Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the prevention of juvenile delinquency by the Department of Social Welfare in handling cases in Samarinda City. This type of qualitative descriptive research focuses on the empowerment and obstacles faced by the Office of Social Welfare. This research has been carried out from October to January 2022. The primary data sources are the head of the service, the head of the rehabilitation section for children and the elderly, social workers and counseling. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through reduction, display and conclusion. The validity of the data using data triangulation. The results of the study, adolescent empowerment will have implications in developing the mindset of youth independence so that they have the ability to work and gain experience. Barriers: on the financial aspect, human resources, shelter, the role of parents and public awareness. The practical implication is that this research can be piloted in a youth development social home in handling delinquency cases delegated from the Samarinda Class II Child Special Guidance Institute in Tenggarong.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan pengalaman guru sekolah dasar dalam mengajar dengan menggunakan media sosial berbasis kerangka TPACK pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 006 Sangkulirang yang beralamat di jalan Pattimura Desa Benua Baru Ilir Kecamatan Sangkulirang Kabupaten Kutai Timur. Pemilihan subjek penelitian, peneliti menggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Analisis menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pengalaman guru sekolah dasar mengajar menggunakan media sosial pada masa pandemi covid-19 berbasis kerangka TPACK adalah Whatsapp Group (WAG) dan youtube. Penggunaan kedua media sosial tersebut dengan alasan hampir semua orangtua dan siswa sudah memiliki WA dan Youtube dan dapat menggunakannya dengan baik. Kerangka TPACK sangat bermanfaat untuk pengembangan diri guru sehingga tujuan pendidikan bisa dicapai.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the values of the Hindu-Buddhist culture, which is in the Museum of Mulawarman Tenggarong, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of historical learning model by using problem-based learning and obstacles from implementing problem-based learning model in history learning. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection using observation and interview techniques. The result of the research shows that learning process is more centred on student activity with problem-solving related to history lesson material and obstacles in applying problem-based learning is the understanding and ability of educator in using learning model, complicated, limited time, facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The existence of the Dutch ruling in Indonesia brought the development of Protestant Christianity. Continued with the entry of zending who came with the spirit of Pietism (pious people who practice God's word) which in principle prioritizes repentance, teaching faith experiences in daily life and in worship. Abstract

Penerapan sebuah media pembelajaran yang menyenangkan merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan oleh guru untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien. Salah satunya memanfaatkan aplikasi quizizz dalam proses pembelajaran sejarah. Aplikasi quizizz merupakan media pembelajaran berbasis game edukatif yang menyenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan aplikasi quizizz dalam pembelajaran sejarah serta minat peserta didik selama menggunakan aplikasi quizizz. Selain itu, untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kelemahan yang dimiliki oleh aplikasi quizizz. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas X SMK Negeri 17 Samarinda. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini antara lain observasi, wawancara, survei, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi quiziz sangat bermanfaat pada mata pelajaran sejarah di kelas X SMK Negeri 17 Samarinda, siswa menjadi lebih tertarik belajar sejarah selama menggunakan aplikasi quizizz sehingga mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar, dan fitur-fitur yang terdapat pada aplikasi quizizz di kelas X SMK Negeri 17 samarinda belum dikembangkan secara maksimal dalam proses pembelajaran sejarah.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the history of the development of the life of the people of Salissingan Island which is seen in three aspects, namely the political aspect, the economic aspect, and the social aspect. Then the type of research used is historical research which consists of Heuristics, Criticism, Interpretation and Historiography. The focus of this research is community life and the development of community life on Salissingan Island. The results of this study indicate that the development of community life on Salissingan Island refers to three aspects, namely the Political Aspect regarding the formation of the first village in 1994 and then in 2008 the second village was formed. next On the economic aspect of people's lives seen in the work as fishermen and fishermen's income in the form of sea cucumbers and lobster shrimp. as for the social aspect regarding the development and population growth of Salissingan Island since 1994-2009

Abstract

The use of the Dutch heritage site in Teluk Bayur as a learning resource is intended to improve history learning at SMAN 1 Berau and also to enrich history learning resources. The purpose of this study was to describe the historical learning process at SMAN 1 Berau by utilizing the Dutch heritage site in Teluk Bayur and the teacher’s obstacles in the process of utilizing the Dutch heritage site as a learning resource. The type of research used ia a qualitative approach. The result of this study show how the learning process at SMAN 1 Berau runs according to the existing curriculum and the use of Dutch heritage sites as a learning resource makes students have a high enthusiasm for learning, and students can add social attitudes toward historical sites in the environment.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the establishment of the Steenkolen Maatschappij Parapattan (SMP) company which exploited the natural resources and human resources of the workers which caused a resistance. The purpose of this study is to describe the initial conditions of Teluk Bayur before the resistance in 1926 and to describe the forms of resistance in 1926. The type of research used in this research is historical research using heuristic methods, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The results show that prior to the riots, SMP was established in 1912, which was the beginning of the riots that occurred in 1926. Dutch involvement extended to the government. In addition to exploiting coal, contracted workers were also exploited by doing hard labor in coal mines with disproportionate salaries until there was an action against a junior high school company in Teluk Bayur on the night of 6-7 November 1926. Sarekat Islam was considered a forum that initiated resistance so that SI was frozen by the Dutch after the incident.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejarah migrasi Suku Dayak Uma Baha dari Batu Majang ke Long Beliu Kabupaten Berau 2000-2005 menggunakan metode sejarah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat beberapa alasan terjadinya migrasi, yaitu adanya permasalahan lahan yang berujung konflik antar suku di daerah asal dan fasilitas umum yang kurang memadai. Proses migrasi terbagi dalam 5 tahap selama 1999-2005. Adapaun dampak dari migrasi tersebut dapat dilihat dalam perubahan di bidang sosial, ekonomi, Pendidikan dan Kesehatan.
