Abstract

Forest management carried out by the Panti District community in The performance of agricultural extension workers is starting to be felt by farmers, but in terms of farmers' perceptions of the performance of agricultural extension workers which are considered less than optimal because in the implementation of the extension there are obstacles such as differences in schedules between agricultural extension workers and farmer groups, many group members do not participate in extension activities. this. Regarding these obstacles, it is necessary to conduct a more in-depth study of farmers' perceptions of the performance of agricultural extension workers in Torongrejo Village, Junrejo District, Batu City. This study aims to analyze farmers' perceptions and the factors that influence farmers' perceptions of the performance of agricultural extension workers in Torongrejo Village, Junrejo District, Batu City. The technique of determining respondents in this study was simple random sampling. The number of respondents as many as 50 people is calculated based on the slovin formula. Data were collected by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS (Software Program for Social Science) software. ). The ordinal scale data is converted to an interval scale with MSI (Methode of Successive Interval). Before the multiple linear regression analysis was tested, the classical assumption test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test were carried out. Based on the results of the analysis of the level of perception of farmers on the performance of the instructor as an initiator of 76%, as a motivator by 78%, as an educator by 78%, as a communicator by 79% and as a facilitator by 75% so that it can be said that the role that has been carried out by agricultural extension workers is categorized as good. The performance of agricultural instructors as initiators, motivators, educators, communicators and facilitators significantly influences the level of farmers' perceptions of the performance of agricultural extension workers. Abstract

Kegiatan untuk mendatangkan persediaan merupakan pengadaan, pengadaan barang merupakan suatu kegiatan untuk mengatur bagaiman barang masuk sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar. Kegiatan tersebut sangat berguna dan perlu diperhitungkan untuk menjaga barang tersebut dari kerusakan atau pembusukan (buah atau sayur) dari terlalu lamanya barang diadakan untuk persediaan pasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini merupakan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor (harga beli melon, harga jual melon, biaya transportasi dan biaya pemeliharaan) yang mempengaruhi pengadaan melon dipasar dan kendala atau resiko pengadaan. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan accidental sampling atau pengambilan sampel secara kebetulan dan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan juga sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan observasi, kuisioner, dan wawancara dan metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji t. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa variabel biaya transportasi dan biaya pemeliharaan melon merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengadaan melon. Resiko atau kendala dalam melakukan pengadaan antara lain tentang supliyer yang dimiliki pedagang di area jawa timur, biaya transportasi yang lebih ringan, kualitas melon yang dapat dipantau, harga yang tidak berbeda jauh dengan diluat jawa timur,resiko pengiriman, persaingan hargaKata kunci: Biaya Transportasi, Harga Melon, Biaya Pemeliharaan

Abstract

Restaurant is an interesting business, because of the high profits. The high competition between culinary businesses can encourage businesses to reach consumer satisfaction, in order to get their loyalty. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the consumer satisfaction and loyalty at Langensari Restaurant. Accidental sampling was used to take 76 consumers as the research sample. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) were used to analyze the data. The study result shows that consumers visiting Langensari Restaurant were very satisfied with the score of 93,57 percent. It means that the restaurant performance in the form of products, fixed prices, places, and services were fulfill the consumers expectation. Price and place affected customer satisfaction, while product and service did not affect customer satisfaction. Satisfaction had a positive effect on loyalty. The higher the level of cunsomer satisfaction, the higher the loyalty. Products, prices, services, and places also indirectly influence loyalty. Restaurants should improve the performance in terms of products, prices, services, and places. They need to be improve the flavor, price affordability, and toilet cleanliness.

Abstract

Pasar merupakan tempat bertemu pedagang dan pembeli untuk melakukan transaksi jual beli kebutuhan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal, jam kerja, lama usaha, dan lokasi usaha terhadap pendapatan pedagang sayur di Pasar Besar Batu dan Pasar Besar Malang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan Metode Purposive Sampling. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Modal (X1) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap pendapatan pedagang sayur karena t hitung 8.424 > t tabel 1.673 dan signifikan sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Jam Kerja (X2) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap pendapatan pedagang sayur karena t hitung 4.051 > t tabel 1.673 dan signifikan 0.000 < 0.05. Lama usaha (X3) tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap pendapatan pedagang sayur karena t hitung 0.977 < t tabel 1.673. Lokasi usaha (X4) tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap pendapatan pedagang sayur karena t hitung 1.598 < t tabel 1.673. Modal, jam kerja, lama usaha, dan lokasi usaha secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan pedagang sayur di Pasar Besar Batu dan Pasar Besar Malang karena f hitung 69.441 > f tabel 2.54 dan signifikan 0.000 < 0.05. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi berganda diperoleh R2 = 0.835 yang berarti naik turun pendapatan pedagang sayur di Pasar Besar Batu dan Pasar Besar Malang (Y) 83.5% dipengaruhi oleh modal (X1), jam kerja (X2), lama usaha (X3), dan lokasi usaha (X4) sisanya sebesar 16.5% dipengaruhi variabel yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini.
