Abstract

Eksplorasi Bactriophage virulen untuk Xanthomonas campestris pv campetristerhadap Pembangunan  sebagai   Agen   biokontro   untuk  Penyakit   Kubis   Busuk Hitam.  Penyakit busuk hitam yang  disebabkan  oleh   Xanthomonas campestris pv campetris  adalah  penyakit penting pada   tanaman   kubis dan   sejauh   ini  belumu   untuk   memuaskan   memuaskan dikendalikan.   Baru-baru  ini,  orang semakin sadar dampak negatif  dari  aplikasikan pestisida sintetis  dan pentingnya  menggunakan agen bioconrol   untuk  mengendalikan  hama karena mereka relatif  aman   dan  ramah  lingkungan.   Bakteriofage  adalah virus  yang  menginfeksi bakteri.Penggunaan fag untuk   pengendalian   penyakit   merupakan   daerah berkembang cepat perlindungan  tanaman dengan potensi besar untuk menggantikan kontro  l kimia dan sekarang lazim. Fag dapat digunakan secara efektif sebagai bagian dari strategi  manajemen penyakit terpadu.Yang    relatif mudah untuk mempersiapkan perawatan fag dan biaya produksi   yang   rendah dari   agen-agen membuat   mereka kandidat   yang   baik untuk digunakan secara luas di negara berkembang juga. Sejauh ini, dalam eksplorasi bakteriofage di  Indonesia untuk dikembangkan sebagai agen  biokontrol belum dilakukan belum. Di sisi lain, Indonesia adalah salah satu negara pandang  memiliki banyak   resources  keanekaragaman hayati  di dunia.  Jadi dapat  diperkirakan  bahwa banyak strain  bakteriofag  alami, yang dapat dikembangkan untuk agen biokontrol penyakit busuk hitam pada kubis.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisolasi  beberapa  bakteriofag virulen  untukXanthomonas campestris pv campetris dari lapangan. X. campestris pv campetris telah diisolasi dari kubis sakit di Blumbang, Tawangmangu.   Karakterisasi uji   biologis dari 10  sampel daun kubis yang  sakit menunjukkan bahwa sampel  semuanya  diindikasikan oleh X.  campestris pv campetris. Sedangkan  uji plak dari  10 sampel yang  diambil dari bidang menunjukkan indikasi pembentukan wabah. Penelitian  ini masihterus  menggali lebih  banyak sampel membentuk Tawangmangu, dan juga dari bidang lain kubis di Jawa Tengah.

Abstract

Aim – The aim of the research was to find out the influence of emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior.Design/Methodology/Approach – The research design was cross sectional method. This research employed descriptive approach through explanatory survey method. There were 103 respondents selected through probability sampling. The questionnaires were distributed as the instruments in collecting data from the respondents. The analysis technique used was descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings – Based on the research findings through descriptive analysis, it was found that the emotional intelligence was in the good category by score 9444 and percentage 81.86%, job satisfaction was in high category by score 12198 and percentage 80.56%, and organizational citizenship behavior was in the good category by score 11853 and percentage 82.19%.Originality/value – This research is the basic to understand the emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior concept. The difference of the research and  the previous research was in its object aspect, which was West Java Regional Civil Service Agency in Bandung with the observed variables; emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior by using different theories and references from previous research.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah terjadinya masalah kejenuhan kerja dan rendahnya kepuasankerja karyawan. Fenomena tersebut harus segera ditangani karena perawat merupakan karyawanterbesar dan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan pada rumah sakit. Karena kejenuhan kerjamerupakan masalah besar yang sering dihadapi oleh profesi perawat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui gambaran kejenuhan kerja perawat pelaksanarumah sakit jiwa Provinsi Jawa Barat, (2) mengetahui gambaran kepuasan kerja perawatpelaksana rumah sakit jiwa Provinsi Jawa Barat, (3) mengetahui temuan mengenai seberapabesar pengaruh kejenuhan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana rumah sakit jiwaProvinsi Jawa Barat. Objek yang menjadi unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawanbagian perawat pelaksana Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Jawa Barat. Variabel bebas (X) yaitukejenuhan kerja dan variabel terikat (Y) yaitu kepuasan kerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yangdiguanakan adalah deskriptif, verifikatif, dan metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory surveydengan teknik simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 121 perawat pelaksana.Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah path analysis dengan alat bantu software komputerSPSS 21.0.Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa kejenuhan kerja memiliki pengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan tingkat korelasi kuat.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to knowing the description of working communiacation, job satisfaction and employee performance. Design/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 57 respondents were selected using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Analytical technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results indicate that the description of working communication is in effective category according to score of representative 81,3%, job satisfaction is in high category according to score of representative 79,3 %  , and employee performance is in high category according to score of representative 77,8%. Originality/value -  This study provides a basis for understanding issues of working  communication, job satisfaction, and employee performance. The difference of this study with the previous research is located on the object which is the company in the retail industry that is Toserba Yogya Cabang Sunda Bandung, with the variables studied namely working communication, job satisfaction, and employee performances, and using different theory or reference from previous researcher.

Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini rendahnya kinerja perawat kontrak, hal tersebut ditandai dengan turunnya hasil penilaian kinerja perawat kontrak, serta seringnya ketidak hadiran menyebabkan kinerja perawat menurun.Desain/metodologi/pendektan - Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kurung waktu kurang dari satu tahun maka metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional method, dan di sebarkan pada 112 responden perawat kontrak rumah sakit umum Subang.Temuan - Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara empirik diperoleh keterangan bahwa pelaksanaan kompensasi dan motivasi yang diterapkan di Rumah Sakit Umum Subang mempunyai pengaruh secara keseluruhan sebesar 54% terhadap kinerja, sedangkan 45% dipengaruhi faktor lainnya.Orisinalitas – Terdapat persamaan dan perbedaan hasil penelitian yang diteliti penulis dengan peneliti sebelumnya. Persamaannya adalah dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan variabel yang sama, baik kompensasi, motivasi kerja maupun kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Motivasi, Kinerja KaryawanPaper type Penulisan Karya Ilmiah

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of the research is to find out the influence of social work environment on productivity, the influence of job satisfaction on productivity, and the influence of social work environment and job satisfaction on productivity. The object used as analysis unit on this research is employees of electricity entreprise. The type of study is using verificative with the method is using an explanatory survey of 87 respondents. It was found that the influence of the social work environment to productivity are included in the category are very strong. Job satisfaction is very strong against the influential employee productivity. Social work environment and job satisfaction influence on productivity is very strong. The results also show that social work environment conducive conditions will increase employee productivity. The level of job satisfaction is high, then an electric company employee productivity will increase. In addition, if environmental conditions are conducive to social work and job satisfaction is high, then the employee productivity will increase.

Abstract

Purpose - This research is conducted to know the description of motivation, work environment and employee performance of PT. Barrix Sinindo Jakarta.Design / methodology / approach - Unit of analysis in this study ie employees of PT. Barrix Sinindo Jakarta, totaling 30 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, While the data analysis techniques performed is descriptive and verifikatif analysis. The research method used is explanatory survey method.Findings - Based on the results of the study, it was found that job motivation in the high category to the score of 48,2%, work environment in the conducive category with the score of 39,8% and performance of employee was in the high category with the score of 49,4%Originality/value-  This study provides a basis for understanding the issues of motivation and work environment on performance of empliyee. The difference of this research with previous research is located on the object which is the company in expedition that is in PT. Barriq Sinindo Jakarta, with the variables studied motivation, work environment and performance of employee, and using theory or reference different from researcher previous.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to know the decription of dicipline, work culture and organizational behavior citizenship.Design/methodology/approach - The Research design is cross sectional. This research is using descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The analysis unit is 90 employees. Collecting the data is using questionnaire. Analysis technique used is descriptive technique with using frequency distribution.Finding - Based on the result of research, the results obtained that work dicipline in the category is appropriate with a score 65,5% , work culture is in the high category with a score 72,8%, and organizatonal citizenship behavior is in high category with a score 66,2%.Originality/value - This research giving a basic for understanding work dicipline, work culture and issues on organizatonal citizenship behavior. The difference of this research with the previous research are on the object, variable, theory and references

Abstract

Abstract: The problem of employee loyalty is still the main concern in the company. It is because there are still many people researching for half a decade that the main components of loyalty include strong beliefs, acceptance of organizational goals, willing to mobilize considerable effort on behalf of the organization and a desire to maintain membership in the organization. Employees who have loyalty to their work will work more effectively and efficiently so that they can optimize their performance and produce good output in the form of products and services. Employee loyalty is a problem that almost happened in every type of company both services and manufacturing in various countries. Starting from the tourism industry, restaurant industry, education industry, health industry, and others. The low employee loyalty toward the company is characterized by decreasing performance, increasing attendance and employee turnover. This occurred to PT. Rezeki Jaya Makmur Sentosa in Ciamis, where the level of employee loyalty has decreased every year, especially in 2014-2018. Surely this is far from the expectations of companies that want their employees to have high loyalty. This study aims to determine (1) the influence of the social work environment on employee loyalty (2) the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty (3) the influence of the social work environment and job satisfaction on employee loyalty. This study uses a quantitative method involving 36 respondents using saturated sampling with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) the influence of the social work environment on employee loyalty partially influences by 70.6% (2) the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty partially influential by 63.3% (3) the influence of social work environment and job satisfaction on employee loyalty simultaneously influences by 73.5%. This shows that the better the social work environment and job satisfaction, the higher the employee loyalty. This means that if the social work environment and good job satisfaction will be obtained optimal work output, so that employee loyalty can increase properly.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the description of financial reward, occupational health and safety and job satisfactionDesign/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method and total of 66 respondents. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Analytical technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that the financial reward is in quite suitable category with a score of representative 70,8%, occupational health and safety is in the good category with a score of representative 79% and job satisfaction is in the high  category with a score of representative 78,5%.Originality/value - This study provides a basic understanding issues of financial rewards, occupational safety health and job satisfaction. The difference with the previous research is the variable of appreciation which examined the disability only for financial reward, the object of research studied in service sector, theory and reference used the latest theories.
