Abstract

Persaingan pada dunia bisnis terjadi pada berbagai sektor baik industri jasa dan non jasa. Salah satunya adalah industri toiletries dimana persaingan dalam bisnis yang satu ini cukup tinggi. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari semakin maraknya industri-industri yang memasarkan produk kebutuhan rumah tangga. Salah satunya adalah industri toiletries deterjen. Pasar produk deterjen ini berkembang menjadi satu dari sekian banyak sektor bisnis yang paling menguntungkan di Indonesia. Kondisi tersebut mendorong deterjen Bukrim untuk meningkatkan perceived quality (persepsi kualitas merek). Perceived quality ini akan membentuk persepsi kualitas dari suatu produk di mata pelanggan. Persepsi terhadap kualitas keseluruhan dari suatu produk atau jasa dapat menentukan nilai dari produk atau jasa tersebut dan berpengaruh secara langsung kepada keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap merek. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran perceived quality deterjen Bukrim; untuk mengetahui gambaran keputusan pembelian deterjen Bukrim; dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh perceived quality terhadap keputusan pembelian deterjen Bukrim.Berdasarkan variabel yang diteliti maka jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode pengembangan penelitian bersifat cross sectional method. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang berbelanja di Griya Setiabudi, Giant Supermarket dan Isola Swalayan di kota Bandung berjumlah 127 orang. Berdasarkan teknik penarikan sampel secara systematic random sampling dan dengan menggunakan rumus Harun Al Rasyid diperoleh sampel sebesar 82 sampel, namun untuk meningkatkan keakuratan maka jumlah sampel yang diteliti ditambah sehingga berjumlah 85 sampel. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, penyebaran kuesioner dan studi literatur. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perceived quality dari brand equity deterjen Bukrim secara umum cukup baik dengan respon tertinggi pada indikator hasil pakaian menjadi bersih cemerlang. Keputusan pembelian Bukrim yang terdiri dari pemilihan produk, pemilihan merek, pemilihan saluran distribusi, waktu pembelian dan jumlah pembelian secara umum cukup baik dengan penilaian tertinggi diperoleh oleh indikator pemilihan merek karena harga yang cukup terjangkau sedangkan indikator pemilihan merek untuk karena keterkenalan merek memperoleh penilaian terkecil. Terdapat pengaruh perceived quality dari brand equity terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan kategori yang sangat tinggi, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa koefisien korelasi antara variabel perceived quality dari brand equity terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian produk deterjen Bukrim memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.

Abstract

The development of printer machine nowadays is remakably marked by the latest innovation together with the product quality which continously improving with the advantage and new model as well as more interesting. This is the effect of global market which more competitive and the activity of the world trade more highly controlled by the demand and supply law. In Indonesia the printer industry competition, specially inkjet printer nearly most of them dominated by three big companies, namely Canon, Epson and Hewlett Packard where by this printer vendors, trying to apply various strategy to increasing its printer sale. There are so many kind of printers sold in Indonesia which arising the tough competition among the companies. Various kind of inovative products continously improved. In increasing the consumer loyalty, Epson company always develops its product atribute for interest of satisfying the consumer need. The consumer loyalty is very important to find out whether the consumers were satisfy with the products which was available in the Epson inkjet printer was very important known by the printer vendor.The aim of this research is to reveral the produt atribute description, consumer loyalty and how big was the influence of product atribute to the consumer loyalty of the product.  Research used Survey Eksplanatory technique, and the method used was survey. The research population was The Students Of Economic Education Department As The User of Epson Inkjet Printer of Indonesia Education University Jln. Setiabudhi Bandung, to reveal the influence of said variables used simple regresi analysis by the SPSS 11.5 programme help for windows.The results of the research showed that the product quality has the positive influence and adequate (0,634) on the consumer loyalty of the Epson inkjet printer product.. Recommendation which given to the product atribute was the Epson company should maintain and improve its quality product of various factors in order it can increase the satisfaction which in turn shall make the consumer become the loyal persons.

Abstract

Ketatnya persaingan pada industri obat flu di Indonesia telah berlangsung lama, sehingga pangsa pasar dari kategori obat flu tidak terlalu luas.  Sehingga setiap produsen obat flu, perlu menggunakan strategi pemasaran yang menarik bagi konsumen, sehingga mampu mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk pada konsumen. Produk obat flu merek Mixagrip menggunakan media iklan radio untuk memotivasi konsumen sehingga memutuskan untuk membeli produk. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas iklan melalui media  radio (x) terhadap tingkat keputusan pembelian (y) produk obat flu merek Mixagrip. Responden berjumlah 77 orang. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan metode deskriptif survey dan explanatory survey menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan penelitian, efektivitas iklan melalui media radio (79%) termasuk kategori sangat tinggi dan tingkat keputusan pembelian (79,4%) termasuk kategori sangat tinggi. Sedangkan thitung 7.757,).  dan ttabel 1,995 (thitung ttabel), berarti ada pengaruh positif dari efektivitas iklan melalui media radio terhadap tingkat keputusan pembelian. Koefisien determinasi (r²) sebesar 0,445 menunjukkan tingkat pengaruh efektivitas iklan melalui media radio terhadap keputusan pembelian termasuk pada kategori sedang, artinya keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi efektivitas iklan melalui media radio sebesar 44,5%, sisanya 55,5% dipengaruhi faktor lain

