Abstract

ABSTRAK Gagasan ini membahas Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Konformitas Teman Sebaya melalui Money Attitude terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif. Gagasan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional tehadap Money Attitude pada remaja SMA Negeri se Kota Bandar Lampung. 2) Pengaruh Konformitas Teman Sebaya terhadap Money Attitude pada remaja SMA Negeri se Kota Bandar Lampung. 3) Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Perilaku konsumtif pada remaja SMA Negeri se Kota Bandar Lampung. 4) Pengaruh Konformitas Teman sebaya terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif pada remaja SMA Negeri se Kota Bandar Lampung. 5) Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif melalui Money Atitude pada siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri Kota Bandar Lampung. 6) Pengaruh Konformitas Teman Sebaya terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif melalui Money Attitude pada remaja SMA Negeri se Kota Bandar Lampung. 7) Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional, Konformitas Teman Sebaya melalui Money Attitude terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif  pada remaja SMA Negeri Kota Bandar Lampung.   Kata Kunci : Kecerdasan Emosional, Konformitas, Konsumtif, Money Attitude, Remaja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of peer conformity on consumptive behavior in students in the city of Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is descriptive verification method with ex post facto and survey approaches. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS of Senior High School in Bandar Lampung, which consisted of 17 schools. The sample in this study was taken by dividing 17 schools based on the ranking strata namely high, medium, low, based on the value of passing grade to enter the school, then selected three schools randomly to represent each rank. Then the researchers had a population of 414 people. The sampling technique in this study was Proportional Stratified Random Sampling, with a total sample of 165 students. The questionnaire used in this study uses a Likert scale, which is a measurement scale used to measure people's attitudes, opinions, and perceptions about social phenomena. The results showed the influence of peer conformity on consumptive behavior by 32.4%. Conformity is one factor a person becomes consumptive, the higher a person's conformity, the higher the consumptive behavior

Abstract

The research objective is to understand the influence on emotional intelligence through money attitude against consumptive behavior of student. The method used in this research was descriptive verification method with ex post facto and survey approach. The research held in Bandar Lampung City. Data collection technique were conducted by using questionnaires. Sampling technique in this study is Proportional Stratified Random Sampling, the number of samples as many as 165 students. The result showed 1) there is influence on emotional intelligence againts consumptive behavior of students in Bandar Lampung. The calculation obtained the coefficient of ρYX ­­­path was 0.289 which means the magnitude of influence on emotional intelligence against consumptive behavior as many as 0.289 or 28.9%. 2) The value of influence on emotional intelligence against consumptive behavior indirectly was obtained 5.15 %. In other words, emotional intelligence through money attitude has the role of the consumptive behavior of students.

Abstract

Postcolonial theory on subaltern is presented in order to examine the subaltern’s voice in which its status is still debatable, whether they can voice for themselves or not. According to Spivak, subaltern does not have their own voice. She then proposes the idea of letting the intellectual intervention in voicing subaltern’s voice. However, her proposal is opposed by some theorist; one of them is Homi Baba. He believes that there is no need to borrow intellectual voice because the subaltern voicing themselves, due to the ambivalence of the colonizer’s power. This paper will examine how the debate related to the intellectual intervention in voicing the subaltern voice by contextualizing in the case of Sati and Bhuvaneswari.

Abstract

Background of this comparative research is from the low learning economy achievement. The purpose of this research was to know the differences of learning economy achievement and to know whether there was any interaction between students whose learning uses TSTS and SFAE modelnthen whether there was any differences of the effectiveness between the models by looking at the students initial ability. Method that was used in this research was quasi experiment. Hypothesis testing was used two variants analysis and t- test two independent samples formulas. Based on data analysis, it obtained that there was a difference between students learning economy achievement and there is interaction between students whose learning using TSTS and SFAE model effectiveness differences model with pay attention to the studentsinitial ability towards Economic lesson.Penelitian komparatif ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil belajar ekonomi yang rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar ekonomi dan ada tidaknya interaksi antara siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model TSTS dan SFAE serta ada tidaknya perbedaan efektifitas antar model pembelajaran dengan memperhatikan kemampuan awal siswa. Metode yang digunakan eksperimen semu. Uji hipotesis menggunakan Analisis Varians Dua Jalan (Anava) dan T-test Dua Sampel Independen. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara hasil belajar ekonomi dan ada interaksi antara siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model TSTS dan SFAE serta ada perbedaan efektifitas model pembelajaran TSTS dan SFAE dengan memperhatikan kemampuan awal siswa terhadap mata pelajaran ekonomi.Kata kunci : hasil belajar, kemampuan awal, SFAE, TSTS

