Abstract

Expanding the distribution of product sales to shops in Firdaus Village is a challenge for UMKM. Especially if the MSME product does not have attractiveness and selling value because it does not have a brand name, packaging that has no selling value, and has not yet obtained a PIRT permit. The limitations of UMKM in using technology to support operations and marketing are also still an obstacle. This packaging socialization activity aims to provide understanding and assist UMKM in order to increase the attractiveness and selling value of the product so that it can be accepted by the shops around. In addition, this activity aims to help partners improve their capabilities in terms of knowledge and technical related to the use of technology so that later it can be useful for operations and product promotion. The results of this activity are the formation of brand names and product labels, the creation of innovative, attractive, and contemporary packaging, obtaining a PIRT certificate to make the product successfully accepted in stores. This product packaging socialization activity also increases the skills of UMKM in using technology to purchase production materials. After the marketing socialization activity and the mentoring period are over, it is hoped that it can provide benefits for UMKM to independently expand product distribution to shops around Firdaus Village so as to increase sales and the family economy

Abstract

Abstrak. Tapanuli Selatan adalah salah satu Kabupaten yang berada di wilayah Propinsi Sumatera Utara. Etnis yang berasal dari kabupaten ini disebut etnis Batak Mandailing, yang memiliki berbagai kegiatan adat. Horja godang adalah sebuah pesta adat  upacara perkawinan masyarakat Tapanuli Selatan, dimana aktifitas kesenian disertakan (margondang) yang  disertai dengan manortor (menari). Tortor yang ditarikan pada kegiatan ini ada beberapa tahap yaitu tortor Suhut Bolon, Tortor Kahanggi, Tortor Anak Boru, Tortor Raja-raja Torbing Balok, Tortor Panusunan Bulung, Tortor Naposo Nauli Bulung, dan Tortor Manora Pule. Pada penyajiannya, panortor ditentukan oleh sistem kekerabatan (dalihan natolu) termasuk urutan tortor yang harus dilakukan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Bentuk penyajian dalam bentuk tulisan adalah deskriptif analitik. Dengan menggunakan metode ini hasil penelitian akan dideskripsikan dan dianalisis dengan fokus utama pada bidang budaya dan sosialnya.Kata kunci : tor-tor, horjagodang, magondang, struktur, makna Abstract.  South Tapanuli is one of the Regencies in North Sumatra Province. Ethnicity from this district is called the Mandailing Batak ethnic group, which has various customary activities. Horja godang is a traditional wedding ceremony ceremony for the people of South Tapanuli, where art activities are included (margondang) accompanied by manortor (dancing). Tortor who danced in this activity there are several stages, namely tortor Suhut Bolon, Tortor Kahanggi, Tortor Anak Boru, Tortor Kings of Torbing Balok, Tortor Panusunan Bulung, Tortor Naposo Nauli Bulung, and Tortor Manora Pule. In the presentation, the panor is determined by the kinship system (transfer of natolu) including the order of tortor that must be done. The research method used is a qualitative method. The form of presentation in writing is descriptive analytic. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment, motivation and corporate culture on employee performance CV. Vulkanisir Ban Makmur Perbaungan Serdang Bedagai, North Sumatra. Data collection in this study was carried out through a survey approach with the type of explanatory research. The population that was sampled in this study were employees of CV. Vulkanisir Ban Makmur Perbaungan Serdang Bedagai North Sumatra with a total of 68 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out by studying documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis tools used in this study were multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using a partial significant test (T test), simultaneous significant testing (F test), and testing the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that partially (T test) and simultaneously (F test) it was known that the work environment, motivation and corporate culture had a significant effect on the direction of a positive relationship on employee performance CV. Vulkanisir Ban Makmur Perbaungan Serdang Bedagai, North Sumatra. Analysis of the test with the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a value of 0.556, which means 55.6% of the employee performance factors of CV. Vulkanisir Ban Makmur Perbaungan Serdang Bedagai North Sumatra can be explained by the work environment, motivation and corporate culture, while the remaining 44.4% is explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This community service was conducted in Medan Sinembah Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. Based on the the research results, information was obtained that in general the community faces several problems regarding economic empowerment, one of which is their lack of ability from the aspect of science and technology to make their home gardens more productively. The purpose of this community service is to provide direction and socialization for the community through women from Family Welfare Empowerment regarding vegetable cultivation using the Tabulampot method (Planting Fruits in Pots) so that they are more motivated and proactive to solve the economic problems they are facing. The benefits that are expected from this community service activity are the people can use the land around their home yards for more productive results and at the same time can make it a valuable experience in entrepreneurship. At least vegetable cultivation using the tabulampot method, a group of families can save household costs by no longer buying vegetables to meet their daily needs. The methods used in this activity are as follows: (1) Focus Group Discussion (FGD), (2) Lecture method, and (3) Demonstration method. The expected outcome of this community service is an increase in the knowledge and technology possessed by the community about vegetable cultivation using the tabulampot method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Tarif dan Fasilitas secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Tiket ALS Trayek Medan-Kotanopan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bersifat kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen dengan jumlah 410 orang konsumen yang menggunakan jasa bus transportasi bus ALS trayek Medan-Kotanopan selama 2 minggu. Sampel diambil 25% dari jumlah populasi yaitu 102 orang konsumen. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda Y = 4,996 + 0,540 X1 + 0,647 X2, yang artinya tarif dan fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket ALS Trayek Medan-Kotanopan. Hasil penelitian dengan uji secara parsial bahwa variabel tarif berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket ALS Trayek Medan-Kotanopan. Nilai thitung variabel tarif (5,919) > ttabel (1.6599) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya tarif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket ALS Trayek Medan-Kotanopan. Nilai thitung variabel fasilitas (7,089) > ttabel (1.6599) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket ALS Trayek Medan-Kotanopan. Berdasarkan hasil uji F (Simultan) bahwa Nilai Fhitung bernilai positif sebesar 94,050 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 sedangkan nilai Ftabel sebesar 3,09. Dengan demikian Fhitung = 94,050 > Ftabel = 3,09 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya secara simultan tarif dan fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket ALS Trayek Medan-Kotanopan. Nilai Adjusted R Square (R2) adalah 0,655 artinya bahwa tarif dan fasilitas menjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 0,655 atau 65,5%, sedangkan sisanya 34,5% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Fungsi, peran dan kedudukan dosen pada era New Normal saat ini semakin strategis terkait kebijakan sistem pembelajaran daring. Maka sebagai pendidik profesional dosen juga harus memiliki keterampilan dan pengetahuan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi informasi supaya dapat menghasilkan kinerja sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen. Dugaan awal yang diajukan, teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dosen. Objek penelitian yaitu dosen tetap Universitas Muslim Nusantara Al-Washliyah.  Jumlah sampel ditetapkan 107 orang dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Jenis penelitian yang dipilih yaitu penelitian assosiaitif berdasarkan pendekatan metode kuantitatif.  Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan pengukuran skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang dipilih uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier, uji t serta uji koefisien deterrminasi (uji R Square). Hasil penelitian, berdasarkan uji regresi diperoleh persamaan Y= 23.027 + 1,112 x Teknologi Informasi. Hasil uji t. pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dosen karena nilai t hitung yaitu 8.523 dan lebih besar t tabel (1.659).  Hasil uji R Square. teknologi informasi dapat menjelaskan kinerja dosen sebesar 40,7% sisanya 59.3% dipengaruhi variabel bebas lainnya yang tidak diikutsertakan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Keberhasilan perusahaan/organisasi dalam mencapai tujuannya tidak terlepas dari berbagai hal, salah satudiantaranya adalah peran dari iklim organisasi. Iklim organisasi ini akan memberikan dampak yang cukupbesar terhadap kepuasan kerja berupa semangat dan kemauan kerja yang akan berujung kepada peningkatandisiplin kerja dan pencapaian tujuan perusahaan/organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui danmenganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Telkom Akses Medan. Penelitianini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple randomsampling berjumlah 39 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan penilaian memakaiSkala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif serta signifikan antara iklimorganisasi dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antarakedua variabel berbanding lurus yang berarti bahwa semakin baik iklim organisasi yang diterapkan diperusahaan/organisasi, maka akan semakin baik pula tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan. Diharapkan denganpenelitian ini maka perusahaan akan dapat terus menciptakan serta menjaga iklim organisasi yang baik sertamendukungnya sehingga akan dapat memberikan kepuasan kerja bagi karyawan yang akan berakibat kepadapencapaian tujuan dari perusahaan/organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine business risk management on wood in any village. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were CV. Mega independent work and the object of this research is business risk management. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this study were seen from the results of interviews with CV. Mega Mandiri's work to the community so far has implemented business risk management properly. In dealing with the risk of Human Resources CV. Karya Mega Mandiri conducts direct supervision to avoid fraud in the production process. This is intended to reduce risks that may occur, because risks can come from outside or within the company so that risk management is very helpful in dealing with various kinds of risks that exist.

