<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, menjelaskan dan memprediksi kepercayaan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Jaya Mandiri Konstruksindo dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif yaitu seluruh karyawan PT Jaya Mandiri Konstruksindo. Data kumpulkan dengan metodea menyebarkan kuesioner (angket) dan observasi, kemudian melakukan analisis data menggunakan SPSS yang dilakukan dengan regresi, analisis jalur, dan analisis rentang skala. Hasil penelitian dalam taraf signifikan 10% menemnukan bahwa, (1) kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja perusahaan PT Jaya Mandiri Konstruksindo. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepercayaan karyawan terhjadap kinerja perusahaan dengan presentasi sebesar 41,213% merupakan hasil prediksi data kepercayaan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Jaya Mandiri Konstruksindo yang telah di uji dan sisanya dengan presentasi sebesar 58,787% merupakan hasil prediksi data variabel lain yang tidak di uji dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to analyze, explain and predict confidence in the performance of employees of PT Jaya Mandiri Televisi with descriptive and verification methods, namely all employees of PT Jaya Mandiri Televisi. Collecting data using the method of distributing questionnaires (questionnaire) and observation, then conducting data analysis using SPSS 25 which is carried out by sampling techniques, quantitative methods of data analysis techniques validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing and hypothesis testing. The population of this study was 45 people, then through the sampling formula the sample was determined to be 45 respondents. The results of the study at a significant level of 10% show that, (1) trust has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the company PT Jaya Mandiri Konsindo. Based on the simulation results in this study, it shows that employee confidence in company performance with a presentation of 41.213% is the result of predicting data on trust in employee performance of PT Jaya Mandiri Konsindo which has been tested and the like with a presentation of 58.787%, which is the result of predicting data on other variables that are not tested. test in this study.]]>
