Abstract

Lampu Penerangan Jalan Umum (LPJU) adalah fasilitas yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Kondisi LPJU sebagian besar belum sesuai dengan standarisasi yang ditentukan. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini menganalisa (LPJU) apakah sesuai kondisi lapangan mendapatkan hasil intensitas cahaya sesuai standar yang telah ditentukan oleh BSN SNI 7391:2008. Jalan Gajah Putih dan Jalan Tambak Cemandi Sidoarjo merupakan jenis jalan lokal sekunder dengan panjang jalan kurang lebih 2 km dan lebar jalan 4-5 meter untuk Jalan Gajah Putih, sedangkan panjang jalan kurang lebih 3,5 km dan lebar jalan 4-5 meter untuk Jalan Tambak Cemandi dimana kondisi lingkungan pada jalan ini ramai setiap harinya. Penerangan di kedua jalan ini apakah sudah sesuai dengan standarisasi dari BSN SNI 7391:2008, dan membandingkan performa (PJU) di kedua jalan ini, maka pada penelitian ini perlu menganalisa dengan cara mengukur intensitas penerangan jalan. Hasil dari penelitian berupa rata-rata lux dari hasil pengukuran intensitas cahaya menggunakan alat Digital Lux Meter. Pada jalan Gajah Putih dan jalan Tambak Cemandi mendapatkan hasil rata-rata intensitas cahaya yang sesuai standar dari BSN SNI 7391:2008. Pengukuran lampu son-t pada jalan Gajah Putih mendapatkan hasil 18,25 lux, untuk lampu led 25,98 lux, pada pengukuran lampu di jalan Tambak Cemandi untuk lampu son-t mendapatkan hasil 13,86 lux, sedangkan lampu led 24,64 lux. Hasil tersebut sudah memenuhi standarisasi BSN SNI 7391:2008, dan untuk perbandingan kualitas performa penerangan jalan umum, bila dilihat dari hasil lux yang didapat di kedua jalan tersebut maka kualitas penerangan jalan yang lebih bagus, lebih nyaman yaitu Jalan Gajah Putih.

Abstract

Juanda Airport Access Road, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java has a length of 3.15km with a width of 6m and there are 73 lighting points with a pole height of 12m and a distance between poles of 44m with a total of 8 single-arm poles and 65 double-arm poles. In addition, the street lighting lamps installed are 72 150 watt LED lamps and 66 250 watt SON-T type lamps. The measurement results are 26.37 lux for a 150 watt LED type lamp and 10.27 lux for a 250 watt SON-T lamp. However, from the many lights that have been installed, the lighting on the access road to Juanda Airport is still not optimal and many blackspots are found in certain areas. Therefore, it is necessary to do a re-analysis so that the road lighting for the Juanda Airport access road can meet the standards. The results of the analysis concluded that by carrying out a simulation on the dialux application according to the conditions in the field, 73 points of lighting poles were needed, the handlebar angle of the ornament was 14.06o with a total of 138 196 watt LED lights with an intensity of 15 lux which was in accordance with the standards of the Indonesian National Standards Agency 7391 : 2008 regarding the specifications for street lighting in urban areas and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources 2014 for collector road classes for national road status, namely 15 - 20lux.

Abstract

Distribution transformer is one of the important equipment in the distribution of electricity to consumers. The electricity demand increases every year, so that the transformer works optimally, it must also be considered regarding the loading. According to IEC 354 if the transformer is loaded stable 80% with conditions around 20℃ and the winding temperature is 98℃, but if the ambient temperature is more than 20℃ then the age of the transformer will decrease. With an average loading of 71.75%, based on the calculation that the predicted useful age of the 160 KVA distribution transformer in 2027 will have an age loss index of 1.1 p.u, so it is estimated that the remaining age of the distribution transformer is 12 years and 7 months. Analysis using a statistical approach assisted by SPSS software was also carried out to see how much influence the loading has on the age loss of the transformer.
