Abstract

Perlunya sistem SDM yang efektif dan efisien, termasuk penilaian kinerja karyawan yang tepat sasaran, adil, obyektif dan berdampak meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan produktivitas kerja karyawan di lingkungan Universitas Budi Luhur Jakarta. Penilaian kinerja karyawanyang saat ini dilakukan melalui pengisian formulir Sasaran Kerja Karyawan(SKK) masih dirasakan belum optimal. Mendapatkan sistem penilaian kinerja karyawanyang lebih obyektif, efektif dan tepat sasaran di lingkungan Universitas Budi Luhur Jakarta yang berbeda dari sistem penilaian kinerja karyawan yang diterapkan saat ini, namun tetap mengacu pada peraturan pemerintah yang berlaku. Belum tersedianya Peta strategi yang mengambarkan keterkaitan antara rencana strategis, visi misi dan harapan para stakeholder, kesulitan dalam mengukur Key Perfomance Indikator (KPI) merupakan masalah yang dihadapi Universitas Budi Luhur yang terkait dengan pengukuran kinerja pegawai. Menyadari kebutuhan ini maka perlu dirancang aplikasi penilaian kinerja dan perilaku kerja karyawan Universitas Budi Luhur berbasis web yang dapat digunakan oleh Universitas Budi Luhur untuk menyusun Key Performance Indikator (KPI) dengan menggunakan framework Balance Score Card (BSC) memastikan KPI Rektor Universitas Budi Luhur diturunkan ke level bawahnya serta meningkatkan KPI dan menggukur hasil. Dalam tulisan ini didapatkan peta strategi Universitas Budi Luhur, matriks menggunakan Balance Score Card, bobot penilaian dengan 360 derajat. Pengujian tingkat penerimaan user (UAT) dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner terhadap 20 (dua puluh) pengguna aplikasi penilaian kinerja, berdasarkan hasil pengujian 61% user sangat setuju dengan aplikasi penilaian kinerja, 37,5% setuju dengan aplikasi penilaian kinerja dan 1,5% kurang setuju dengan aplikasi penilaian kinerja.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan global interkoneksi dalam dunia perdagangan atau yang lebih dikenal dengan istilah e-commercemerupakan suatu langkah besar yang sangat bermanfaat. E-commerce tidak hanya menyederhakan proses sisteminformasi penjualan dari yang manual menjadi terkomputerisasi, tetapi juga mengubah hubungan atau interaksiantar peran, dalam hal ini antara pelanggan dan perusahaan dalam proses bisnisnya. Pelanggan dapat melihatproduk, memesan, dan membayar kapan saja dan dimana saja. PT. Perdana Solusindo merupakan salah satuperusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan, masalah yang dihadapi ialah penjualan saat ini belummemanfaatkan internet untuk memasarkan produk yang dimiliki, sehingga memiliki pangsa pasar yang terbatas.Penggunaan e-commerce merupakan salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh PT.Perdana Solusindo, oleh sebab itu penulis ingin membuat Analisa dan Rancangan E-commerce pada PT. PerdanaSolusindo. Dengan adanya analisa dan rancangan e-commerce maka PT. Perdana Solusindo dapat memanfaatkaninternet untuk memasarakan produknya sehingga memiliki pangsa pasar yang lebih luas. Analisa dan rancanganini penulis awali dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan survei. Berdasarkanproses bisnis sistem berjalan yang penulis dapatkan dalam pengumpulan data, penulis mengubahnya menjadiproses bisnis sistem usulan berupa rancangan e-commerce yang berbasis web

Abstract

The problem with Bimba AIUEO is that there are frequent changes in financial reports by staff at Bimba AIUEO from both Bimba and Bimbel. The purpose of this research is to build an application to protect Bimba AIUEO's financial statements using the twofish cryptographic algorithm. The results of the application trial showed that the ciphertext that had been encrypted had changed in size by 1.81%, the plaintext that had been decrypted was an accuracy rate of 100% and there was no damage to the contents of the file. The test results of 26 UAT respondents 89.1% agreed that the entire implementation of the twofish algorithm can be used by Bimba AIUEO employees to easily protect financial reports

Abstract

Fires are often caused by human carelessness due to various factors such as, leaks from LPG gas cylinders, electrical short circuits, cigarette butts that are discarded carelessly can cause fires that can cause fires and can spread to flammable items. Fires can cause material loss and damage to many people affected by fire disasters and can even cause bodily injury and take lives. The method used for this research is the prototype method, the prototype method is a system development technique that makes the developer's work easier because the client knows a clear picture of the system that will be made by the developer. The purpose of this research is to create a website-based fire detection tool to minimize material loss and damage for many people affected by fire disasters. This research is designed using a NodeMCU microcontroller used as a data processor and a link to the website to monitor the work of the flame sensor and MQ-2 sensor online. Flame sensor is used to detect fire and MQ-2 sensor is used to detect smoke, Buzzer is used to give alarm or sound if there is fire and smoke detected by MQ-2 sensor and flame sensor, DC Relay is used to turn on the waterpump if the relay from the sensor reaches the specified limit to turn on the waterpump, the waterpump will turn on as an early prevention of fire if the fire sensor and smoke sensor detect fire and smoke. The result of this research is that the system is able to provide accurate data through the website as a notification notification so that it can notify if a fire occurs

Abstract

problem that often occurs is the difficulty in determining the average bad credit spread across 7,823 savings and loan cooperatives in Indonesia. The main problem faced by savings and loan cooperatives is the difficulty in identifying and mitigating credit risks that can cause bad credit. Bad credit not only harms cooperatives, but can also disrupt the financial stability of cooperative members. The lack of effective tools to measure and predict credit risk makes cooperatives potentially face unnecessary losses. The aim of this research is to apply the C4.5, SVM, and KNN algorithms in determining the average non-performing loans of savings and loan cooperatives, comparing the results and performance of the three such algorithms in the context of credit risk management, and improve understanding of the use of machine learning techniques in identifying credit risk patterns that may be difficult to detect manually. The application of the C4.5 Algorithm, SVM (Support Vector Machine), and KNN (K-Nearest Neighbors) models in determining the average bad credit in the context of savings and credit cooperatives is carried out by considering the appropriate configuration. This research first collects and preprocesses data which includes credit history, income, length of membership, and other related factors from savings and loan cooperatives. Next, factor analysis and feature selection are carried out to identify the factors that most influence credit risk. The results of the three models are evaluated using various evaluation metrics, such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and AUC-ROC. The results of this research The results show that the SVM model has the highest performance in predicting credit risk, followed by the C4.5 and KNN algorithms. Careful feature selection and robust model validation are also key components in accurate credit risk assessment. Thus, the results of this research can help cooperatives better manage credit risk and make more informed decisions regarding loan approvals.
