Abstract

AbstractThis research was motivated by the fact that Hadrah art is rarely heard among the public. The phenomenon is characterized by a lack of interest of teenagers to the Hadrah arts. The method used is descriptive method with a form of qualitative research. The approach used is an ethnographic approach. Source of data obtained through informants who know about Hadrah art in the Sekuduk village Sejangkung sub-district of Sambas district. Data collection techniques were observation, interview techniques, and technical documentation. Technique of validity the data was extension of the observation and triangulation sources techniques. The results of the research were: 1) the musical function of Hadrah art as the atmosphere carrier, as a means of communication, as a eans of education, as a means of survival and stability of culture, and as a means of entertainment. 2) the way of presenting Hadrah art such as percussion ensembles using seven kinds of musical instruments, which is 3 pieces of tambourines, drums, bongos, tambourines and maracas. The implementation of Hadrah arts besides performed at the Maulud Prophet, it was also commonly carried out at the marriage, circumcision, plain flour, halal bi halal, moved a new home, and salvation Umrah / Haj. Keywords:  Function, Forms of presentation, Hadrah arts

Abstract

The cafeteria of Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta, has a problem that is a lot ofgarbage left by visitors to the canteen. Waste consists of plastic, paper, food scraps placedat the canteen table by visitors to the canteen. The location of the trash can is far from thevisitors, and the number of trash bins totaling 4 pieces, unable to accommodate the garbagefrom visitors to the canteen can get problems in environmental pollution for the future. Sohe made a study that produced a garbage bin robot with an industrial system 4.0, which isto assist the task of human work. With the aim of reducing the trash left by visitors to thecanteen and the convenience of visitors to put garbage on the robot. Using the protoypingmethod in the system of making garbage bins with the stages of collecting design processneeds, building prototypes, evaluating & repairing, producing a robot with a smartphonecontroller based on boarduino applications so that robots can work according to the needsexpected by researchers.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the local media in Cirebon since May 2016-2018 cannot be separated from the discussion and data that Cirebon is categorized as an emergency of child violence. The category of emergencies can be known from data on the increase in child violence in 2016 with 30 cases recorded, in 2017 there were 126 cases, and in early 2018 it increased to 147 cases. What is the ideal policy for realizing child protection? What steps should be taken by the regional government in Cirebon in responding to areas that are included in the emergency situation of child victims of sexual crimes? The method used in this study uses a normative juridical method approach, starting from the provisions of the legislation and examined in the field to obtain supporting factors and obstacles. In Cirebon itself sexual violence as reported by the media is still high and requires government policies that favor children. Government policies in Cirebon are very confusing for the people in Cirebon itself, especially regarding violence against children.

Abstract

Prisons have a reputation for being cages of deprivation of freedom and atonement for wrongdoing. Prisoners lose their independence because prisons restrict their movement, including their sexual needs, which is like the "missing piece of the puzzle." The discussion in this article tries to explore the missing piece of prisoners' rights, examine, and analyze the impact of the Conjugal Visit program for prisoners in Indonesia, to bring new light to the realization of human rights in the prison system aimed at legal protection and fulfillment of human rights. This article uses normative legal methods. Systematic legal comparison is used to examine literature study data. The result is that, sexual rights are fundamental. Prisoners must be fulfilled. Unmet basic needs can harm physical and mental health. The principle of basic human needs. Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health supports Conjugal Visit in Indonesia. Legal system theory and international practice in the implementation of Conjugal Visit should be a reference for implementation in Indonesia.

Abstract

Obesity is one of the most neglected problems in today's society. The incidence of obesity is related to diet, energy intake, physical activity, and sleep duration. Energy intake that is greater than the calories expended can be one of the triggers for obesity. Dried takokak contains high carbohydrates and low fat. Based on data from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency in 2017, the level of ice cream consumption in Indonesia was 22.64% and increased in 2018 with the percentage to 26.38%. Ice cream made using skim milk has a lower fat content because skim milk contains 1% fat so that it can increase protein and reduce fat content in ice cream. Drinking tea is now growing in the trend of health drinks and lifestyle. Several studies state that tea is suitable for consumption by obese people. The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in the level of consumption of energy and macronutrients (protein, fat, carbohydrates) in the control respondents with the treatment respondents and to analyze the differences in the consumption levels of the respondents before and after the intervention was given. This type of research is a Quasi Experimental study with the treatment of giving tea and takokak ice cream. The design used in this study is the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. In this study there were four treatment groups, namely P0 = control, P1 = takokak ice cream, P2 = takokak tea, and P3 = combination. Respondents in this study had an age range of 30-49 years with nutritional status >23. The consumption level of respondents was obtained from food recall data for 14 consecutive days. The difference in consumption levels before and after the intervention was given to the treated group, if the data were normally distributed, it was tested using the Paired t-test. After the Paired t-test was carried out, there were significant differences in the level of energy consumption and macronutrients (protein and carbohydrates) after the intervention was given to each group. In the four groups there was no significant difference in the level of fat consumption. After the One Way Anova test, there were no significant differences in the level of energy consumption, protein, fat, and between groups. Suggestions for this research need to do further research using appropriate targets with the given intervention.

