Stunting adalah kegagalan untuk mencapai pertumbuhan yang optimal, diukur berdasarkan TB/U (tinggi badan menurut umur) (Setiawan, 2010). Stunting atau malnutrisi kronik merupakan bentuk lain dari kegagalan pertumbuhan. Stunting adalah gangguan pertumbuhan fisik yang sudah lewat, berupa penurunan kecepatan pertumbuhan dalam perkembangan manusia yang merupakan dampak utama dari gizi kurang.Gizi kurang merupakan hasil dariketidak seimbangan faktor-faktor pertumbuhan (faktor internal dan eksternal).Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah adahubungan pengetahuan ibu hamil dan tingkat ekonomi dengan kejadian Stunting pada Balita di Puskesmas Parapat Tahun 2019 .Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling yakni seluruh populasi dijadikan sampleAnalisis kuantitatif deskriptif analitik, yaitu menganalisis data-data yang diperoleh dari Puskesmas Parapat terkait yang disajikan dalam bentuk tabel, gambar (chart) dan diagram. Analisis Kuantitatif, yaitu menganalisis data dari hasil tabulasi kuesioner melalui analisis SPSS. Dari Beberapa kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik dari hasil penelitian ini, antara lain: adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara Pengetahuan ibu hamil dan tingkat sosial ekonomi terhadap kejadian stuntingdengan nilai p = 0,000.Sehingga disarankan pada Ibu yang memiliki Balita agar membawa balitanya untuk posyandu, agar menurunkan jumlah Stuntingyang ada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Parapat Kecamatan Girsang Sipangan Bolon Kabupaten Simalungun Tahun 2019.

The Effect of Compensation on Employee Performance at Tuan Rondahaim Hospital Pamatang Raya Adrian K Tarigan

In this study there are two variables are variables X (Discipline) and Y (Performance). This study aims to examine and analyze the influence ofcompensation for employee work at RSUD Tuan Rondahaim Pamatang Raya. Based on the incidental sample method, the total sample in this study was 62 respondents. In this study using primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The number of questionnaires distributed as many as 62 copies and which can be returned and processed as many as 62 copies. The method of analysis used in this study is simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t-test). Amount of t-counts (8.382) > of the amount of t-tables (1.99897) then Ha accepted. Based on these results it can be concluded that the compensation has positive and significant effect on employee's work at RSUD Tuan Rondahaim Pamatang Raya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan jasa pengiriman terhadap kepuasan konsumen JNE Express Cabang Lubuk Pakam. Penelitian ini menggunakan lima variabel independen yaitu Tangible (Bukti Fisik), Reliability (Kehandalan), Responsiveness (Daya Tanggap), Assurance (Jaminan) dan Emphaty (Kepedulian) dengan satu variabel dependent yaitu Kepuasan Konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para konsumen atau pengguna JNE Express Cabang Lubuk Pakam. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 68 responden dengan menggunakan teknik Non-Probability Sampling dengan pendekatan Accidental Sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, yaitu siapa yang kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti dapat dijadikan sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu berupa uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji T dan Uji F serta koefisien determinasi (R2 ). Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan peneliti, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa indikator-indikator pada penelitian ini bersifat valid dan reliabel. Pada uji Asumsi klasik data berdistribusi normal, tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas dan pada uji hipotesis Variabel Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, dan Assurance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Dan Variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah Variabel Emphaty dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,894. Kata Kunci : Bukti Fisik, Kehandalan, Daya Tanggap, Jaminan, Kepedulian dan Kepuasan Konsumen

The development of the digital world and technology plays an active role in everyday human life and activities. The use of the digital world and technology provides a lot of information so that it can be accessed easily so that it is not uncommon for the use of technology to be used for things that are not good, such as accessing sites that contain negative content. Not everyone knows how to filter sites that contain negative content, so we need a system that can filter sites that contain negative content. This study aims to build a system that can filter sites on the internet so that healthy internet use can be implemented. Sites are filtered using a web proxy proxy. Data collection was carried out using the literature study method, system design, topology design, and filter application. Testing of blocked sites using a browser. The results of this study web proxies can block sites such as URLs, websites, keywords, and the download process of a file. Web proxies cannot block some sites with certain domains. Filtering with a web proxy takes quite a long time because of the many configurations needed.

Initially, this research on consumer protection in Indonesia by the government did not have a specific law, but the legal instruments were scattered in several laws that only limited certain consumers, for example electricity, health, small businesses, food and others. After the reform under the leadership of President BJ. Habibie only then had a special law governing consumer protection, which actually originated from the DPR's initiative, namely Law no. 8 of 1999 which was ratified on April 20, 1999 State Gazette of 1999 No. 42. The decision issued by the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) Medan City 01/BPSK/MDN/2003 against brother P. Silalahi's lawsuit against Macan Yaohan Merak Jingga complies with the provisions stipulated in Law no. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, the provision referred to is Business Actors. Obliged to provide clear, correct and honest information regarding the conditions and warranties of goods and or services as well as provide explanations and use of repair and maintenance. Another provision is that Business Actors are required not to resell expired biscuits by replacing/re-melting or changing the expiration date, month and year. Based on the results of the discussion in data processing according to field data, the results of the discussion are as follows: The number of street light poles is 100 rods per trip and one hundred street lights. The distance between the poles is 50 meters and the height of the pole is 7 meters and the LED lights are 90 watts so they don't match the standard of street light lighting. The installation must comply with the provisions for installing aerial cables in PUIL 2000 TC (Twisset cable), the designation for aerial cables that are familiar in the field. (in PUIL various aerial cables NFY, NFAY, NF2X, NFA2X, etc.) On TC cables for identification: On TC cables there is a line / strip one is used to mark phase = N, On TC cables there is no line / strip used to mark neutral = N Nominal current on each panel is 12, 37 amperes and the total use of lighting on the Sutomo-Merdeka road is 18,000 watts. The total budget costs are; total material price + tax + profit = IDR 1,515,164,000.- + IDR 174,243,860.- + IDR 303,032,000.-, = IDR 1,992,440,660.-
