Abstract

ABSTRAK STRATEGI PEMASARAN PROGRAM TAMAN BACAAN MASYARAKAT (TBM) DALAM MENINGKATKAN MINAT BACA MASYARAKAT PERKOTAAN DI TBM TAMAN FLORA KOTA SURABAYA Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana strategi pemasaran program Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (TBM) dengan menggunakan alat pemasaran yang dikenal dengan Marketing Mix 7P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence, Proceses) guna meningkatkan minat baca masyarakat perkotaan di TBM Taman Flora Kota Surabaya, dimana pengunjung/penggunanya masih sedikit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang sudah dilakukan oleh TBM Taman Flora.Dalam penelitian ini ada 8 informan, 3 informan pengelola TBM, dan 5 informan pengunjung TBM Taman Flora. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa metode yaitu metode observasi, metode wawancara, dan metode dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini diambil informan utama secukupnya untuk diwawancarai menggunakan HP. Data yang telah terkumpul diolah kembali dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data dan penarikan simpulan untuk mengetahui hasil penelitian. Sedangkan uji keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi sumber.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa TBM Taman Flora Kota Surabaya dalam memasarkan TBM menggunakan alat pemasaran Marketing Mix 7P, meliputi : 1) Product (Produk) TBM Taman Flora memiliki produk berupa koleksi tercetak yang bersifat umum dan layanan jasa untuk masyarakat. 2) Price (Biaya) TBM Taman Flora tidak menerapkan biaya sedikitpun kepada masyarakat, semua layanan informasi dapat diakses dengan gratis. 3) Place (Tempat) Karena berada di tengah kota Surabaya Taman Flora mudah diakses oleh pengunjung. 4) Promotion (Promosi) Dalam memperkenalkan TBM kepada masyarakat, TBM Taman Flora telah bekerjasama dengan masyarakat yang ada disekitar taman flora. Selain itu juga melalui banner, papan plakat, blog, dan beberapa kegiatan lainnya. 5) People (Orang) Pengelola TBM Taman Flora adalah lulusan S1 Humaniora dan SMK, pengelola TBM mengikuti bimbingan teknis terkait pengelolaan TBM guna meningkatkan pelayanan yang terbaik untuk pengunjung. 6) Physical Evidence (Sarana Fisik) Ruang TBM didesain menjadi ruangan yang nyaman dengan sirkulasi udara yang cukup sehingga pengunjung betah berada di TBM, namun perlu adanya pemenuhan sarpras seperti halnya akses internet. 7) Processes (Proses) Pelayanan di TBM Taman Flora telah dilakukan dengan sebaik-baiknya, namun perlu ditingkatkan lagi guna memenuhi kebutuhan dan memuaskan pengunjung. Strategi pemasaran yang di lakukan oleh TBM Taman Flora belum efektif dalam meningkatkan minat baca masyarakat, sebab TBM Taman Flora belum dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung. Simpulan dari penelitian ini, yaitu ; 1) Strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan di TBM Taman Flora menggunakan alat pemasaran Marketing Mix 7P, 2) Dalam upaya meningkatkan minat baca masyarakat perkotaan TBM Taman Flora belum efektif, dikarenakan keberadaan produk dan jasa layanan TBM belum maksimal. Saran yang diberikan kepada TBM yaitu perlu diperbaiki keberadaan produk dan layanan - layanan jasa yang masih memiliki kinerja yang kurang baik bagi pengunjung. Sehingga pengunjung semakin puas dan nyaman terhadap pelayanan-pelayanan yang ada di TBM dan tertarik mengunjungi TBM Taman Flora.Kata Kunci : Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (TBM), Strategi Pemasaran, Minat Baca Masyarakat ABSTRACT MARKETING STRATEGIES OF COMMUNITY LIBRARY (TBM) PROGRAM IN IMPROVING INTEREST READ OF URBAN SOCIETY IN TBM FLORA PARK SURABAYA CITY The problem in this research is How can a marketing strategy program Community Library (TBM) using a marketing tool known as the Marketing Mix 7P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence, Proceses) in order to increase public interest urban in TBM of Flora Park Surabaya City, where visitors / users are still few. The reseach aims to analyze the marketing strategy that has been sealed ukan by TBM Wildlife Flora.In this study there are 8 informants, 3 TBM management informants, and 5 informants visitors TBM of Flora Park. This research uses descriptive analysis with qualitative approach. Technique of data collecting done by using some method that is observation method, method of interview, and method of documentation. In this study the main informants were taken sufficiently to be interviewed using Handphone. The collected data is processed again by using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, data verification and conclusion drawing to know the result of the research. While the test data validity using source triangulation.The results of this study indicate that TBM of Flora Park in Surabaya City using marketing tools Mix 7P Marketing, including: 1) Product - TBM of Flora Park has a product in the form of public printed collectibles and services for the community. 2) Price - TBM of Flora Park does not charge any fees to the community, all information services can be accessed for free. 3) Place - Being in the middle of Surabaya Flora Park is easily accessible to visitors. 4) Promotion - In introducing TBM to the community, TBM of Flora Park has been working with the community around the flora park. In addition, through banners, plaque boards, blogs, and some other activities. 5) Browse - TBM Manager of Flora Park is a graduate of S1 Humaniora and SMK, TBM managers follow technical guidance related to TBM management in order to improve the best service for visitors. 6) Physical Evidence - TBM room is designed to be a comfortable room with adequate air circulation so that visitors feel at home in TBM, but need the fulfillment of sarpras as well as internet access. 7) Processes- The service at TBM of Flora Park has been done well, but needs to be improved again to meet the needs and satisfy the visitors. The marketing strategy undertaken by TBM of Flora Park has not been effective in increasing the interest of reading the community, because TBM of Flora Park has not been able to maintain and increase the number of visitors.The conclusions of this research, namely; 1) The marketing strategy undertaken at TBM of Flora Park using marketing tools Mix 7P, 2) In an effort to improve the reading interest of TBM of Flora Park urban community has not been effective, due to the existence of TBM products and services is not maximal yet. The advice given to the TBM need is repaired where products and services that still have poor performance for visitors. So that visitors more satisfied and comfortable to the existing services in TBM and interested to visit TBM of Flora Park. Abstract

