Abstract

Dengan begitu banyaknya rasio keuangan yang dapat digunakan dalam menilaikinerja kuangan perusahaan, penelitian ini mencoba untuk menentukan rasio apa sajayang dapat digunakan untuk melihat kinerja keuangan perusahaan menggunakananalisis factor. Dari 18 rasio keuangan yang digunakan untuk menilai kunerjaperusahaan emiten saham syariah hanya 10 rasio yang dapat digunakan danmembentuk tiga faktor. Deviden dan return on asset (ROA) membentuk faktor pertamadengan variance 37,186%. Gross profit margin (GPM),operating profit margin(OPM), net profit margin (NPM) membentuk faktor kedua dengan variance sebesar21,347% dan faktor ketiga dibentuk oleh debt to asset ratio (DAR), debt to equity ratio(DER), working capital turnover, working capital to total asset dan leverage.Berdasarkan nilai dalam Component Transformation Matrix, diketahui nilai korelasiyang tinggi sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembentukan tiga faktor ini valid.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan pelanggan PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Kancatel Depok. Kuisioner digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa pelanggan merasa tidak puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan perusahaan.Kata kunci : keandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan, empati, tangibel

Abstract

On February 4, 2004, the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) was implemented the changed its trading rules from continuous open to opening call, called pre-opening session. The purpose of this trading rules changed is to improve market liquidity. Previous study found that the opening call would reduce the volatility and spread at the opening call than the continuous open. These studies analyze market volatility and liquidity (trade base and order base) using intra-day data from the Indonesian Stock Exchange, where this market uses pre-opening session as the opening call. More than 100,000 transactions were used in this study with one- month period. The results of this study are contradicts to the previous studies. Using the opening call does not reduced market volatility, especially at the opening trade. The opening trade is more volatile then closing trade. Using the opening call do not impair on liquidity, especially for high volume stocks, based on trade or based on order. This phenomenon was contradicts to the conventional wisdom which suggests that thinly traded stocks is better in call trading method while the continuous auction method is preferred for heavily traded stocks.

Abstract

According to the plan of development of creative industries in Indonesia until 2025 the tourism industry is expected to be one of the drivers of economic growth through creative industry. This study aims to describe the development of the tourism industry and economic activity associated with the industry in the area of Banyumas. The data used are the rate of occupancy hotels , long stay travelers, the number of tourists, the number of hospitality workers and GDP for the period 2003 to 2011. A survey of the economic actors was done to determine the economic activity around the existing tourism industry. Banyumas tourism industry still relies on nature tourism. Some tourism object are there in desperate need of attention because of the condition that local governments are not maintained resulting in lower interest visitors. Some distinctive cultural can still be developed because it has its own characteristics that absorb the influences of two differences culture. The mixing of natural tourism and cultural tourism can increase the economic potential of the community.Keywords: tourism, nature tourism, creative industries

Abstract

This study describes the corporate governance linking between the various participants in the company who determine the direction of the company's performance: This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance to the quality of financial reporting in manufacturing companies. Good Corporate Governance is measured from institutional ownership, managerial ownership and the board of commissioners and supporting variables such as firm age (Age) and leverage enterprise and financial reporting quality is measured through a questionnaire distributed by 65 respondents. The statistical method used is a simple linear regression analysis. Sample research is a manufacturing company in 2012. Based on the results of hypothesis testing can be concluded that the leverage effect on the Quality of Financial Reporting; while BOC, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership and firm age (Age) does not affect the quality of financial reporting. Abstract

Increasing internet users and the growing of e-commerce in Indonesia impact on consumer behaviour in terms of shopping. One of the models of shopping channels that are currently being the world's trend is replacing conventional shopping systems that require shoppers to come to shopping with a shopping system online.  This research aims to determine whether there is a influence on shopping lifestyle, hedonic shopping motivation and sales promotion of impulse buying in Berrybenka consumer. The samples on this research are consumers who have ever shopped at Berrybenka e-commerce through websites or applications. The sampling method used in this study is non probability sampling using the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is a descriptive analysis and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The hypothesis test results show that shopping lifestyle variable affects impulse buying behavior, while hedonic shopping motivation and sales promotion have no effect on the impulse buying behavior.

Abstract

Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa salah satu faktor yang ikut berperan dalam karier individu adalah Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). OCB mengacu pada perilaku peran ekstra karyawan, yaitu perilaku yang bersifat sukarela dan melampaui ekspektasi peran normal. Berbagai penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberlakuan OCB memiliki dampak positif yang kuat pada berbagai hasil kerja individu. Mengingat peran dan dampak OCB dalam organisasi maka perlu disusun instrumen yang tepat untuk mengukur OCB. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menyusun instrumen pengukur OCB di kalangan dosen. OCB diukur dari lima dimensi yakni altruism, courtesy, conscientiousness, sportsmanship, dan civic-virtue.  Uji reliabilitas dilakukan dengan melihat statistik Cronbach Alpha. Uji validitas ini menggunakan Content Validity Ratio.  Validitas isi instrumen diperoleh dengan memberikan kuesioner yang dirancang kepada panelis yang terdiri dari pakar yang berkecimpung di dunia pendidikan dengan bidang psikologi dan manajemen. Pengujian validitas item sebagai pengukur variabel juga dilakukan dengan analisis Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Hasil uji PCA menunjukkan terbentuknya 10 variabel yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur OCB di kalangan dosen. Total item pernyataan yang membentuk 10 variabel tersebut adalah 36 item pernyataan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare MS Glow pada konsumen pria. Sampel diambil menggunakan pendekatan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian digunakan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel persepsi harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pria dan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh persepsi harga dan kualitas produk secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh panggilan belajar dan keanggotaan terhadap minat belajar. Sampel diambil menggunakan pendekatan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 150 responden. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian digunakan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel panggilan berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar dan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh panggilan dan keanggotaan secara bersama-sama terhadap minat belajar.

Abstract

The purpose was to determine the effect of service quality on return visit interest through community satisfaction. This research method quantitative survey type. The object is service quality on public satisfaction and interest in visiting again. The research subjects were people who conducted SIUP licensing at the front office of the One- Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP) located in Depok City. The sampling technique random sampling. The sample amounted to 120 respondents. The results showed that service quality had a significant effect on community satisfaction and interest in visiting again. Public satisfaction has a significant effect on interest in visiting again. All three variables have a significant value <0.05, which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.
