Abstract

ABSTRAK Menabung merupakan faktor pendorong kesadaran investasi guna meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu bangsa. Berdasarkan survey Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) menyebutkan penggunaan produk keuangan termasuk tabungan masih rendah. Mahasiswa sebagai bagian dari masyarakat melakukan transaksi keuangan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pengelolaan keuangan seseorang dapat dilihat dari bentuk tanggungjawabnya terhadap uang yang dimiliki. Manajemen keuangan yang buruk menjadi penyebab mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan keuangan. Berapapun pendapatan yang diterima untuk digunakan dalam mencukupi kebutuhan, mereka mengalami ketidakcukupan karena pengeluaran yang buruk. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya pendidikan tentang keuangan dan keterampilan dalam memanajemen keuangannya. Navickas, Gudaitis dan Krajnakova (2014) menyebutkan bahwa literasi keuangan yang tinggi berpengaruh secara positif terhadap pengambilan keputusan untuk menabung yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif.  Sumber data menggunakan data sekunder melalui penelaahan literatur, baik berasal dari buku-buku maupun publikasi riset pada jurnal bereputasi nasional dan internasional.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa upaya pendidikan keuangan berperan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan keuangan, pengganggaran, perilaku belanja dan menabung serta penggunaan kartu kredit. Kegiatan pendidikan dapat ditempuh melalui pendidikan formal, informal maupun nonformal. Beberapa implikasi dari penelitian ini diantaranya mahasiswa harus meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang keuangan pribadi dalam upaya perilaku menabung. Beberapa pihak lainnya seperti keluarga, lembaga pendidikan dan pemerintah membantu membimbing dan mengarahkan mahasiswa dalam mengelola keuangan.  Keywords: literasi keuangan, pendidikan keuangan, perilaku menabung ABSTRACT Money saving is a motivating factor for the awareness of investation to increase economic growth of a nation. According to Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) survey, the use of financial products including savings is still low. College students as a part of society do transactions in everyday life. Someone’s financial management is visible from their responsibility towards their money. A poor financial management causes students to have financial difficulties. No matter how much the income is to fulfill their needs, they will experience insufficiency due to poor expense. This is caused by the lack of financial education and management skill. Navickas, Gudaitis and Krajnakova (2014) mention that high financial literacy positively affects decision making to save money more. This research utilizes qualitative approach. The data source uses secondary data through literary study, both from books and published research on national and international level journals.The results of the analysis show that financial education plays a role in increasing financial knowledge, budgeting, shopping behavior, and money-saving also credit card usage. Education activity can be achieved through both formal and informal education. Several implications from this research are that college students must increase their understanding about personal finance in an effort for money-saving behavior. Other parties like family, educational institutions and the government help guide and lead college students in managing their finance.  Keywords: financial literacy, financial education, money-saving behavior

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the important role of the entrepreneurship education program in the school institution. Entrepreneurial trait is needed in any fields of work regarding to the technology development today. Thus, entrepreneurial education needs to be applied in any levels of education as it has an important role for preparing skillful and creative graduates. This study focused on the interesting phenomena of the school effort in integrating entrepreneurship to other subjects and also the application of the entrepreneurship in Satya Wacana Christian Junior and Senior High Schools Salatiga. This study was done by qualitative approach through snowball sampling technique. Data were obtained through observations, interviews, and documentation of the participants who understand the information and central phenomena. Research data analyzed by the analysis of the domain from Spradley. The result of the study showed that entrepreneurship education had an important role to improve the entrepreneurial knowlegde and skills. The integrated education, either in the learning process or in the school entrepreneurship education program, increased the entrepreneurship understanding, character, and behavior. This study is significant because it gives a contribution the schools and students to understand the importance of entrepreneurship education.

Abstract

E-learning is a learning that USES technology and can be done anywhere at any time. The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of the application of online learning during the covid pandemic at sman 2 salatiga. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. This type of research is a descriptive analysis model that describes the problem. The data-collection technique that researchers use is observation, the kind of observation used in this study is passive participation. Passive participative observations are made by observation but do not participate in these activities. Interviews, the kind of interviews used were structured interviews. Documentation is used to study data that has been collected. The results of this study indicate that the online learning program at SMAN 2 Salatiga has been effective from a cognitive perspective, but from an affective and psychomotor perspective it has not been effective. Because learning is not just providing material and assignments, but how educators teach factually, inquiry of all material. So, with the CIPP evaluation on online learning, the school can evaluate each policy that is determined (feasibility).

