Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kreativitas berpikir dan prestasi belajar ekonomi pada  siswa  kelas X-I SMA Negeri 1 Bobotsari tahun ajaran 2014/2015 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran  kooperatif teknik two stay two stray dengan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek Penelitian ini adalah siswa X-I SMA N 1 Bobotsari Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu (a) observasi, (b) wawancara, (c) tes, dan (d) dokumentasi. Prosedur penelitian meliputi (1) perencanaan tindakan; (2) pelaksanaan tindakan; (3) observasi; dan (4) refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif teknik two stay two stray dengan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik dapat meningkatkan kreativitas berpikir dan prestasi belajar. Sebelum diterapkan medel pembelajaran kooperatif teknik two stay two stray dengan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 69,88 atau dengan presentase ketuntasan 32,36%. Sedangkan kreativitas berpikir siswa pada aspek berpikir lancar2,94%, berpikir luwes 0%, berpikir orisinil2,94%, elaborasi 2,94%, dan  evaluasi0%. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 77 atau dengan presentase ketuntasan 70,59%. Sedangkan kreativitas berpikir siswa pada aspek berpikir lancar 47,05%, berpikir luwes 61,76%, berpikir orisinil 55,88%, elaborasi 52,95%, dan  evaluasi 58,82%. Pada siklus II nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 81 atau dengan presentase ketuntasan 82,35%. Sedangkan kreativitas berpikir siswa pada aspek berpikir lancar 82,35%, berpikir luwes 73,53%, berpikir orisinil 79,41%, elaborasi 85,30%, dan  evaluasi 70,58%. Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif, Two Stay Two Stray, Pendekatan Saintifik, Kreativitas Berpikir, Prestasi Belajar.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkatkan hasil belajar negosiasi pada siswa kelas X Pemasaran 3 di SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif think pair share dengan pendekatan saintifik (scientific approach).Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X Pemasaran 3 SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Sumber data berasal dari siswa, guru, data dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, tes, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik yang digunakan untuk keabsahan data adalah triangulasi sumber data. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan teknik analisis secara kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif think pair share dengan pendekatan saintifik (scientific approach) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar negosiasi. Peningkatan terjadi pada siklus I, walaupun belum optimal. Pelaksanaan siklus II menyebabkan hasil belajar siswa mencapai kualifikasi sangat tinggi.Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif think pair share dengan pendekatan saintifik (scientific approach) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar negosiasi pada siswa kelas X Pemasaran 3 SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Kata kunci: think pair share, Pendekatan Saintifik, hasil belajar The objective of this research is to improve learning achievement of the students in Grade X  Marketing Class 3 of State Vocational High School  1 Sukoharjo through the application of cooperative learning model think pair share with the scientific approach.This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The study was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects were students in Grade X  Marketing Class 3 of State Vocational High School  1 Sukoharjo totaling 36 students. Source of data derived from students, teachers, data and documents. Data collection techniques are observation, testing, documentation and interviews. Techniques for the validity of the data using triangulation of data sources. The data analysis using descriptive analysis techniques and qualitative analysis techniques.The results shows that through the application of cooperative learning model think pair share with a scientific approach (scientific approach) can improve the students’s learning achievement in Negotiations subject matter. The improvement occurred in the first cycle, although not optimal. Application of the second cycle causes the learning acheivement of students achieving very high qualification.The conclusions of this research is the application of cooperative learning model types think pair share with a scientific approach can improve learning achievement of  Negotiations subject matter  in Grade X Marketing Class 3 of State Vocational High School  1 Sukoharjo. Keywords: think pair share, Scientific Approach, learning achievement

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Bagaimana modus terjadinya prostitusi di kalangan pedagang di Jalan Pantura Alas Roban Kabupaten Batang, (2) Bagaimana respon masyarakat terhadap pelaku prostitusi di kalangan pedagang di Jalan Pantura Alas Roban Kabupaten Batang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modus utama mereka menjadi PSK yaitu dengan cara berdagang di warung. Di samping berdagang mereka juga menyediakan jasa pijat urut dan tempat karaoke. Tempat karaoke yang ada di sekitar jalan pantura atau tanah milik PT. Perum Perhutani KPH Kendal ini bertujuan menarik para pelanggan biasanya tempat karaoke itu banyak dikunjungi waktu malam hari. Kebanyakan yang memanfaatkan jasa mereka adalah supir truk antar kota yang sering melintas di Jalan Pantura Alas Roban. Dari ketiga modus di atas memang dengan sengaja dilakukan untuk menutupi pekerjaan mereka menjadi pelacur. Respon masyarakat Desa Surodadi tentang prostitusi di Kalangan Pedagang di Jalan Pantura  Alas Roban  kebanyakan mereka tidak setuju atau menolak adanya praktik prostitusi karena berbagai alasan seperti tidak menghendaki