Abstract: This classroom action research is aimed to disclose the menthod to improve fine motor skill through folding activity by Group A Dharma Wanita Kindergarten students in Carangwulung Wonosalam Jombang. Subject of the research are Group A Dharma Wanita Kindergarten students in Carangwulung Wonosalam Jombang that amounts 16 children. The data collection technique used is classroom observation. Meanwhile the data analysis technique that use is discriptive analysis. The result shows 43 % increase based on cycle I and cycle II analysis. Referring to the research results, it can be concluded that folding activity enhance the improvement of fine motor skill. Keywords: Fine motor skill,Folding Activity. Abstrak: Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui  Peningkatan kemampuan motorik halus melalui kegiatan melipat pada anak kelompok A di TK Dharma Wanita Carangwulung Wonosalam Jombang. Subjek penelitian adalah anak Kelompok A di TK Dharma Wanita Carangwulung Wonosalam Jombang yang berjumlah 16 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis diskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan 43% berdasarkan hasil analisis pada siklus I dan siklus II. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan motorik halus meningkat melalui kegiatan melipat. Katakunci: Motorik Halus, Kegiatan Melipat

Abstract

Teens sexual behavior in dating is a manifestation of a sex drive from glancing the sensual part of couples to intercourse performed by teenagers. Sexual activity seems to have become a common thing done by adolescent dating. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of girl or boy friends to sexual behavior in adolescents at SMP Negeri 16 Sukajadi kecamatan Pekanbaru. The research used is quantitative analytic observational (cross sectional) with elements of independent and dependent variables. The population in this study is all students of class VII SMPN 16 Sukajadi District Pekanbaru. The sample is all students of class VII SMPN 16 Sukajadi District Pekanbaru. With a sample size of 186 respondents. Sampling was done in total sampling. The data used is the primary data by spreading the questionnaire. The data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate with chi-square test. The result of bivariate analysis got the result of p-value (0,000) lees than a = 0,05, that is there is relationship of girlfriend with premarital sex behavior in adolescent. The conclusion in this study is there is a relationship of girlfriend to pre-marital sex behavior in adolescents at SMP Negeri 16 Kec. Sukajadi Pekanbaru. Abstract

