Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran integratif berbasis aktivitas jasmani bagi taman kanak-kanak. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua tahapan yaitu tahap pra-pengembangan terdiri atas kajian literatur, penelitian relevan dan studi lapangan dan tahap pengembangan terdiri atas penyusunan draft model, validasi ahli, uji coba terbatas dan luas. Hasil penelitian berupa model pembelajaran integratif berbasis aktivitas jasmani untuk taman kanak-kanak yang terdiri atas enam aktivitas jasmani, yaitu: (1) aktivitas anak cicak bermain angka, (2) aktivitas tebak gambar, (3) aktivitas tebak nama, (4) aktivitas kangguru berhitung, (5) aktivitas ular tangga, dan (6) aktivitas pertualangan angka. Berdasarkan penilaian para ahli, isi materi sangat baik, bahasa sangat baik, dan format penulisan baik. Pada uji skala terbatas secara substansi dan pelaksanaan baik. Pada uji coba skala luas aspek substansi  dan pelaksanaan sangat baik. Model pembelajaran integratif berbasis aktivitas jasmani untuk taman kanak-kanak efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan (kognitif), keterampilan (motorik) dan sikap (afektif). Kata kunci: model, aktivitas jasmani, taman kanak-kanak   DEVELOPING AN INTEGRATIVE LEARNING MODEL BASED ON PHYSICAL ACTIVITY FOR OF KINDERGARDEN Abstract This research aims to developing an integrative learning model based on physical activity for  kinderganden. This study conducted on two stages: pre-development stage consisted of a literature review, a review of relevant research and field studies and stage of development consisted of drafting a model, expert validation, limited testing and extensive testing. The results of the study are in the form of an integrative learning model based on physical activity for kindergarten consisting of six physical activity, namely: (1) lizard playing numbers activity, (2) guessing image activity, (3) guessing name activity, (4) counting kangaroos activity, (5) snakes and ladders activity, and (6) figures adventure activity. Based on the assessment of the experts, this guidebook has a very good content material, very good language, and excellent writing format. On a limited scale test, substance and its implementation is good. On a large scale trial is in substance aspects and its implementation is excellent. The integrative learning model based on physical activity for student of kinderganden are effective for increasing knowledge (cognitive), skills (motoric) and attitude (affective). Abstract

AbstractThe more rapid globalization increasingly eroded the local culture in the archipelago, so as to weaken the existence of regional dances, the purpose of this study is to bring up new gymnastic motion models taken from traditional dance movements including the Zapin Melayu and Kanjan Dayak Kebahant dance movements. consists of two stages: the pre-development stage and the development stage. The pre-development stage consists of a literature review, a study of relevant research and a field study. The development stage consists of the preparation of aerobic exercise based on traditional dance, expert validation, small and large scale trials. Validation involves 3 experts, small-scale trials involving 5 people and large-scale trials involving 20 people. The instrument used is. Interviews, field notes and questionnaires. The results in the form of aerobic exercise models based on traditional dances consisting of 11 sets of heating movements, 10 core movements and 8 cooling movements assessment 3 traditional dance-based aerobics experts have fulfilled full of music, gymnastics, and dance . Based on the results of small and large scale trials aimed at participants of traditional dance based aerobics can be accepted as very good, thus concluded that aerobic exercise based on traditional dances can be accepted in the community.Keywords: Exercise Gymnastics, Aerobic Based, Traditional Dances

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this research is the lack of students 'understanding of the basics in basketball shooting, there are still teachers (instructors) who use the same learning method and the need to learn with BEEF concepts to improve students' shooting abilities in basketball shooting. The study design used a research method with the Nonequivalent control group design, with the participation of 70 people. Sampling with non probability sampling techniques in the form of saturated sampling. Data analysis using SPSS 22. The results obtained from the lowest initial test score (pretest) 27 and the highest score 81 with an average score of 49.88, while the final test score (posttest) obtained the lowest value of 45 and the acquisition value of 100 with an average value average of 78.54, it can be seen an increase with the difference in the average value of 28.66 with 57.46% presentation. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted, the learning model with the BEEF concept is effective for improving basketball learning outcomes.Keywords:  Beef Concept, Learning Model, Shooting, Basketball

Abstract

Abstract The athletic learning process especially the long jump squat style  in class XI based on observations made by the conditions experienced by students is mastery of basic technical skills that do not meet the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of crank playing modification in squat style long jump learning. The research design used the experimental method of one-group desaign pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique, the number of participans was 32 students. Data collection techniques using test and measurements, the tool in the data collection is the squat-style long jump test with the grading-grading in the appendix. Data analysis using t-test analysis. Based on the results of data retrieval both the initial test or the final test of the study concluded : t-test analysis obtained the value of tiest 27,094 > accepted and Ho rejected means that there is an influence of learning crank playing on squat style long jumpa learning outcomes in students class XI significant. The percentage increase is as big as table 1,696, meaning that the hypothesis Ha is 40,62%. Keywords : Engklek Game, Long Jump Squat Style.

