Abstract

Latar Belakang : Corona virus 2019 (COVID-19) merupakan salah satu jenis virus yang disebabkan oleh Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2), telah muncul sebagai ancaman kesehatan global Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara yang terkena dampak dari pandemi COVID-19. Selama masa pandemi banyak orang menunjukkan respon yang terkait dengan stres atau kecemasan. Anak –anak dan remaja mengalami kecemasan, takut, merasa tertekan, merasa tidak tenang, dan khawatir sehingga dapat menyebabkan gangguan emosi. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi geografi emosi tentang COVID-19 pada siswa SMPN VIII di Kota Cimahi. Metode : Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan google form yang disebar secara online kepada siswa. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah mengacu kepada instrumen standar COVID Stress Scales (CSS) 2020 dengan 36 item pernyataan. Hasil : geografi emosi siswa paling tinggi berada pada domain Xenophobia dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,394, selanjutnya adalah domain danger dengan nilai rata-rata 3,327. Untuk nilai rata rata yang paling rendah yaitu berada pada domain Compulsive Checking dengan nilai rata-rata 2,107. Selama pandemi nilai rata-rata geografi emosi tertinggi berada pada domain ketakutan (xenophobia). Kesimpulan : Xenophobia dalam ancaman penyebaran COVID-19 dapat meningkatkan ketakutan membawa penyakit sehingga mengarah pada penurunan kesejahteraan secara emosi. Pentingnya dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan di masa pandemic COVID-19.

Abstract

Integrated Health Post for Child Center/Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu) is a form of community-based health program carried out by, from, and along with the community to empower and provide facilities for the community to obtain health services for mothers, babies, and toddlers. Posyandu activities include: KIA, family planning, immunization, nutrition, diarrhea prevention. Posyandu in Indonesia still faced several problems. This study aimed at investigating the problems that affect the implementation of Posyandu program and actions to improve Posyandu program services. The method used in this study was literature review. The literatures used in this study were the search results through national and international journals. National includes google scholar [https://scholar.google.co.id/] and international includes Pubmed [https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed] with the keyword “Problems and Posyandu Program” published in 2016-2020. Based on the search results, 8 national and 2 international articles related to the topic and in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria were found. The results of 10 literature reviews show there are several fundamental problems of Posyandu program in Indonesia, namely: 1) the low role of Posyandu cadres; 2) the lack of understanding on the benefit of Posyandu program; 3) The lack of participation in Posyandu activities; 4) The lack of facilities and infrastructure for Posyandu activities; and 5) the lack of cross-program and cross-sector cooperation.  In addition, there are 5 actions needed to solve the problems. The first action is to conduct a training program for Posyandu cadres. The second one is to conduct regular outreach at Posyandu for mothers and families by trained cadres. The third one is to improve the facilities and infrastructure in Posyandu. The fourth one is to provide both material and immaterial incentives for an active Posyandu’s cadre. Lastly, the fifth action is to increase advocacy efforts to related parties. Posyandu program are still facing problems affecting its implementation. Therefore, the posyandu  revitalization actions are needed. The main key lies in increasing cadres' capacity through training.

Abstract

SOCIOECOLOGICAL MODEL APPROACH TO IMPROVE POSBINDU CADRE COMPETENCE IN PROLANIS PROGRAM MANAGEMENT IN THE WORK AREA OF PUSKESMAS PADASUKA, BANDUNG CITY, WEST JAVA. Socioecological models include promotive and preventive efforts, the government launched PROLANIS as an effort carried out by BPJS Health in the JKN era. The number of elderly people is always increasing and it is known that about 12% of the population in Indonesia is elderly, becoming one of the factors increasing the number of chronic degenerative diseases such as type II diabetes mellitus and hypertension. Coverage of health services for the elderly is still very low at 30.72%. Public awareness needs to be increased to control risk factors that might arise, through the chronic health care program that often occurs in the elderly should be prevented by promotive and preventive efforts. Posbindu Cadre Empowerment through increased competence with the socio ecological model approach, namely prevention programs and promoting the resolution of health problems can be done together. The purpose of the program is to develop and implement a program to develop Posbindu cadres in the Prolanis program. In carrying out this activity, Posbindu cadres. The program began with the identification of problems with prolanis, posbindu cadre health programs, health promotion, cadre training, and posbindu grouping. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The results obtained that there is an increase in the competence of cadres in the postbindu knowledge about PROLANIS.

