannot affect the impact of work-life balances and workloads on the nurse's performance.