Abstract

Hypoalbuminemia is a condition where the albumin level in the blood falls below normal. Hypoalbuminemia is known as a marker of protein energy malnutrition, inflammation, infection, liver disease, kidney disease and postoperative stress. In Indonesia, malnutrition hospital data shows 40-50% of patients have hypoalbuminemia or are at risk of hypoalbuminemia, 12% of them are severe hypoalbuminemia, and the hospitalization period for patients with hospital malnutrition shows 90% longer than patients with good nutrition. Decreased albumin levels can be associated with a decrease in the immune system and slow healing of tissues/wounds due to infection. Neutrophils and lymphocytes whose numbers increase when inflammation occurs. Oral administration of high protein with snakehead fish extract (Channa striata ) is an alternative treatment for hypoalbuminemia. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of snakehead fish extract (Channa striata) on albumin, neutrophil, and lymphocyte levels in hypoalbuminemic patients. Method: Articles are compiled using a systematic method literature review , involving national and international journals by taking journals through Google scholar, Pubmed, Research Gate, Scient direct. Results: There was an effect of giving snakehead fish extract on albumin levels, neutrophil values, and lymphocyte values in hypoalbuinemic patients and experimental animals. Conclusion: The content of amino acids, albumin, Zn, Fe, Cu and unsaturated fatty acids in snakehead fish ( Ophiocephalus striatus) is quite effective as an effort to increase albumin levels, decrease neutrophil and lymphocyte values when inflammation occurs in hypoalbuminemic patients

Abstract

Mobile Legends is one game where students cyberbully. This online game has chat features. In-game chat may be used for cyberbullying. This research examines cyberbullying laws in online mobile legendary games for teens and legal protection for victims. The survey found that the Criminal Code and ITE Law include various cyberbullying rules, yet MAN Yogyakarta students are unaware that online gaming bullying is a criminal. Diversion may be used to resolve bullying situations involving minors outside the criminal court system. Article 4 of the Law on the Protection of Witnesses and Victims protects minors who are bullied from threats to their personal, family, and property and their testimony. Abstract

The influence of social media on juvenile delinquency among students. Social media use has increased rapidly among teenagers, and this study aims to understand its impact on juvenile delinquent behavior. The research method used involves surveys and data analysis from a number of students who actively use social media. The results of this study highlight the need for a more thoughtful approach to youth use of social media. Schools, families and communities need to play a role in providing education about the healthy and safe use of social media. With a better understanding of the influence of social media, we can develop more effective strategies to reduce juvenile delinquency and protect young people from the negative impacts that may arise from uncontrolled social media use. Apart from that, social media can also influence the increase in bullying and cyberbullying behavior among teenagers

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Gagal ginjal kronis menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat global dengan prevalensi dan insidensi gagal ginjal yang meningkat, prognosis yang buruk dan biaya yang tinggi. Pasien ginjal kronis memerlukan terapi hemodialisis untuk menggantikan fungsi ginjal dalam membersihkan darah dan mengeluarkan cairan berlebih yang tidak bisa dikeluarkan melalui urine. Selain hemodialisis sebagai terapi medis, pasien gagal ginjal kronis juga sangat memperlukan perhatian khusus terkait dengan pengaturan dietnya. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kepatuhan diet dan hubungannya dengan tingkat konsumsi (protein, natrium, kalium dan cairan) pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisis di RSUD Kabupaten Kediri. Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 20 rang pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis rawat jalan. Pengumpulan data kepatuhan diet menggunakan recall 24 jam, kuesioner dan data tingkat konsumsi menggunakan food record selama enam hari. Hasil: Hasil penelitian dengan uji spearman-rho didapatkan hasil nilai ?-value 0,043 maka nilai p (0,043) < ? (0.05) yang artinya terdapat hubungan antara kepatuhan diet dengan tingkat konsumsi pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis di RSUD Kabupaten Kediri. Simpulan: Pasien yang patuh menjalankan diet sesuai anjuran memiliki tingkat konsumsi yang mendekati kebutuhan dibandingkan dengan pasien yang tidak patuh dalam menjalankan diet. Kata Kunci: Gagal Ginjal Kronik, Hemodialisis, Kepatuhan Diet, Tingkat Konsumsi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses sistem yang sedang berjalan serta merancang dan membangun sistem informasi persediaan barang di PT. Sunchirin Industries Indonesia Karawang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan observasi langsung ke tempat penelitian, wawancara serta kajian pustaka. Metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, sistem yang berjalan masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel, sehingga belum terkoordinir dengan baik dan dapat mengakibatkan keterlambatan informasi. Alat bantu perancangan sistem berupa UML (Unified Modeling Language), bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic .NET, Microsoft Access dan Crystal Report. Hasil dari Perancangan sistem informasi persediaan barang berbasis visual basic .net di pt. Sunchirin industries indonesia karawang denagn Sistem ini dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dalam melakukan pengolahan data order produksi dan perencanaan produksi, akurat dalam pembuatan laporan pencapaian produksi, baik laporan pertanggal, perbulan maupun pertahun. Dan tidak ada duplikasi data. sehingga menghasilkan kualitas informasi yang diharapkan oleh semua tingkatan organisasi khususnya pada bagian PC (Production Control) di PT. Sunchirin Industries Indonesia