Abstract

The development of the COVID-19 pandemic is still increasing in the community. With the large population in Indonesia, especially the city of Bandung, the treatment of COVID-19 patients is not only carried out at health service centers but also in the community directly. Health volunteers who are community groups who are actively assisting the government in the implementation of public health need to be equipped with the management of COVID-19 patient care in terms of care, nutrition and exercise. This PKM aims to provide debriefing to prospective COVID volunteers regarding the care of individuals with COVID 19 in hospitals and self-isolation places in the community, sports training in handling COVID, debriefing knowledge and skills in the implementation of infection prevention and control in treating COVID patients. The method used is blended seminars and training, namely online and offline by implementing strict health protocols. This program is carried out for 2 days. Participants are 244 students, health workers who are prospective COVID 19 volunteers at health institutions in the city of Bandung. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in the average knowledge of pretest (65.8), post test (73.49) of volunteers on nursing care management, and skills in safety preparation.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penyebaran virus corona ini sangat cepat, maka harus segera untuk ditangani secara bersama-sama. Saat ini, tidak ada obat khusus untuk menyembuhkan COVID-19, sehingga memerlukan  strategi penting yang harus diterapkan di masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perilaku preventif untuk mencegah penularan COVID-19. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan promosi kesehatan tentang pentingnya pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian COVID-19. Metode Bentuk kegiatan PKM ini berupa pemberian edukasi melalui webinar. Peserta pada pelaksanaan ini sejumlah 59 responden masyarakat umum. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata pengetahuan hasil pretest 86,78 menjadi 92,88 pada posttest dengan nilai uji efektifitas kegiatan p-value sebesar 0.000 setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM. Analisis dilakukan dengan uji paired T test menggunakan SPSS Statistik versi 23.0. Edukasi masyarakat terkait pentingnya pencegahan dan pengendalian COVID-19 dinilai efektif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan perilaku masyarakat untuk hidup berdampingan dengan COVID dan mampu mencegah penularan lebih lanjut pada masyarakat luas. Edukasi dibutuhkan bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat Indonesia. Adaptasi perilaku masyarakat yang baik dapat meningkatkan kembali produktivitas dan juga kualitas hidup masyarakat secara umum. Kata Kunci: COVID-19, Masyarakat, Pemberdayaan ABSTRACT The spread of the coronavirus is very fast, so it must be handled together. Currently, there is no specific drug to cure COVID-19, so it requires an important strategy that must be implemented in the community to increase knowledge and preventive behavior to prevent the transmission of COVID-19. This Community Service aims to provide health promotion about the importance of community empowerment in efforts to prevent and control COVID-19. Methods The form of this PKM activity is the form of providing education through webinars. Results: Participants in this implementation were 60 respondents from the community. The results of the activity showed an increase in the average knowledge of the pretest results from 86.78 to 92.88 in the posttest with a p-value of 0.000 activity effectiveness test after the implementation. The analysis was carried out by using a paired T-test using SPSS Statistics version 23.0. Public education regarding the importance of preventing and controlling COVID-19 is considered effective in increasing public awareness and behavior to coexist with COVID and being able to prevent further transmission to the wider community. Education is needed for all levels of Indonesian society. Good adaptation of community behavior can increase productivity and also the quality of life of the community. Keywords: COVID-19, Community, Empowerment

