Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Perbedaan hasil belajar pemasaran barang dan jasa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran jigsaw dan model pembelajaran mindmap; (2) Perbedaan hasil belajar antara model pembelajaran jigsaw dan model pembelajaran Mindmap ditinjau darimotivasi belajar yang tinggi dan motivasi belajar yang rendah siswa pada pelajaran pemasaran barang dan jasa; (3) Interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar pemasaran barang dan jasa.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh siswa kelas XI Jurusan Pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik cluster sampling. Sebesar 36 siswa kelas XI Pemasaran 1 untuk diberikan treatment model jigsaw dan 34 siswa kelas XI Pemasaran 2 untuk diberikan treatment modelmindmap. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar pemasaran barang dan jasa yang menggunakanmodel pembelajaran jigsaw dan model pembelajaran mindmap (FHitung = 12,781> FTabel = 3,978) pada taraf signifikan 0,05 atau 5%. (2) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara model pembelajaranjigsaw dan model pembelajaran mindmap jika ditinjau dari motivasi belajar siswa tinggi dan motivasi belajar siswa yang rendah pada pelajaran pemasaran barang dan jasa (FHitung = 21,346>FTabel = 3,978) pada taraf signifikan 0,05 atau 5%. (3) terdapatinteraksi antara penggunaan model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar pemasaran barang dan jasa (FHitung = 4,713> Ftabel = 3,978) pada taraf signifikan 0,05 atau 5%.

Abstract

Abstrak; Kemajuan teknologi merupakan salah satu ciri semakin pesatnya arus globalisasi dalam kehidupan di abad 21 saat ini. Seiring berkembangnya zaman diharapkan semakin berkualitas pula SDM agar mampu bersaing di tengah tantangan global. Fenomena yang nampak saat ini adalah semakin mudahnya akses teknologi dan komunikasi sehingga mempermudah setiap orang memenuhi kebutuhannya, sehingga hal tersebut memunculkan perilaku konsumtif di kalangan masyarakat khususnya di kalangan remaja era millenial. Survei The World Bank (2015) tentang literasi keuangan menunjukkan Indonesia masih berada di posisi yang tergolong rendah diantara negara tetangga, khususnya di tingkat usia remaja. Rendahnya tingkat literasi keuangan di tingkat remaja menunjukkan bahwa masih kurangnya kesadaran generasi muda saat ini terhadap pengelolaan keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi pada siswa SMA/SMK Negeri di Surakarta pada tahun 2018 diketahui bahwa banyak siswa yang sering berperilaku konsumtif dikarenakan pengaruh social media. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pentingnya penguatan nilai karakter melalui perilaku pengelolaan keuangan pada remaja di era digital.  Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan studi literatur dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara serta observasi. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa penanaman nilai karakter kemandirian dan tanggungjawab dapat dilakukan melalui perilaku pengelolaan keuangan yang baik pada remaja generasi millenial sebagai bentuk pengendalian diri untuk mewujudkan masa depan yang lebih baik.   Kata Kunci : Pendidikan karakter, Nilai karakter, Pengelolaan Keuangan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe: (1) teacher acceptance of game-based interactive multimedia as a learning medium; (2) teacher's understanding of game-based interactive multimedia; and (3) teacher assessment of game-based interactive multimedia. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection is done using the method of observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques used are interactive analysis consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that (1) teachers provide good acceptance of game-based interactive multimedia because learning becomes more active and student-centered; (2) interactive multimedia based on simple games so that it is easy to use to help students learn; and (3) the teacher has a good assessment of game-based interactive multimedia so that it can be used as a companion learning media both at school and at home

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the important role of the entrepreneurship education program in the school institution. Entrepreneurial trait is needed in any fields of work regarding to the technology development today. Thus, entrepreneurial education needs to be applied in any levels of education as it has an important role for preparing skillful and creative graduates. This study focused on the interesting phenomena of the school effort in integrating entrepreneurship to other subjects and also the application of the entrepreneurship in Satya Wacana Christian Junior and Senior High Schools Salatiga. This study was done by qualitative approach through snowball sampling technique. Data were obtained through observations, interviews, and documentation of the participants who understand the information and central phenomena. Research data analyzed by the analysis of the domain from Spradley. The result of the study showed that entrepreneurship education had an important role to improve the entrepreneurial knowlegde and skills. The integrated education, either in the learning process or in the school entrepreneurship education program, increased the entrepreneurship understanding, character, and behavior. This study is significant because it gives a contribution the schools and students to understand the importance of entrepreneurship education.