Abstract

 AbstractThe research problem is whether there is an influence of the cooperative laerning model type of think pair share on learning the basic techniques of passing football. The purpose of this study, "to determine the effect of think pair share cooperative learning models on learning outcomes of basic passing technical skills in soccer learning for students". This study uses an experimental method, using a one group pretest-posttest design research model. The population in this study was grade VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Maya Island, amounting to 60 students where 30 students were class VII A and 30 students were class VII B. Samples from this study were 30 students. The results obtained from the average data increase at pretest 48.83, while at posttest 76.56. From the results of testing the data obtained that t count 8.801 while t table 1.699 at a significance level α = 0.05 with dk (n-1) (30-1) = 29. The test criteria is if t count 8.801 > t table 1.699 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that answering the research hypothesis that the hypothesis is accepted, it means that there is a significant influence on the cooperative learning model of think pair share type on the basic technical skills of passing football. Abstract

Physical Literacy (PL) merupakan keterampilan yang harus dimiliki siswa sebagai akibat adanya pergeseran capaian pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani (penjas). Akan tetapi, belum banyak bentuk aktivitas pembelajaran yang bisa digunakan untuk mengembangkan PL. Untuk itu, penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menemukan aktivitas pembelajaran yang dapat mengembangkan PL. Eksperimen dilakukan dengan mengimplementasikan permainan tradisional yang dimodifikasi terdiri atas tujuh permainan yaitu lempar kaleng, lempar telur penyu, sumpitan, balap balon, estafet kelereng, bakiak, dan engklek. Penelitian diujicobakan terhadap siswa sekolah dasar kelas satu yang berjumlah lima puluh siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa dalam melakukan permainan, keterampilan gerak, kesenangan, dan secara kumulatif telah terjadi peningkatan pencapaian PL siswa. Peningkatan terjadi disebabkan permainan tradisional yang dimodifikasi sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa, disusun dengan mempertimbangkan prinsip dan aspek pengembangan aktivitas pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan permainan tradisional yang dimodifikasi dapat dapat meningkatkan PL siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran terkait tingkat kemampuan keterampilan gerak fundamental siswa baru sekolah dasar tahun ajaran 2016/2017 Se-kota Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada sekolah dasar di Kota Pontianak dengan sampel terdiri atas enam sekolah yang mewakili setiap kecamatan yang ada di Kota Pontianak dengan jumlah 356 siswa yang duduk di kelas satu tahun ajaran 2016/2017.Hasil penelitian menunjukan keterampilan gerak fundamental siswa baru sekolah dasar di Kota Pontianak sebagian besar kemampuan gerak fundamental siswa berada pada tahap elementary (48,94%), kemudian sebanyak 40, 56% siswa kemampuan gerak fundamentalnya berada tahap mature, dan 10, 50% berada pada tahap initial. Hal ini menunjukkan keterampilan gerak fundamental siswa baru kota Pontianak berapa pada tahap elementary.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan fisik atlet tinju amatir Kalimantan Barat yang dipersiapkan untuk menghadapi ajang prakualifikasi Pon 2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan tes dan pengukuran terhadap komponen biomotor dominan. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet tinju amatir Kalimatan Barat yang dipersiapkan untuk menghadapi praPon tinju amatir dengan jumlah sebanyak 10 atlet. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini munggunakan statistik deskriptik kuantitatif dan uji beda (uji T). Hasil penelitian menunjukan komponen biomotor dominan antara sebelum dan setelah melakukan (TC) training center tidak ada perbedaan yang significant atau dengan kata lain tidak ada perubahan yang artinya tidak terjadi peningkatan kemampuan komponen biomotor dominan. Kesimpulannya tidak terjadi peningkatan kemampuan fisik atlet tinju amatir Kalimantan Barat selama mengikuti persiapan prakualifikasi Pon 2019

Abstract

AbstractMany fond the athlete that his ability is still weak in doing the shooting have an impact on the shooting tha is done is often not accurate. In addition,there are weaknesses in the excerises athletes do namely the use of the target is settled while in the play futsal sometimes athletes need to be able to position yourself and do the shooting so as not to impeded the opponent and can produce goals. To that end,the study aims to find variastions of exercises can develop the ability to shooting athletes. The method used in this research isan exsperiment with the shape of the pre-exsperimental design. The results of the analysis using the game Performance Asesment Instrumen test (GPAI) shows there has been an increases shooting capabilities of the athlete. This is due to the variation of excerises that prepared able to stimulate the ability of the athlete to the variations of excercises that preparet able to stimulate the ability of the athlete to perform shooting according to the need at the time of the game. Conclusion the obtained variation of the exsercise-based game is able to develop the abilty of shooting athletes of futsal.Keywords: Variation Of Exercises, The Ability Of Shooting.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to known student interest about archery extracurricular at SMPIT Al Mumtaz Pontianak.. The method used is descriptive quantitative research method with the form of survey research and the data collection technique used questionnaires. The sample was taken by random sampling technique that amounted to 50 students. Data were analyzed using descriptive prosentative. The result showed that the percentage of intrinsic factors affecting interest such as desire (67%), leisure time (76%), pleasure (72%), getting friends (42%) and maintaining health (70%) by mean 65.4 %. Meanwhile, the percentage of “yes” answer on intrinsic factor indicator which includes the implementation of activity (61%), media (32%), and rewards (52.67%) with the average 48.89%. The conclution of this research is in average, the students interest to archery extracurricular activity is belong to “sufficient”.Keywords : Extracurricular, interest, archery, SMPIT Al Mumtaz