This study is based on the appearance of the film Habibie & Ainun which managed to attract the attention of the public to watch. This love-themed movie that became a phenomenon for some people and have managed to beat films that also betema other love. Moreover, many people who think that the film preformance character (Habibie and Ainun) is a reflection of the couple are ideal. When reading the title of the film, Habibie & Ainun seemed to have in common with “Romeo and Juliet” which is one of the famous love story of all time, and when he saw the banner of the film that contains the image of two lovebirds have led to the concept that this film is a film about love. The image of romance has been able to anesthetize the eyes of anyone who saw it, makes the heart to see it immediately, while steeped in positive values implicit in his every scene. To do “readings” or interpretations of the movie Habibie & Ainun, certainly needed a knife analysis, one analysis of existentialism, particularly existentialist Gabriel Marcel. By doing so, will make it easier to determine a range of values or messages hidden behind it.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem and altruism of children aged 5-6 years at TKIT Al-Ittihad, Rumbai Pesisir District, Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were all children aged 5-6 years. for a sample of 100 children. The method used in this study is quantitative correlation to see the relationship between independent variables and bound. Data collection techniques used are observation. Data analysis techniques used the chi square test and statistical method analysis with the IBM SPSS for Windows Ver program. 23. Based on the results of hypothesis testing there is a significant positive relationship between self-esteem and altruism of children aged 5-6 years at TKIT Al-Ittihad, District of Rumbai Pesisir, Pekanbaru City. This can be seen from the value of the correlation coefficient of 0.869 and the significance level of 0.000 <0.05. The level of the relationship between self-esteem and children's altruism falls into the very strong category.Key Words: Self Esteem, Altruism

Abstract

Sistem Pendukung keputusan (SPK) adalah salah satu perangkat lunak yng dikembangkan sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk pengambilan sebuah keputusan tertentu. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini menggunakan metode yang akan membantu melakukan proses analisis kredit, melakukan perubahan kriteria, perubahan nilai bobot dan menentukan alternatif yang tepat sasaran. Untuk itu penelitian ini mencoba menggunakan metode The Five C?s Credit Analysis yaitu Character (Keadaan Watak), Capacity (Kemampuan), Capital (Modal), Condition (Kondisi Sosial Ekonomi) dan Collateral (Barang yang diserahkan kreditur yang bersangkutan) dikombinasikan dengan metode MPE (metode perbandingan eksponensial). Perangkat lunak yang dihasilkan dikembangan dengan tahapan metode protyping sehingga menghasilkan sistem yang dinamis karena faktor-faktor baru dan nilai bobotnya dapat diubah dan ditambah sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Hasil penilaian pemilihan nasabah yang diperoleh dari sistem ini dapat memberikan penilaian dan status layak tidak layaknya calon nasabah bagi pimpinan selaku pengambil keputusan.

Abstract

Maternal and Child Health Problems (MCH) is still a health problem in Indonesia. This is because the high maternal mortality rate (MMR). To tackle the government's 2-KB program is better by promoting contraceptive use. Injectable contraception is one of the most popular methods of counter-effects. One of the disadvantages of counter-injection is the disruption of menstrual patterns such as amenorrhea, spotting occurs. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of contraceptive use of injections against menstrual disorders in Sail Work Area Sail 2016. The approach taken is a quantitative analytical observational approach with crossectional research design to know the Analysis of contraceptive use of injection against menstrual disorders. The research instrument used is questionnaire. The population in this study used women of childbearing age who use contraception injecting as much as 83 respondents with Consecutive Sampling. Data analysis is univariate and bivariate analysis. The result of this research is 1 month injection acceptor for as many as 39.8% (33 people), 3 months injecting 3-month injection acceptor as much as 60.2% (50 people) and there is relationship between contraceptive use to menstrual disorder with P value 0.003 &lt; = 0.05) . From this study the use of injecting contraception either 1 month injection or 3 month injection associated with the occurrence of menstrual disorders. Abstract