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to understand organizational communication and work stress on employee performance. The method used is an explanatory survey, and a population of 32 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression processed using SPSS 16.0, the questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Important employee performance by organizational communication but not significant and employee performance interests by positive and significant. Organizational communication and work stress are used to improve employee performance. This study was used to describe the influence of organizational communication, work stress on the performance of employees in production employees of PT. Indolakto. The object that becomes the unit of analysis in this study is employees of PT. Indolakto Jakarta. The independent variables in this study are organizational communication and work stress, and the dependent variable is employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability on stock returns on pulp and paper subsector companies. This research was conducted in a span of more than one year, so the research design used was time series design. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with time series design methods. A total of 5 companies were selected as samples using purposive sampling. Financial statements and stock data are used as research instruments in retrieving data, and data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression. Based on the research findings it can be seen that profitability has a significant effect on stock returns. Differences in this study were found in the objects and methods of research, population and research samples, period of research, measurement tools and results of research, and sources of theory.

Abstract

The pupose of this paper is to find out influence social work environment and incentives against employee morale. The design of the research is a cross-sectional design. This research use descriptive and verificative approach with survey method. A total of 84 respondents were chosen as a simple random sampling. A survey questionnaire was used as research instrument to collect the data from respondents. Data analisys techniquesused in this research is multiple linier regression. The environmental impact of social work and incentives on employee morale tourism industry. The paper provides a basis to understand the issues of employ morale, incentivess and social work enviromental of tourism industrial. The difference of this study with previous research on objects that are used , the variable used , supporting the theory as well as the different references used by previous researchers

Abstract

Abstract  : This study examines the effect of intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on firm value. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the value of the company in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study were mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012-2016, while the sampling method used was purposive sampling and 25 research samples were obtained. The data used are secondary data collected by documentation techniques. The method of analyzing data in this study uses statistical testing of panel data with the common effect model method. Based on the calculation of panel data regression analysis with the help of software Eviews 9 it results that intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility (CSR) does not affect the value of the company.

Abstract

Tujuan - Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.Desain/metodologi/pendekatan- Penelitian ini dilakukan pada jangka waktu kurang dari 1 tahun, maka desain penelitian adalah desain cross-sectional. Dan metode yang digunakan adalah survei explanatory, dan populasi 109 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah alat analisis jalur di olah menggunakan SPSS 16.0. kuesioner digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden.Temuan - kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara signifikan dan positif.Orisinalitas/nilai - Motivasi dan komitmen organisasi digunakan sebagai cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi, komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. motivasi pengaruh dan komitmen organisasi kepada karyawan lembaga transportasi kinerja di Jawa Barat. Objek yang menjadi unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari departemen transportasi dari Jawa Barat. Abstract

Objectives - The purpose of this study is to find out how the picture of the application of net profit margin and earnings per share to stock prices in the sub-sector of investment companies in 2011-2016design / methodology / approach - The method used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif method. The data used are secondary data from each company sub sector of investment company in year 2011-2016 with analysis technique using multiple regression. Sampling in this research use purposive sampling.Findings - The results of this study indicate that, the application of net profit margin effect on stock prices. earnings per share effect on stock prices. The results showed that the application of net profit margin and earnings per share a positive influence on stock prices.Originality - Differences of research with previous research is on the object, population and sample research, the study period, measuring instruments and research results, as well as sources of foreign theories and journals and foreign books and research results

Abstract

Employee engagement is one of the main issues in human resources management and organizations, because it is considered as a major factor in measuring the strength of a company. Issues regarding employee engagement occur in various industries, including manufacturing. It's like what happened to PT. Pola Manunggal Sejati Cimahi, low indicator of employee engagement can be seen from high employee turnover, increased absence, and production targets that have decreased every year, so that the resulting production especially in the year 2016-2018 did not achieve the targets set by the company. This research uses descriptive and verification method, with explanatory survey method. The sampling technique used is probability sampling using the simple random sampling which amounted to 81 people. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with program tools SPSS (Statistical Product for Service Solution) 25.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that the description of the work environment in good category, description of the employee engagement in high category, and the employee engagement is affected by the work environment. So that the work environment should be considered in support of improving employee engagement.