Abstract

In today's increasingly competitive business world, entrepreneurs need to employ integrated marketing strategies designed to improve consumer purchasing decisions. In order to survive, develop and compete, companies must be able to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. There are many ways to keep customers satisfied, one of them is by always improving the quality of the products sold and the correct and attractive product packaging. Socializing, involving and forming village communities in marketing and packaging, expanding marketing reach, and increasing the selling price of products with unique packaging. In the process of perfecting the marketing strategy and product packaging, through direct interviews with the community, then socialization of residents with small and medium businesses. The results of the implementation of the program can be concluded that the unique online marketing and packaging is very helpful for the marketing and packaging of buckwheat products. In addition, online marketing can help introduce products and the potential of small and medium businesses (home industry) to be marketed to consumers

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of E-WOM, brand awareness and price on interest in buying Mama Parfum products in Bandar Labuhan Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative. This research was conducted in Bandar Labuhan Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. The population in this study was the people of Bandar Labuhan Village with the age criteria of 16 - 56 years with a total of 2,166 men, 2,484 women and a total of 4,650 people with a tolerance limit of 10% which was calculated by the slovin rule, the total sample size was 98. respondents with a sampling technique using the simple random sampling . Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of the multiple linear regression test obtained the equation Y = 0.486 + 0.40 7 X1 + 0.460X2 + 0.218X3 , meaning that the variables E-WOM, brand awareness and price have a positive effect on buying interest. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2 ) show that R is 0.857, R Square ( R2 ) is 0.726, Adjusted R Square is 0.726 or 72.6%, while the remaining 27.4% is explained by other variables not included in this study