Senyawa aktif yang terkandung dalam batang patah tulang yaitu glikosida, sapogenin dan asam elagat. Senyawa yang membantu mempercepat penyembuhan luka sayat yaitu senyawa sapogenin, karena senyawa sapogenin bermanfaat mempengaruhi pembentukan kolagen (tahap awal perbaikan jaringan). Tujuan penelitian adalah mengkaji ekstrak batang patah tulang dalam bentuk salep pada penyembuhan luka sayat tikus putih serta menentukan dosis dan waktu tercepat pada penyembuhan luka sayat. Penelitian menggunakan design post test yaitu dengan mengambil data setelah perlakuan, rancangan yang digunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 20 ekor tikus putih jantan galur Wistar umur 2 bulan yang dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok yaitu dengan poviodin iodine 10% sebagai kontrol positif, salep dengan dosis 5%, 10% dan 20%. Perlakuan diberikan selama 13 hari. Pengambilan data dengan mendokumentasikan dan mencatat waktu penyembuhan luka sayat. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan membandingkan waktu tercepat pada penyembuhan luka sayat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa salep dosis 5% dan 10% hasilnya tidak ada perbedaan. perlakuan salep dosis 10% lebih optimal dalam mempercepat penyembuhan luka sayat tikus putih dilihat pada hari ke-9 luka sudah sembuh dengan adanya jaringan baru. Sedangkan pada dosis 20% kurang optimal dalam mempercepat penyembuhan luka sayat dilihat pada hari ke-13. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian salep dosis 10% dosis paling optimal dalam mempercepat penyembuhan luka sayat tikus putih dengan melihat waktu penyembuhan tercepat pada tikus putih.Active compounds contained in the stem fractures are glycosides , sapogenin and elagat acid . Compounds that help speed healing cuts that sapogenin compounds , as useful sapogenin compounds affect the formation of collagen ( the early stages of tissue repair ) . The purpose of the study is to assess the fracture stem extract in the form of ointment in healing cuts mice and to determine the dose and the fastest time in the healing of cuts . Research using post-test design is to take data after treatment , the design used a completely randomized design ( CRD ) . The samples used were 20 white male rats of the Wistar strain aged 2 months were divided into 4 groups, with 10 % poviodin iodine as a positive control , an ointment at a dose of 5 % , 10 % and 20 % . Treatment was given for 13 days . Data retrieval with document and record cuts healing time . Data were analyzed descriptively by comparing the fastest time in the healing of cuts . The results showed that the dose ointment 5 % and 10 % the result is no difference . Treatment ointment 10 % more optimal dose in accelerating the healing of cuts seen white mice on day 9, the wound had healed with the new tissue. While at 20 % less than optimal dose in accelerating healing cuts seen at day 13 . Based on the results of this study concluded that the administration of a dose of 10 % ointment most optimal dose in accelerating the healing of cuts of white mice by looking at the fastest healing time in rats .

Abstract

Layanan telepon 112 adalah layanan nomor pangilan darurat yang bisa digunakan saat terjadi keadaan darurat yang dibangu oleh pemerintah daerah kota samarinda. Jika ada hal-hal yang membahayan seperti kebakarang, perampokan, binatang berbisa, tabrakan kendaraan, COVID-19 dan lain-lain. Untuk mensosialisasikan layanan pangilan darurat 112 diperlukan penelitian awal sebagai landasar pola promosi agar layanan ini menjadi center pelayanan kedaruratan kota samarinda, sehingga penelitian mengenai tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat samarinda terhadap layanan tersebut dan apa saja kegunaan dari layanan tersebut sangat diperlukan. metode yang digunkan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan membagikan kuisoner secara online di grup-grup komunitas masyarakat samarinda seperti busam (bubuhan Samarinda) dan pada grup-grup whatsapp berkaitan dengan layanan 112. Software atau aplikasi yang digunakan untuk melakukan analisa adalah IBM SPSS Statistic 2020. Hasil akhir dari penelitian adalah tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat berdasarkan usia, pekerjaan, jenis kelamin dan wilayah tempat tinggal. Hasil ini dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi bagi Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika dalam mensosialisaikan adanya telepon darurat 112 agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Sedangkan hasil untuk tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat Kota Samarinda terhadap Layanan Telepon Darurat 112 memperoleh persentase 58%. Hasil ini berada dalam kategori Cukup Baik untuk persentase tingkat pengetahuan, artinya tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat masih harus ditingkatkan lagi dengan sosialisasi yang lebih baik lagi
