Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of supervision and working climate on employee job satisfactionDesign / methodology / approach - This research was conducted in less than 1 year period, the research design is cross-sectional design. The method used is exolanatory survey, and population 67 employees. The analysis technique used is descriptive, the questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents.Findings - based on the results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis, the result that there is a positive influence of supervision and work climate on employee job satisfaction.Originality / value - this study provides a basis for find out the impact of supervision and working climate on employee job satisfaction. The difference of this study with previous research is on the objects, variables, theories and the references.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to analyze the description of Bank Soundness by using RGEC method and influence on stock priceDesign / methodology / approach - Method in this research used descriptive and verification methods. Data that used are secondary data of each Public bank foreign exchange on Indonesia Stock Exchange with analysis technique using multiple linear regression. Sampling in this research use purposive samplingFindings - The result of this research shows that NPL and ROA have positive effect to share price, GCG and NIM have no effect to stock price, LDR and CAR do not have an effect on stock price but regression direction with positive sign showing relationship with stock price.Originality -The difference of this research with previous research is on research object and method, population and research sample, research period, measuring instrument and research result, as well as foreign theory and journal source and foreign book and research result.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aimed to gain a sense o1qf leadership style, gain a working motivation overview, and  overview of employee performanceDesign / methodology / approach - The method used is an Explanatory Survey with a sample size of 44 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with spss 20.0 for windows programming tool.Findings- Research results show that leadership style is in the category of effective, work motivation is in the strong category and employee performance is in good category. Leadership style and work motivation have a positive influence on employee performanceOriginality / value - This study provides a basis for understanding the style of leadership and work motivation that affects employee performance. The difference of this research with previous research is located on the object of research that is Hotel Cipanas Indah company and use theory or reference different from previous researcher

Abstract

Objectives - analyze the description of liquidity, profitability and stock prices in automotive companies. Design / methodology / approach - This research method uses descriptive method. Objects in this study are automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010-2016. Data collection techniques with panel data. Data analysis technique using panel regression analysis technique with the help of Eviews 9. Findings - The results show that: (1) Profitability measured using Return On Equity automotive companies tend to decrease. (2) Liquidity measured using Current Ratio of automotive companies tends to decrease. (3) Automotive company stock price decreasedOriginality / value - This research provides a basis for understanding issues of liquidity, profitability and stock price. The difference of this research with previous research is on object, variable, theory, technique of data analysis and also reference which used by researcher with previous researcher.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the description of social work environment, financial reward and employee retentionDesign/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 86 respondents were selected using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Analytical technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency tableFindings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that the social work environment is in the good category with a score of respectively 79%, financial reward is in the good category with a score of respectively 78%, employee retention is in the high category with a score of respectively 80%Originality/value -  This study provides a basis for understanding social work environment issues, financial reward, employee retention. The difference of this study with previous research is focused on the social work environment, financial rewards.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the Effect of Perceived Service Quality and Switching Cost on Customer Loyaly in the IM3 Ooredoo Users in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive verification research, using explanatory survey method by simple random sampling technique with 150 respondents and the data were analized by multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 24.0. The outcome of this study indicate that the concept of perceived service quality is fairly high category, the concept of switching cost is fairly high category, the concept of customer loyalty is fairly high category, and the customer loyalty is influenced by both perceived service quality and switching cost.Keywords: Perceived Service Quality; Switching Cost; Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian - Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak lingkungan kerja sosial dan insentif pada semangat kerja karyawan industri pariwisata.Model/metode penelitian/pendekatan – Model penelitian ini memakai model cross- sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan metode survei. Sebanyak 84 responden dipilih sebagai simple random sampling. Survei menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memakai regresi linier.Temuan penelitian – Terdapat hasil positif mengenai dampak lingkungan kerja sosial dan insentif pada semangat kerja karyawan industri pariwisata.Orisinalitas/Nilai – Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan bagaimana cara peningkatan semangat kerja karyawan melalui lingkungan kerja sosial dan insentif. Perbedaan penelitian ini dengan penelitian sebelumnya pada objek yang digunakan, variabel yang digunakan, mendukung teori serta referensi yang berbeda yang digunakan oleh peneliti sebelumnya.Kata kunci: Dampak lingkungan kerja, lingkungan kerja sosial, insentif, semangat kerja, industri pariwisata.Jenis Jurnal: Artikel Penelitian

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out the influence of entrepreneurship competence on business performance, the influence of entrepreneurshp motivation on business performance, and the influence of entrepreneurship competence and entrepreneurshp motivation on business performance. The object becomes the unit of analysis in this research is the Saung Angklung Udjo craftsman. The type of study is using verificative with the method is using an explanatory survey of 30 respondents. The results of this research found that the description of entrepreneurial competence in the high category, the description of entrepreneurial motivation in the strong category, description of business performance in the medium category. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that entrepreneurial competence be improved, namely the dimensions of competence in managing business that need to be improved and deepened so that the performance of angklung craftsmen increases and can create higher business opportunities. In entrepreneurial motivation, Saung Angklung Udjo craftsmen in Bandung need to be improved in the need for affiliation, where craftsmen must be able to communicate better with coworkers and consumers.

Abstract

Perkembangan sistem operasi dan era digital adalah dua aspek yang berhubungan danterintegrasi. Salah satu sistem operasi yang berkembang saat ini adalah sistem operasilinux yang didirikan pada tahun 1991, perkembangan linux tidak sebanding dengan usiayang telah lama, hal tersebut bisa terlihat dari pengguna sistem operasi yang masihrendah. Penurunan keputusan penggunaan sistem operasi linux dapat ditangani dengancara menganalisis perbedaan prilaku individu.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran perbedaan individu, keputusanmenggunakan, pengaruh perbedaan individu terhadap keputusan menggunakan sistemoperasi linux di Indonesia. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna sistemoperasi linux di Indonesia. Variabel bebas (X) dalam penelitian ini adalah perbedaanindividu, serta variabel terikat (Y) yaitu keputusan menggunakan. jenis penelitian yangdigunakan ada deskriptif verifikatif dan metode yang digunakan yaitu explanatorysurvey dengan teknik sampel random sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 100 responden.Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier sederhanadengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 21.0Hasil temuan penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa perbedaan individu memilikipengaruh sebesar 74,82% terhadap keputusan menggunakan dengan tingkat kolerasisangat kuat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan sebagai dasar untukdilakukannya penelitian lain mengenai perbedaan individu terhadap keputusanmenggunakan dengan indikator dan objek yang berbeda.

Abstract

Tujuan- Seberapa besar pengaruh kemampuan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja, motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja dan kemampuan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawanDesain/metodologi/Pendekatan- Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, verifikatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 karyawan. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana. Temuan- Dari penelitian terhadap pengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa kemampuan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif/kategori besar, baik terhadap motivasi kerja maupun produktivitas kerja karyawan.Orisinalitas- Perbedaan ditemukan dalam objek penelitian, periode penelitian, alat ukur dan hasil penelitian.