adanya kemungkaran, menjadikan Desa Surodadi tercemar dan bisa mempengaruhi perkembangan anak karena lokasinya dekat dengan lingkungan pendidikan tetapi ada juga masyarakat yang beranggapan positif atau bersikap masa bodoh dengan adanya praktik prostitusi di kalangan pedagang karena menjadi PSK dijadikan sebagai mata pencaharian untuk mencukupi kebutuhan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims 1) the effect of productive subject mastery and industrial work practice toward working readiness; 2) the effect of productive subject mastery toward working readiness; 3) the effect of industrial work practice toward working readiness. This research uses descriptive quantitative. The population of research is the student of XI grade of SMK Kristen Surakarta with 125 students. The sample research is 56 students uses proportional random sampling. The technique of collecting data through questionnaire, and documentation. The research also uses multiple linear regression analysis as the technique of analyzing data. The results showed; 1) there is effect of productive subject mastery and industrial work practice toward working readiness of 29,4%; 2) there is effect of productive subject mastery toward working readiness of 13,69%; 3) there is effect of industrial work practice toward working readiness of 16,65%.ABSTRAKPenelitian bertujuan untuk menguji: 1) Pengaruh penguasaan mata pelajaran produktif dan praktik kerja industri (Prakerin) terhadap kesiapan kerja. 2) Pengaruh penguasaan mata pelajaran produktif terhadap kesiapan kerja, dan 3) Pengaruh prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja. Pendekatan penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta yaitu berjumlah 125 siswa. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 56 siswa menggunakan teknik propotional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian dengan angket (kuesioner) dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis penelitian adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya 1) Pengaruh penguasaan mata pelajaran produktif dan prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja secara simultan sebesar 29,4%, 2) Pengaruh penguasaan mata pelajaran produktif terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 13,69%, dan 3) Pengaruh prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 16,65%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji ada tidaknya (1) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Al-Islam 1 Surakarta, (2) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Al-Islam 1 Tahun 2016, dan (3) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Al-Islam 1Surakarta.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan seluruh guru   di SMA Al-Islam 1 Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel  yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan teknik  angket/kuesioner  untuk  mengetahui  data  berkaitan  dengan  gaya kepemimpinan   transformasional   kepala   sekolah   dan   motivasi   kerja.   Try   out dilakukan  terhadap  30  responden  di  luar  sampel,  dalam  penelitian  ini  try  out dilakukan di SMK Batik 1 Surakarta dengan hasil pada kuesioner untuk guru 32 item soal dinyatakan valid dan reliabel dari 43 soal yang diberikan, sedangkan pada kuesioner untuk kepala sekolah seluruh item soal (20 soal) dinyatakan telah valid dan reliabel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut ini. Pertama, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan  motivasi  kerja  guru  terhadap  kinerja  guru.  Kedua,  Ho  diterima  Ha  ditolak artinya, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru, maka dapat disimpulkan apabila motivasi kerja tinggi maka akan meningkatkan kinerja guru, begitupun sebaliknya.  The purposes of this study are to figure out (1) the effect of transformational leadership headmasters and motivation to work on the performance of teachers in SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta, (2) the effect of work motivation on teacher performance in SMA Al Islam 1 2016, and ( 3) the effect of transformational leadership style of headmasters on teacher performance in SMA Al-Islam 1Surakarta. The population in this study are all teachers who teach in SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta. The  sampling  technique  used  is  convenience  sample  is  all  population  research sample. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The collection of data carried out by engineering a questionnaire to find out the data related to the headmaster's transformational leadership and motivation. Try out done on 30 respondents outside the sample, in this study try out to do in SMK Batik 1 Surakarta with the results of the questionnaire for teachers 32 items about the declared valid and reliable of 35 questions given, whereas in the questionnaire for school headmasters  across  an  item  about  (  20  questions)  declared  to  have  valid  and reliable. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, there is positive and significant correlation between transformational leadership style of headmasters and motivation to work simultaneously on student learning outcomes. Second, Ho is accepted and Ha rejected meaning, there are significant positive and significant correlation between transformational leadership style of the headmaster and motivation. Third, there are significant positive and significant correlation between transformational leadership style of the headmaster and motivation, it can be concluded if either school infrastructure, student learning outcomes can be increased, and vice versa. Based on data from the results of this study concluded that transformational leadership style variable (X1) gives a greater influence on teacher performance compared to variable work motivation (X2.)

Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1) to determine the influence of organization culture toward the performance organization of economic education laboratory mini market tania in 2018 2) to determine the influence of leadership toward the performance organization of economic education laboratory mini market tania in 2018 3) the influence of work discipline toward the performance organization of economic education laboratory mini market tania in 2018 and 4) to determine the influence of organization culture, leadership and work discipline toward the performance organization of economic education laboratory mini market tania in 2018. This research is a quantitative research. The population of the research was student of 2016 economic education. The sampling technique used was Sampling Jenuh. The number of samples was 53 respondents. The data collection methods used were questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression.             The result of the research shows that the equity of the multiple regression is Y Y = 7,246 + 0,247 X1 + 0,305 X2 + 0,464 X3. The regression coefficient is positive which means that the organization culture is positively toward the performance organization, leadership is positively toward the performance organization and work discipline toward the performance organization. It means that the better the organization culture, the leadership and the work discipline is, the higher the performance organization achievement will be. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that: (1) the cultural organization is positively and significantly influential toward the performance organization which is shown by the probability value of < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), (2) the leadership is positively and significantly influential toward the performance organization which is shown by the probability value of < 0.05 (0.003 < 0.05), (3) the work discipline is positively and significantly influential toward the performance organization which is shown by the probability value of < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and Adjusted R square value of 0,762%. It is shown that 76,2% of the performance organization is influenced by the organization culture, the leadership and the work discipline, while the rest which is 23,8% is influenced by other factors not mentioned in this research.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to find out: (1) The influence of self-confidence and achievement motivation to students learning achievement on Economic Subjects of students in grade XI of Social Science Programof SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta in the academic year 2017/2018. (2) The influence of self-confidence to students learning achievement on Economic Subjectsof students in grade XI of Social Science Programof SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta in the academic year 2017/2018. (3) The influence of achievement motivation to students learning achievement on Economic Subjects of students in grade XI of Social Science Programof SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta in the academic year 2017/2018. This research was descriptive quantitative research with hypothesis testing. Located in SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta. The population wasthe students of grade XI Social Science which are 106 students. The samples were 51 students taken by using proportional random sampling technique. The data of the research was collected through questionnaire. The technique of analyzing the data is multiple regression analysis.The result of this research are: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between self-confidence to student achievement obtained the result of tcount confidence of 2.334, while the value of ttable of 2.011. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between achievement motivation toward student achievement of obtained the value of tcount variable achievement motivation that is equal to 2,273 while value ttable 2.011. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between self-confidence and achievement motivation jointly to student achievement in grade XI of Social Science Programof SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta shown with Fcount value of 9,135, while Ftable value equal to 3,191. The amount of influence of confidence variable and achievement motivation toward achievement result of learners obtained from calculation of R square equal to 27,6%, while the rest (100%-27,6% = 72,4%) influenced by other causes such as environmental factor learning in school, family environmental factors, interest in learning, and learning media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif pelayanan prima pada siswa kelas X PM SMK Batik 1 Surakarta. Melalui Penerapan Metode Course Review Horay berbantu  media Prezi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan selama dua siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X PM SMK Batik 1 Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 sebanyak 34 siswa. Sumber data berasal dari siswa, guru, dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, tes, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif, teknik analasis secara kualitatif dan deskriptif komparatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Metode Course Review Horay Berbantu Media Prezi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Pelayanan Prima siswa kelas X PM SMK Batik 1 Surakarta. Peningkatan terjadi pada siklus I dan siklus II. Hal ini didukung dengan data penelitian yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada penilaian hasil belajar kognitif. Sebelum diterapkan metode course review horay berbantu media prezi nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 74 dengan presentase ketuntasan 41 %. Pada siklus  I nilai rata-rata kelas 80,35 dengan presentase ketuntasan sebesar 76,47% dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata kelas 80,59 dengan presentase ketuntasan 85,29%. This research aims to improve the learning results of excellent service in Student of Class X PM SMK Batik 1 Surakarta. Trough the application of Course Review Horay method By Using Prezi Media expected can improve learning result.The research used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was conducted in two cycles, with each cycled planning, implementation measures, observation and reflection. The subjects were students of class X Marketing of SMK Batik 1 Surakarta totaling 34 students. Source of data derived from students, teachers, and documents. The technique of data collection is by observation, tests, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis techniques used is descriptive analysis techniques, qualitative analysis techniques and comparative description. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded the application of Course Review Horay By Using Prezi Media can improve learning results Excellent Service grade X Marketing of SMK Batik 1 Surakarta. The increase occurred in the cycle I and cycle II. This is supported by research data that shows an increase in the assessment on the third realm of cognitive learning outcomes. Before application of Course Review Horay By Using Prezi Media grade average score is 74 with the percentage of completeness 41%. In the first cycle class average value increased to 80,35 with the percentage of completeness 76,47% and the second 80,59  cycle class average value increased to 80,35 with the percentage of completeness 85,29%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve students' critical thinking skills through collaborative learning model with quantum teaching strategy on Marketing subjects X-6 class Competency Expertise Online Business and Marketing SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar. This research is a Classroom Action Research. The study was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, execution, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were the students of X-6 Competency of Online Business and Marketing SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar which amounted to 36 students. Data collection techniques used affective aspect observations, interviews, cognitive results tests, and documentation. Data validity by triangulation technique of data source and method triangulation. Data analysis techniques with quantitative data analysis, qualitative and descriptive comparative.Based on the results of analysis there is a significant increase from the pre-cycle learning outcomes to first cycle to the second cycle.  This can be seen in the accumulated results of cognitive assessment and affective assessment of students' critical thinking ability percentage of 66.67% or 24 students.  In the first cycle when applied collaborative learning with quantum teaching strategy the percentage of students' critical  thinking ability increased by 80.55% or 29 students. Then on the second cycle there is an increase again on the results of students' critical thinking skills to 91.65% or 33 students.The conclusion of this research is that through collaborative learning model with quantum teaching strategy the students are more brave to defend argument based on their respective sources,  fun and replication results have increased so that the application of collaborative learning model with quantum teaching strategy can improve students' critical thinking ability on the subject of Marketing class X-6 Skills Competence Online Business and Marketing SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of promotion through social media towards interest in buying drinking water in packaging with aqua brand to economic education students of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta. (2) The influence of brand towards interest in buying drinking water in packaging with aqua brand to economic education students of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta. (3) The influence of promotion through social media and brand awareness towards interest in buying drinking water in packaging with aqua brand to economic education students of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta. Methods used in research is descriptive quantitative .The population of the research are students of economic education class year 2014 , 2015 , and 2016. The data collection technique used in this research is proportionate stratified random sampling, as many as 131 students. Data collection techniques used is the method survey by the analysis of multiple regression. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: (1) There is a significant positive influence between promotion through social media towards interest in buying drinking water in packaging with aqua brand to economic education students of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta. (Price t count> ttable or 2.081> 1.979 at 5% significance level). (2) There is a significant positive influence between brand awareness towards interest in buying drinking water in packaging with aqua brand to economic education students of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta. (Price t count> ttable or 4,832> 1,979 at significance level 5%). ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh promosi melalui media sosial terhadap minat beli AMDK dengan merek Aqua pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UNS (2) Pengaruh kesadaran merek terhadap minat beli AMDK dengan merek Aqua pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UNS (3) Pengaruh promosi melalui media sosial dan kesadaran merek terhadap minat beli AMDK dengan merek Aqua pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UNS. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Terdapat pengaruh promosi melalui media sosial dan kesadaran merek terhadap minat beli AMDK merek Aqua dengan nilai probabilitas uji F sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (2) Variabel promosi melalui media sosial memiliki signifikansi 0,039; variabel kesadaran merek memiliki signifikansi 0,275 sehingga disimpulkan bahwa variabel promosi melalui media sosial dan kesadaran merek mempunyai pengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat beli AMDK dengan merek Aqua pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UNS (3) promosi melalui media sosial dan kesadaran merek mempengaruhi minat beli AMDK dengan merek Aqua pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UNS sebesar 29,7% yang dapat dilihat dari data nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,297.
