Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan tata kelola keuangan BUMDes yang bergerak pada bidang jasa simpan pinjam. Target kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah menciptakan tata kelola keuangan tersebut berupa pencatatan laporan keuangan beserta alat analisanya. Hal ini menjadi sangat urgen karena tata kelola keuangan adalah salah satu prasyarat untuk mewujudkan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik pada level unit usaha. Adapun mitra pengabdian ini adalah BUMDes ”Karya Manunggal” yang berlokasi di Desa Keditan, Kecamatan Ngablak, Kabupaten Magelang. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian akan diawali dengan diskusi lanjutan mengenai BUMDes dengan pengurus. Selanjutnya adalah pembentukan sistem digital aktivitas dan pelaporan keuangan, pelatihan konsep dasar pencatatan keuangan, hingga pada tahap pengoperasian sistem yang akan dilaksanakan dalam waktu 3 bulan. Pada pelaksanaanya, setelah berdiskusi dan mempelajari laporan keuangan yang ada. Tim pengabdian memutuskan untuk membuatkan software penginputan (pengadministrasian) pinjaman serta pelaporan keuangan. Rencana awal, semestinya menggunakan MS. Excel pun direvisi karena kompleksitas kegiatan di BUMDes yang sudah sedemikian banyak dan sulit tercover dengan menggunakan MS. Excel. Dengan menggunakan software tersebut, kegiatan operasional BUMDes akan menjadi lebih efisien, lebih paperless. Efisiensi kegiatan ini dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pengoptimalan kegiatan lain yang produktif

Abstract

Community awareness and skills education in waste management by applying the principles of reduce, reuse and recycle (3R) is important in solving waste problems. Especially with the existence of a waste bank as social capital in community-based waste management. The activity of a waste bank is a concept of collecting dry waste and sorting it and having management like a bank, but the savings are not in the form of money but garbage. The results of this community service showed that the implementation of community empowerment through the waste bank in Tampingan has activities that include socialization of the waste bank, waste storage, waste selection, skills training and evaluation. Community empowerment through waste banks on environmental aspects has had a positive impact, particularly in relation to environmental cleanliness. As for the economic aspect, it can provide additional income for active members, and on the social aspect, it can further strengthen social relations.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to change the mindset of the community to implement a waste bank system as a solution for handling waste in Geduang Village, Kalijoso Payaman, Secang District. The method used to achieve this goal is to disseminate information about waste banks and waste processing to target groups, establish a waste bank organization, and implement waste bank management. The stages of activities carried out include preparation, socialization, implementation of training, formation of associations, and evaluation. The results achieved in addition to increasing awareness for the community about the importance of processing waste properly and correctly, also the success of the community in making new handicraft products through waste media that has economic value.

Abstract

Children's car craft is one of the most popular business activities in Magelang City. UMKM activities in Magelang City still have many weaknesses in production, human resource management, marketing, development, and bookkeeping. The purpose of this program is to help Laser Production SMEs in Bojong Hamlet Rt 01 Rw 09, Kel. South Jurangombo, South Magelang in achieving production targets and maximum profits. The methods used are socialization, training and assistance related to optimizing production, bookkeeping and digital marketing. The results of this program are increasing partner skills related to increasing the number of production, financial management, digital marketing, and human resources (HR). This training activity increases the knowledge and skills of partners in optimizing the amount of production that has the potential to increase partners' income.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs through the management of the Surya Tidar Tofu Chips business. The development of the food product business from MSMEs is supported by several things, such as partners who already have the skills to produce creative products in the form of tofu chips and are of productive age. This program begins with socialization, training and mentoring. The result of this program is an increased understanding of the importance of digital marketing by utilizing social media, improving packaging with its own brand, repairing signboard and simple bookkeeping to track business development.

Abstract

This community service aims to overcome the problems of UKM Batik Rajah, Magelang City in terms of marketing, packaging, and financial records. The methods used are outreach, training, and mentoring. The result of this program is repackaging by changing product packaging to utilizing marketplaces and social media for product promotion and sales. With the consistent use of digital marketing, it is believed that the Batik Rajah market will expand so that it can improve people's welfare. In addition, MSMEs Batik Rajah have also updated their financial books so that they can simplify the process of estimating profit and loss and recording daily transactions

Abstract

Pasangsari Village, situated in Windusari District, stands out for its severe poverty levels, necessitating swift intervention to alleviate these challenges by leveraging its potential. Brigasan Kidul Hamlet, located within Pasangsari Village, is primarily inhabited by farmers. Despite its economic reliance on agriculture, the hamlet, positioned at an altitude of 100 meters above sea level, is densely covered with bamboo trees. Notably, bamboo serves as a crucial resource for the production of skewers, contributing to the local economy. The skewer industry, owing to its zero-waste production process, stands as a key factor in enhancing both capacity and product quality. The objective of this community service initiative is to enhance the quality and quantity of skewer products through technological implementation, thereby increasing the income of craftsmen in Brigasan Hamlet. The methods employed in this community engagement include socialization, the introduction of smoothing and sharpening machine technology, reinforcing administrative and institutional aspects, as well as mentoring, monitoring, and evaluation. The program's outcomes encompass an improvement in the quality and quantity of skewer products, coupled with the implementation of simple bookkeeping practices that facilitate the monitoring process.