Abstract

Hospitalisasi merupakan rawat inap pada anak dan keluarga. Hospitalisasi dapat menyebabkan kecemasan dan stres pada semua tingkat usia dan terjadi pada anak juga pada orang tua. Dampak hospitalisasi terutama terjadi pada orang tua yang baru pertama kali mengalami perawatan anaknya dirawat di rumah sakit dan orang tua yang kurang mendapat dukungan emosi dan sosial dari keluarga, kerabat atau petugas kesehatan sehingga menimbulkan kecemasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan tingkat kecemasan ibu tentang hospitalisasi pada anak usia 1-12 bulan Di Ruang Perawatan Anak Rumah Sakit TK. II Dustira Cimahi. jumlah sampel 31 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Total sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden berpengetahuan cukup, hampir setengah responden mengalami kecemasan ringan dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan tingkat kecemasan ibu tentang hospitalisasi dengan P value 0,003 < 0,05. Diharapkan perawat di Ruang Perawatan Anak Rumah Sakit TK. II Dustira Cimahi dapat mengimplementasikan asuhan keperawatan yang berfokus pada keluarga (family center care) untuk mengurangi dampak hospitalisasi pada anak dan keluarga.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pandemi COVID-19 berdampak pada semua aspek dan penyebaran virus corona ini sangat cepat pada berbagai tahapan usia. Oleh karena itu harus  segera untuk ditangani secara bersama-sama. usia anak-anak sangat rentan terinfeksi Covid-19. Salah satu strategi penting yang dapat diterapkan pada anak usia sekolah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perilaku preventif pencegahan penularan COVID-19 melalui health education. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk memberikan promosi kesehatan tentang pentingnya melakukan upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian COVID-19dengan menerapkan Pola Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS). Metode kegiatan PKM ini berupa pemberian edukasi dan demonstrasiyang dilakukan secara tatap muka dengan tetap menerapkan protocol kesehatan ketat. Peserta pada pelaksanaan kegiatan ini sejumlah 25 anak dari TK sampai kelas 6 SD. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata pengetahuan dengan hasil pretest dari 76,50 menjadi 95 pada posttest dengan nilai uji efektifitas kegiatan p-value sebesar 0.000 setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM, dan ada peningkatan kemampuan keterampilan anak-anak sekitar 80% dalam mempraktekkan tehnik cuci tangan 7 langkah secara baik dan benar. Edukasi pada anak sangat penting dilakukan sebagai upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian COVID-19 dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan perilaku anak. Kata Kunci:  Health Education, Preventif, Pandemi COVID-19  ABSTRACT The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on all aspects and the spread of this corona virus is very fast at various stages of age. Therefore it must be immediately addressed together. The age of children is very vulnerable to being infected with Covid-19. One of the important strategies that can be applied to school-age children is to increase knowledge and preventive behavior to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 through health education. The purpose of this Community Service (PKM) is to provide health promotion about the importance of preventing and controlling COVID-19 by implementing a Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS). This PKM activity method is in the form of providing education and demonstrations that are carried out face-to-face while still implementing strict health protocols. Participants in the implementation of this activity were 25 children from kindergarten to grade 6 SD. The results of the activity showed an increase in the average knowledge with the pretest result from 76.50 to 95 in the posttest with a p-value of 0.000 activity effectiveness test after the implementation of PKM activities, and there was an increase in the ability of children's skills about 80% in practicing washing techniques. hand 7 steps properly and correctly. Education for children is very important as an effort to prevent and control COVID-19 which is considered effective in increasing children's awareness and behavior. Keywords: Health Education, Prevention, COVID-19 Pandemic

Abstract

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a developmental disorder in children which is characterized by poorsocial communication, persistent social interaction, and repetitive patterns of behavior and activities. It isvery important to be trained to be independent in carrying out daily activities including toilet training.Toilet training is one of the developmental tasks that need to be achieved by every child and requiresattention from parents in training the ability to urinate and defecate. The purpose of this study was toidentify and explore in depth the implementation of toilet training for children with autism spectrumdisorders through family support. The research design used is quantitative and qualitative researchmethods (mixed methods). The quantitative sampling technique used a total sampling of 50 parents whohad ASD children. In the process of collecting qualitative data, it was carried out through an in-depthinterview process to 5 participants. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and interviewguidelines. The data were analyzed using the Collaizi approach. The results show that family support hadan average value of 76.64 (95% CI 73.72-79.56) with the lowest value 54 and the highest 98. The results ofthe interview obtained 7 themes, namely the importance of being taught toilet training, a sign of the child'sdesire when BAK /CHAPTER, readiness of children to be trained, readiness of parents, toilet trainingprocess, family attention, and feelings of parents when children are trained. With the right family support,the implementation of toilet training can run well.

Abstract

Merawat anak dengan autis dalam kehidupan dapat membuat stress dan kondisi akibat pandemi penyakit Coronavirus (COVID-19) menimbulkan gangguan tingkat tinggi pada keluarga. Autis merupakan salah satu jenis gangguan perkembangan  saraf yang ditandai dengan adanya defisit dalam komunikasi social bersama dengan pola perilaku, minat, atau aktivitas yang terbatas dan berulang. Anak dengan autis perlu dilatih kemandiriannya, salah satunya dalam melaksanakan toilet training. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi persepsi keluarga dalam pelaksanaan toilet training pada anak autis di masa pandemic COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara total sampling yaitu kepada orang tua yang memiliki anak Autis. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner berupa pernyataan positif dan pernyataan negative. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara langsung dengan tetap melaksanakan protokol kesehatan yang ketat. Semua data yang diperoleh dan dianalisis univariat pada variabel persepsi keluarga tentang toilet training pada anak autis didasarkan pada nilai mean. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa terdapat 29 orangtua memiliki persepsi positif terhadap anak Autis dengan nilai Mean ≥ 23,94 dan terdapat 21orang tua memiliki persepsi negatif terhadap anak Autis dengan nilai mean <23,94. Persepsi ini merupakan suatu tanggapan terhadap apa yang dilihat dari suatu objek yang dapat mempengaruhi pola pikir seseorang.
