Abstract

Tax is the biggest income for the state treasury. One of the largest tax objects whose largest income is BPHTB. The acquisition fee for land and building rights is a tax that is imposed on the transfer of land and building rights, hereinafter referred to as tax. The Land and Building Title Transfer Fee is a tax whose authority and management is owned by the Central Government, but with the implementation of regional autonomy, the authority of BPHTB is assigned to the Regional Government. This study will examine the process of BPHTB in Sukoharjo Regency, especially the validation which is one of the processes of BPHTB. The problem formulations in this journal are: 1. The urgency of BPHTB validation in the transfer of land rights; and 2. The barriers to BPHTB validation. The aims of this study are to find out the validation process of BPHTB in the transfer of land rights, to ascertain how important is BPHTB validation in the transfer of land rights, and to identify the obstacles in the BPHTB validation process. The research method used is legal research with a normative type of research using a legal approach and a conceptual approach. The finding of this study is that the BPHTB validation process is an important process because it acts as a precaution for checking after the tax payment process, this is due to the requirement that the tax payment procedure be correctly completed in compliance with applicable regulations. There are still challenges in this tax validation to be solved.

Abstract

Introduction: E-commerce is a modern business activity that has two properties: not meeting the parties directly (nonfice) and without the need for a genuine signature by the non-signing parties. Methodology: Type of research using normative juridical research. This study used two approaches: a state approach and a conceptual approach. The primary and secondary data are sourced by qualitative methods of data analysis and the presentation of descriptive data analysis. Results and Discussions: Act No. 19 of 2016 on ITE explains that E-commerce transactions are included in responsible transactions. The legal form of protection is listed in Article 28 (1). The settlement of E-commerce transactions in dispute is carried out using peaceful means. If the line is ineffective, the consumer may sue the owner in accordance with the contents of Article 45 of the Constitution. Conclusion: Consumer law protection has two concepts: preventive and repressive legal protection. Efforts can be completed through litigation or processing of adaptation, negotiation, mediation, conciliation and arbitration)

Abstract

The abuse of minors is a serious crime that violates children's rights and has long-term impacts on the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of victims. Legal protection for children who are victims of abuse requires an approach that focuses on protecting children and their recovery. This study aims to explore the practice of accompanying cases of sexual abuse of minors at the Klaten Police Department and to analyze the effectiveness of assistance in the criminal justice system. The research method used is an advocacy method with a focus on legal assistance. Assistance is carried out during the examination process, from consultation to assistance in making reports to the police. This research is expected to contribute to the development of policies and practices for better assistance in cases of sexual abuse of minors.

Abstract

Land registration is an important thing that must be done so that legal certainty and legal guarantees can be realized immediately. In this case, the purpose of this dedication is so that the people of Cangkol Village can understand and understand how vital land registration is. The method used in this service is to conduct legal counseling for the people of Cangkol Village and follow up with legal consultations. The service results are increasing legal awareness among the people of Cangkol Village, most of whom have understood and understand the importance of registering their land to protect their rights. The success of this service is that almost all the land in Cengkol Village has been registered and certified.