Abstract

Kantor sebagai tempat dan proses dalam melaksanakan kegiatan administrasi suatu organisasi guna mencapai tujuan tertentu. Administrasi sangat penting peranannya karena sebagai pusat informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh pimpinan dalam pengambilan keputusan maupun pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan. Penelitian ini bermuara pada keadaan ruang kantor yang dijadikan sebagai tempat dalam kegiatan administrasi dan semua jenis pekerjaan kantor di sekolah. Hasil penelitian diharapkan memiliki makna dalam manajemen tatanan ruang kerja yang dapat menunjang efisiensi kerja pegawai khususnya staff tata usaha sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penataan ruang kantor dalam menunjang efisiensi kerja pada ruang tata usaha SMK Negeri1 Salatiga. Deskripsi penataan ruang kantor dinilai berdasarkan; (1) Penataan ruangan secara umum, (2) Penempatan staff tata usaha, dan (3) Pengaturan peralatan dan perabot kantor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penataan ruang kantor yang dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga tidak menunjang efisiensi kerja. Penataan ruang kantor belum memenuhi tujuan penataan kantor seperti memudahkan gerakan pegawai dari penyimpanan arsip, mobilitas staff dalam melewati lorong utama untuk akses jalan, dan kelancaran proses pekerjaan bersangkutan. Serangkaian pekerjaan dalam prosedur kerja harus melewati berbagai rintangan seperti dokumen, arsip, dan barang-barang yang berserakan dan tidak sesuai dengan tempatnya, jarak yang sempit menghambat proses pekerjaan. Hal ini menjadikan gerakan yang berlebihan karena penataan yang kurang efektif. Selain itu, penataan meja dan kursi kerja staff yang terlalu rapat menghambat jalannya pekerjaan karena membutuhkan waktu dan tenaga dalam berpindah untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan tertentu. Beberapa kondisi lingkungan fisik kantor seperti kondisi udara, pemerataan cahaya, beberapa perabot memiliki warna yang sudah memudar serta sumber suara yang belum memberikan kenyamanan dan kepuasan staff dalam bekerja. Hasil penelitian tersebut memberikan gambaran bahwa penataan ruang kantor kurang diperhatikan oleh berbagai pihak sekolah karena dianggap sudah baik dalam penataan ruangan kantor. Kesepakatan bersama dalam menjaga dan mempertahankan keindahan ruangan kantor hendaknya menjadi tanggungjawab yang harus dikerjakan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan kantor.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengelolaan Arsip Pembelajaran Guru di SMK Bisnis Manajemen Salatiga . Arsip merupakan berbagai bentuk informasi penting yang direkam dalam berbagai macam bentuk dan media. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan arsip pembelajaran guru secara digital di SMK Kristen Bisnis Manajemen Salatiga. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitataif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan juga studi dokumentasi. Kegiatan analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru di SMK Kristen BM Salatiga sudah menerapkan pengelolaan arsip secara elektronik. Dalam  proses pengelolaan arsip elektronik tersebut  memiliki 3 fase yang terdiri dari penciptaan (creation), penggunaan dan pemeliharaan (use and maintenance, dan disposisi itu yang disebut dengan penyusutan (records disposal) arsip elektronik. Implikasi dari penerapkan pengelolaan E-arsip ini, pekerjaan akan lebih cepat, mudah, efektif dan efisien. Kata kunci: Covid-19; Pembelajaran;  Administrasi; Arsip Manual; Arsip Digital Abstract: Management of Teacher Learning Records at the Salatiga Business Management Vocational School. Records are various forms of important information recorded in various forms and media.This study aims to analyze the management of records in teacher learning at the Christian Vocational School of BM Salatiga. The method used is a descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and also documentation. While the data analysis activities use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that teachers at Christian Vocational School BM Salatiga have implemented electronic records management. In the process of managing electronic records, there are 3 phases consisting of creation, use and maintenance, and the disposition of which is known as records disposal of electronic records.The implication of implementing this records management is that the work will be faster, easier, more effective and efficient.               Keywords: Covid-19; Learning; Administration; Manual Records; Digital Records

