Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of trust on the boss, organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously and partially to the productivity of employees in the general section of Malang City Hall. Population in this research is employees of City Hall of Malang City general part. The sample in this research using saturated sampling technique amounted to 40 employees. The analysis was done by using panel regression model. The results of this study indicate that trust in the boss partially significant effect on employee productivity with value (sig 0.017), organizational commitment partially significant effect on employe productivity with value (sig .0,040), job satisfaction partially significant effect on employee productivity with value (sig. 0.000). Keywords: trust in superiors, organizational commitment, satisfaction and                      Productivity employees

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui dan menganilisis dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari Emphaty (empati), Responsiveness (ketanggapan), Assurance (jaminan), Reliability (kehandalan), Assurance (jaminan), dan Tangibles (bukti fisik) berpengaruh secra parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Distro Higain Malang.Sedangkan Polusi dalam penelitian ini ada konsumen yang datang berbelanja di Distro Higain Malang yang setiap bulannya 2017 yaitu rata-rata 190 konsumen. Sampel disini diambil 20% dari 190 yaitu 95 konsumen.R Square sebesar 0,533 menunjukkan sebesar 53,3% kepuasan konsumen di Distro Higain Malang dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri oleh variabel Emphaty, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance, dan Tangible. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 46,7% di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Secara parsial, masing-masing variabel kualitas pelayananyang terdiri dari Emphaty (empati), Responsiveness (ketanggapan), Assurance (jaminan), Reliability (kehandalan), Assurance (jaminan), dan Tangibles (bukti fisik) berpengaruh secra parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Distro Higain Malang. Secara simultan, masing-masing variabel kualitas pelayananyang terdiri dari Emphaty (empati), Responsiveness (ketanggapan), Assurance (jaminan), Reliability (kehandalan), Assurance (jaminan), dan Tangibles (bukti fisik) berpengaruh secra parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Distro Higain Malang     Kata kunci : : Emphaty, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance Tangible , dan kepuasan.

Abstract

ABTRACKThe aims of recent study are to portray the workload, work stress, organizational climate, and employee performance of CV Kampoeng Sejahtera in Malang and to investigate whether workload, work stress, and organizational climate simultaneously and partially have effect on employee performance of CV Kampoeng Sejahtera or not. This study involved 98 out of 130 employees as the sample. The sampling technique was proportional random sampling, in which takes consider on elements or categories in the population to be chosen as a sample. The instrument being used was questionnaire and document analysis. Then, the data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The result revealed that (1) workload, work stress, and organizational climate had simultaneous effect to employee performance, (2) workload positively and significantly effected to employee performance, (3) work stress positively and significantly influenced on employee performance, as well as (4) organizational climate had positive and significant effect to employee performance. Keywords: workload, work stress, organizational climate, employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT               The use of telecommunications cards, especially in remote areas such as Gersik Putih Village, Gapura District, Sumenep Regency. Many things that occur dipedasaan that occur in the field of telecommunications such as network congestion caused far from the HP signal transmitter tower. The research conducted aims and analyzes whether there is an effect of customer satisfaction as X1 variable and trust in brand as X2 variable on customer retention as Y variable through switching cost as variable Z. This study used a sample of 91 people. The variables of this study consist of custumer satisfaction and trust in brand as independent variables, custumer retention as the dependent variable and switching cost as intervening variables. This study uses path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable custumer satisfaction has a significant level of custumer retention through switching costs and directly. While the trust in brand has a significant effect on custumer retention if through switching costs and does not have a significant effect on custumer retention directly. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work environment and motivation on the administrators of UAM FEB UNISMA, in this study the sample is the management of UAM FEB UNISMA, collecting data using questionnaires to administrators, analysis of the data used is validity test, reliability test, normality test , multiple linear analysis, statistical test f and statistical test t, the results of this study have a significant positive effect on organizational culture, work environment and motivation on the performance of UAM FEB UNISMA administrators, there is a significant influence of organizational culture on the performance of UAM FEB UNISMA administrators, there is a significant influence work environment towards the performance of UAM FEB UNISMA administrators, there is a significant effect of motivation on the performance of UAM FEB UNISMA administrators. Keywords: Organizational culture, Work environment, Motivation, the performance.

Abstract

AbstractIn the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the lecturer leadership style on the motivation of the 2017 Department of Management Faculty of Economics and Busines University of Islam Malang students.While the sample used in this study was 84 out of a total population of 520 students. The technique in collecting this research data through questionnaires and data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that the leadership leadership style (G1) of lecturers at maturity level is incapable and unwilling (M1) has a strong influence in increasing student learning motivation, consulting leadership style (G2) lecturers at maturity levels are incapable but willing ( M2) has a strong influence in increasing student learning motivation, participation leadership style (G3) lecturers at maturity level capable but not willing / hesitant (M3) in increasing student learning motivation and delegate leadership style (G4) lecturers at maturity level are able and willing has a strong influence in increasing student learning motivation. So the leadership style (G1M1, G2M2, G3M3 and G4M4) lecturers had a strong influence in increasing student motivation in the 2017 Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Isalam Malang. Keywords: lecturer leadership style, student learning motivation

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial capital structure, interest rate and price earning ratio on the stock return in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018, using a purposive sampling method with data from 61 samples to 45 because there are 16 samples that do not meet the sample selection criteria. This type of research is explanatory research. The method used in this study is a multiple linear regression method. The results of this study found that simultaneous capital structure (DER), interest rates (BI Rate) and price earning ratio have a significant effect on stock return. And that partial capital structure (DER) and price earning ratio have not significant effect on stock return, interest rates (BI Rate) have a significant effect on stock return. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to describe work discipline, work stress, work motivation and employee performance and to know the influence of work discipline, job stress, and work motivation on partial employee performance. The method in this research is using quantitative method. This type of research is replication research.The sample of this research is employees at the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Malang Regency using systematic sampling method, which is as much as 73 respondents. Methods in collecting data using questionnaires. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 FOR WINDOWS.The results of this study indicate that work discipline, job stress, and work motivation have a significant partial postive influence on the performance of employees of the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Malang Regency.Keywords: Work Discipline, Job Stress, Work Motivation, and Employee Performance