Abstract

Adopsi Internet yang meluas untuk bisnis dan penggunaan pribadi telah menghasilkan banyak saluran baru untuk keterlibatan periklanan dan pemasaran bagi produk. Banyaknya aktivitas dan interaksi yang terjadi di dunia internet, menjadikan peluang para pemilik bisnis yang mengandalkan cara ini untuk meningkatkannilai jual produknya Metode penulisan artikel ini adalah review literatur jurnal penelitian yang relevan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai pemasaran online di tengah pandemi covid-19. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa  pengguna internet mengalami kenaikan yang cukup signifikan pada masa pandemi covid-19, sehingga menjadikan pemasaran produk secara digital sangat memberikan banyak peluang dimasa pandemi covid-19 ini, selain itu dalam pemasaran online dengan beberapa strategi marketing yang dapat dilakukan seperti melalui social media seperti instagram, facebook, twitter dan aplikasi video tik tok yang sedang digemari masyarakat.

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi memang mutlak dalam perusahaan sebagai alat bantu dalam upaya memenangkan persaingan dan meningkatkan produktivitas.Pembangunan teknologi informasi perusahaan dilakukan secara bertahap sebelum sebuah sistem holistik atau menyeluruh selesai dibangun. Hal tersebut harus disesuaikan dengan kekuatan sumber daya yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan.Dalam penerapannya, rencana strategis teknologi informasi akan senantiasa diselaraskan dengan rencana perusahaan. Kebutuhan efisiensi waktu dan biaya akan menyebabkan setiap pimpinan perusahaan merasa perlu untuk menerapkan teknologi informasi dalam lingkungan kerja.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi literatur dari penelitian yang relevan. Hasil peneilitian ini menyatakan efisiensi rekrutmen tenaga kerja berbasis media online jika ditinjau dari tenaga, dan waktu jika dibandingkan dengan metode rekrutmen konvensional sangat efisien pada biaya dan waktu dibanding metode lain.Kata kunci: LinkedIn,  Permintaan , Penawaran.

Abstract

Blended Learning is a learning innovation that combines technological advances in accordance with the demands of learning in the 21st century and is relevant to the learning transition period of offline to online learning, online to offline due to the covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to describe the implementation of blended learning learning. The method used in this research is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), with a qualitative descriptive approach to the results of several studies with secondary data. Based on the results of the discussion, the application of blended learning is one solution that can be used in learning today by using various kinds of online applications, web, streaming, video, and so on.

Abstract

Pengembangan pendidikan tidak dapat dipisahkan, dari tanggung jawab pendidik, bagaimana pendidik merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, melaksanakan serta mengevaluasi kegiatan pembelajaran merupakan satu kesatuan yang tidak dapat di hindari dalam proses pembelajaran. Pendidik tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan kepada peserta didik namun harus mampu menentukan instrumen evaluasi sebagai bentuk mengontrol kemampuan peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas beberapa instrument evaluasi dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan data sekunder sumber referensi dari buku, website, dan jurnal baik nasional dan internasional. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa Evaluasi mencakup kegiatan merencanakan, melaksanakan penilaian, mengolah, dan menganalisis hasil penilaian. Melakukan evaluasi merupakan kegiatan yang dapat membantu pendidik untuk lebih meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Dengan kegiatan ini pendidik mampu menemukan kelebihan dan kekurangan di dalam pembelajaran, sehingga dapat dapat menemukan solusi atau metode lain yang bisa menjadikan tolok ukur bagi pendidik dan peserta didik untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang diinginkan.Kata kunci:, Evaluasi Pembelajaran, Instrumen Abstract- Educational development cannot be separated, from the responsibility of educators, how educators plan, organize, implement and evaluate learning activities is an integral part that cannot be avoided in the learning process. Educators not only provide knowledge to students but must be able to determine evaluation instruments as a form of controlling students' abilities. This study aims to discuss several evaluation instruments in learning. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, with a qualitative descriptive approach with secondary data as reference sources from books, websites and journals both national and international. The results of this study reveal that evaluation includes activities to plan, carry out assessments, process and analyze the results of the assessment. Conducting evaluation is an activity that can help educators to further improve the quality of learning. With this activity educators are able to find advantages and disadvantages in learning, so they can find solutions or other methods that can make benchmarks for educators and students to achieve the desired learning goals. Keywords: Instrument, Learning Evaluation