Abstract

This research aims at describing (1) Implementation of KTSP as effort to improve the student's learning mastery at Junior High School in Surakarta (2) The Readiness of teachers in KTSP implementation at Junior High School (3) Some factors supporting and impeding  KTSP implementation as effort improve the learning mastery. The research was conducted in qualitative descriptive method. Research location was in Surakarta city. Data collecting technique was conducted through observation and interview. Analysis of data used interactive analysis with some steps, they are: (1) Collecting data; (2) Reducing data; (3) Presenting data and (4) Drawing of conclusion. Result of research showed that: (1) Implementation of KTSP in Junior High School in Surakarta has run pursuant to KTSP criteria where teachers given a right to develop their creativity in order to reach student's learning mastery (2) Readiness of teachers in KTSP implementation  is  addressed more in teaching learning process and  in study service either classical or individual service (3) Some factors supporting KTSP implementation as effort to improve learning mastery are: students and teachers who interact and support each other in process of study and headmaster who has a right to determine policy. The obstacle factors are (1) Every class has a big amount of students (2) limited number of supporting facilities and basic facilities in learning process (3) teacher's ability in using learning instruments.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswapada mata pelajaran ekonomi antara pembelajaran yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division dengan pembelajaran yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping. (2) Untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang lebih tinggi pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi antara pembelajaran yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division dengan pembelajaran yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian eksperimental semu, dengan sampel sebanyak 67 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara cluster random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat perbedaaan hasil belajar siswa antara pembelajaran mengunakan model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division dengan pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping, dari perolehan nilai rata-rata postes model pembelajaran Mind Mapping sebesar 73,33 sedangkanmodel pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division memiliki nilai rata-rata postes sebesar 79,32. Sedangkan t hitung nilai postes sebesar -5,001 yang nilai tersebut lebih besar dari 1,997. (2) Hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division lebih tinggi dari pada siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping. Perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung -2,607 lebih besar dari t tabel 1,997, yang artinya terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of peer conformity on consumptive behavior in students in the city of Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is descriptive verification method with ex post facto and survey approaches. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS of Senior High School in Bandar Lampung, which consisted of 17 schools. The sample in this study was taken by dividing 17 schools based on the ranking strata namely high, medium, low, based on the value of passing grade to enter the school, then selected three schools randomly to represent each rank. Then the researchers had a population of 414 people. The sampling technique in this study was Proportional Stratified Random Sampling, with a total sample of 165 students. The questionnaire used in this study uses a Likert scale, which is a measurement scale used to measure people's attitudes, opinions, and perceptions about social phenomena. The results showed the influence of peer conformity on consumptive behavior by 32.4%. Conformity is one factor a person becomes consumptive, the higher a person's conformity, the higher the consumptive behavior

Abstract

Globalization not only affects positively the technology development, but also can affect negatively the character of young generation. It is here that civic education is very desirable as a measure of internalizing nationalism values, so that although young generations have global competencies, they remain to maintain nationalistic values. This research aims to describe the role of teachers as the instructor of civic education in internalizing nationalism values to primary school students. This was a descriptive qualitative research with 25 5th (fifth) graders in public primary schools in Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia being the sample. Techniques of collecting data used were observation, questionnaire, and interview. Source and technique triangulations were used to validate the data. The result of research showed that teachers’ intervention is very vital to students’ nationalistic values. The data shows that 72% of students have high enthusiasm with discussion, 82% are very tolerant to diversity, and 80% love Indonesian original products. It indicates that teachers’ intervention also contributes to reducing the negative effect of globalization, directly determining the students’ nationalistic attitude.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of self-efficacy on the performance of high school teachers and organizational commitment, determine the effect of technostress on the performance of high school teachers, determine the effect of technostress on high school teacher and organizational commitment, and to know the effect of self-efficacy and technostress on the performance of high school teachers in Purwokerto through organizational commitment. The population in this study were 400 high school teachers in Purwokerto. The sample used a proportional random sampling. A questionnaire was used as a method of data collection. The data analysis method used a search method based on the SEM-path analysis model. The results showed that self-efficacy had a significant effect on the performance of high school teachers. Self-efficacy had a significant effect on the organizational commitment of high school teachers. Technostress had a significant effect on the performance of high school teachers. Technostress had a significant effect on the organizational commitment of high school teachers. Self-efficacy and Technostress had a significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in Purwokerto through organizational commitment.