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the readiness of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of education to face the industrial revolution 4.0. The research used a qualitative descriptive approach at SMP Pangudi Luhur Salatiga. In this study, the analysis unit was used, namely facilities and infrastructure, while the observation unit was the principal, deputy head of the facilities and infrastructure sector, and educators. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation using triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out interactively with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Conclusions from the study: (1) the planning of facilities and infrastructure has been carried out well; (2) the procurement of facilities and infrastructure has not been carried out properly, the priority scale is determined by the foundation not the school; (3) the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure has not been carried out optimally; (4) the elimination of facilities and infrastructure has never been carried out by schools, items that are no longer used are put into school warehouses; and (5) there are developments in facilities and infrastructure in the field of technology, while the human resources that are owned are still not professionally trained. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan untuk menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif di SMP Pangudi Luhur Salatiga. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan unit analisis yaitu sarana prasarana, sedangkan yang menjadi unit pengamatan yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil kepala bidang sarana dan prasarana, dan pendidik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pengamatan, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Sedangkan analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Simpulan dari penelitian: (1) perencanaan sarana dan prasarana sudah dilakukan dengan baik; (2) pengadaan sarana dan prasarana belum dilakukan dengan baik skala prioritas ditentukan oleh yayasan bukan pada sekolah; (3) pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana belum dilakukan secara optimal; (4) penghapusan sarana dan prasarana belum pernah dilakukan oleh sekolah barang yang sudah tidak digunakan dimasukkan kedalam gudang sekolah; dan (5) adanya perkembangan sarana dan prasarana dalam bidang teknologi, sedangkan sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki masih belum yang terlatih secara profesional.

Abstract

The e-office system is useful to minimize the use of paper (paperless), and to make storage and processing the information at the office become centralized easier. The purpose of this research is to know about how the e-office management at a Middle School Administration Office in Salatiga City and to know about the difficulties and also challenges in the implementation the processing of e-office. This method of that used in this research are the descriptive and qualitative approach. The result of the research shows that the processing of mail management at the SMK Kristen Bisnis Salatiga uses two systems. Manually and electronic, but the implementation is still dominated by the manual system. The mail processing with the electronic system at a Middle School Administration Office in Salatiga City is still limited. But nowadays, it adapts to use electronic system during pandemic COVID-19. This difficulty is natural and reasonable and often occured. But the most important is how the school organizes and manages it, also give the best specific solution.

Abstract

This paper aims to find the effort of internalizing competence and entrepreneurial character of student in Satya Wacana Christian Elementary School and Juniour High School. The method used is a qualitative study through interview, observation and documentation, using data analysis from Spradley by analyzing of domain and its semanctical relation. The results showed that the internalization of entrepreneurial competence and character had been applied through leadership activities so as to form the character and leadership skills of students. This study has implications for the school's efforts to give full attention for students to play a role in leadership activities and to provide support through a curriculum that supports the internalization of entrepreneurial competence and character. Keywords: Entrepreneurial competence, Entrepreneurial character, Entrepreneurship education, Student leadership, Elementary levels.

Abstract

The development of science and technology has had a major impact on all aspects of work, one of which is the management of office administration. Office work that continues to change is how to manage office document archives carried out electronically for work efficiency. The conditions at the Satya Wacana Christian High School Salatiga in the initial interviews and observations showed that the process of data input and filing of report cards and diplomas was still carried out by being bundled and stored on office furniture. School administrative documents have not been backed up electronically to anticipate archive loss and data security. This resulted in the need for physical document archive storage space quite a lot, including filing cabinets and archive rooms. This activity has the aim of providing understanding and skills of electronic archives (e-archive) in managing school administration through the network (cloud). The program implementation method is carried out by providing training and assistance in managing school administration electronically based on a network (cloud). The results of the activity show that education personnel is able to manage school administrative documents electronically using the network (cloud) well. Education staff can group several archives into active and inactive archives and their management is directed at electronic documents through scanning or scanning for digital archive management.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze teachers’ perspectives as learning agents on the competency assessment system in graduation determination in SMA Negeri 2 Salatiga. The national assessment includes socialization, practice, teachers’ perspectives, and control. At the same time, an assessment provides literacy, numeration, and character assessment. The researcher took the data by qualitative methodology in this study, consisting of interviews, observations, and documentation. This research had the subject of the principal of SMA Negeri 2 Salatiga, the vice principal of curriculum, and the teacher. This study used interactive model data analysis techniques to check the validity of source triangulation data. The result showed that SMA Negeri 2 Salatiga had been assessed for graduation determination. The teachers understood the purpose of the assessment, although there are several pros and contra to implementation, such as some teachers have complained about several complex assessments. It caused teachers to need a long time for students’ character assessments. Then, most teachers assumed that assessment for graduation determination was appropriate for students because it made students think more critically. Also, it would improve the education field because a national exam is considered not a flexible assessment.
