Abstract

Gymnastics is a sport that is carried out en masse, starting from the elementary, middle, upper, and public levels. In the past, gymnastics was very cultured, this is evidenced by the absence of differences in almost all circles of the gymnastics community both in groups and collectively, old, young, male, and female exercising together. This study aims to determine "The Effect of Indonesian Move Gymnastics Exercise on the Physical Fitness Level of Class VIII Boys of SMP N 8 Jambi City. This research is an experimental study conducted with the aim of knowing whether there is a consequence of something imposed on the sample to be studied. The research method used is an experimental method with a sample size of 36 people. The research method used is an experimental method with a sample size of 36 people. Before being given treatment, students began with (pretest), then were given treatment 16 times, after that, it ended with (posttest). This exercise is carried out for 6 weeks with a frequency of training 3 times a week. Based on the tests carried out, the following data were obtained, the initial test data for the average level of physical fitness was 12.83. Standard deviation 1.44. With the highest score of 16 and the lowest of 11. While the data for the final test, the level of physical fitness averaged 15.5. Standard deviation 1.34. With the highest score of 18 and the lowest of 13. The results of the analysis of the normality test for the initial test population obtained data L0 = 0.1357, L table = 0.1477. While the results of the analysis of the normality test for the final test population obtained data L0 = 0.1443, L table = 0.1477. Because L0 <Ltabel means that both data come from populations that are normally distributed. Homogeneity test results show Fcount (1.16) <Ftable (1.75), so the data is homogeneous. The -t test shows that there is a difference between (pretest) and (posttest) tcount (32.59)> ttable (1.689).The results of this study prove that gymnastics let's move in Indonesia can improve the physical fitness of male students with a fitness level of 2.67. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of Indonesian gymnastics exercises on the level of physical fitness of male students of class VIII SMP 8 Jambi City.

Abstract

Abstract The problem in this research is the lack of passing accuracy in the SSB Porsil soccer game. This study aims to see the effect of the practice of knocking down the cone on the accuracy of passing in a soccer game. This research is an experimental research. The population in this study were all students of SSB Porsil who were still active in participating in the training and amounted to 47 people. The sample in this study was the age of 10-12 years as many as 20 people. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling technique. The instrument in this study is a short pass test to measure passing accuracy. The data analysis technique used the Lilliefors normality test and t-test with a significant level of = 0.05. The result of the research is that there is an effect of knocking down the opponent's cone on the accuracy of passing in the SSB Porsil football game. This is proven significantly, where after the "t" test the results obtained are tcount (1.77) > ttable (1.72), Ho is rejected while Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of knocking down the opponent's cone on the accuracy of passing in the SSB Porsil soccer game. Abstract

Abstract Study this background back by lack of strength and accuracy in To do chest pass . Destination study this is for knowing influence the effect of the push up variasit exercise on the ability of the chest pass student extracurricular at SMK Setih Setio 2 Muara Bungo.The method used in this research is the experimental method. the sample amounted to a sample of 16 students. The design used in this research is one group pretest and posttest. The data analysis technique of this research is a hypothesis test (t test) using SPSS Version 0.22The results obtained showed that there was an increase in the chest pass for extracurricular students at SMK Setih Setio with the mean pre-test score of 5.75 and post-test score of 9.88. Statistical analysis using the t test showed a significant value, obtained t count (11.341) > t table (2.13145) was significant so it can be concluded that using push up variant exercises on the chest pass ability of basketball extracurricular students at SMK Setih Setio 2 Muara Bungo. Abstract

Abstract The problem in this study is the lack of dribbling ability of SSB Putra Lintas Bungo player aged 10-12 years. This study aims to examine the dribbling ability of SSB Putra Lintas Bungo soccer players aged 10-12 years. This research is an experimental research. The technique used in the sample selection is purposive development phases. After doing the pre-tesst, all samples were divided into 2 groups through matched ordinal pairing technique. The results of the pre-test and post-test that were recorded were the length of time each testee got after doing the dribbling ability test. The data analysis technique used t-test with a significant level of =0.05. The results of the study are (1). There is an affect of zig-zag dribbling practice on the dribbling ability of SSB Putra Lintas Bungo players aged 10-12 years. With tcount 6.08 while ttable is 1.94 with a significant level of =0.05 and n = 7, then tcount > ttable (6.08 > 1.94). (2). There is an effect of slalom dribble training on the dribbling ability of SSB Putra Lintas Bungo players aged 10-12 years.with a tcount of 3.65 while t-table is 1.94 with a significant level of =0.05 and n = 7, then tcount > ttable (3.65 > 1.94). (3). There is a significant difference between the results of zig- zag dribbling training and slalom dribbling training on the dribbling ability of SSB Putra Lintas Bungo players aged 10-12 years. With tcount 2.92 while ttable 1.94 with a significant level of =0.05 and n = 7, then tcount > ttable (2.92 > 1.94). Thus, this value indicates that the given zig- zag dribbling and slalom dribble exercises have differences in improving the dribbling ability of SSB Putra Lintas Bungo players aged 10-12 years. Abstract

The background of this research is the lack of realm of developing physical research is the lack of realm of developing physical education learning models. The problem in this study is how the modified form of the soccer game is suitable for the VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 5 Tanah Sepenggal. This research method is development research that refers to the modified Borg & Gall development model, namely: (1) conducting preliminary research and gathering information, including field observations and literature review, (2) developing the initial product form (in the form of game activities soccer) (3) expert evaluation using one physical education expert and one learning expert, as small-scale trials, using an evaluation sheet which was then analyzed, (4) the first product revision based on the results of expert evaluations and small-scale trials, (5) large-scale trials, (6) revision of the final product, (7) the final result of the modification of the learning game “Football Soccer Gacone”. The research data are in the form of product quality, suggestions for product improvement, and the results of filling out questionnaires by students. Data was collected using expert evaluation sheets (one physical education expert and one learning expert), small-scale trials (8 students ), and large-scale tests (30 students). The data analysis technique used is the descriptive percentage to reveal students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects after using the product. From the test results obtained expert evaluation data, namely Physical Education experts 89% (good), Learning experts 86% (good), small-scale trials 75,83% (good), and large-scale trials 69,66% (good enough). From the existing data, it can be concluded that the development of physical education learning through the Football Soccer Gacone game can be used in the physical education learning process for junior high school students. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the Football Soccer Gacone game is effective, so it can be school students. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the Football Soccer Gacone game is effective, so it can be applied as a learning model in physical education teachers at the 5 Tanah Spenggal Junior High School can use the Football Soccer Gacone Game model product in the physical education learning process.
