Abstract

One sector that has an important role in the economic recovery process is MSMEs. However, most of the MSMEs in Indonesia are still run traditionally. In addition, there are some common problems that are often experienced by MSMEs, namely limited capital, not yet having a clear legal entity, lack of product innovation and many MSME actors still not technologically savvy. Kencana Harapan Village is a village located in Lebak Wangi District, Serang Regency, Banten. Kencana Harapan Village is a rice field area, with the main natural resource being rice, where the economy of the Kencana Harapan village community is relatively minimal and not yet prosperous. This outreach activity is expected to enable the residents of Kencana Harapan Village to gain knowledge to create MSMEs, manage MSME capital and how to market MSME products according to the times with the digital era, so that it is expected to improve the economy of local residents. The method of this service activity uses the lecture, discussion and question and answer method. The results of this outreach activity increased the level of knowledge of the people of Kencana Haraoan Village about the role of MSMEs in the Indonesian economy

Abstract

The profit information disclosed by the company does not guarantee that the profit is of high quality. Profit can be said to be quality if the reported profit can be used by users of financial statements to make the best decisions and meet the qualitative characteristics of relevant and reliable financial statements and can convey the facts of actual financial performance. The objective to be achieved in this study is to test how the effect of the GCG Mechanism, CSR disclosure, on the quality of profits and its impact on the company's stock returns, with the control variables being Leverage and Firm Size. The population in this study is mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research data was taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website for the 2014-2018 period.  The method used is the Purposive Sampling method. The results of this study show that Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Independent Board of Commissioners, and CSR Disclosure do not have a significant effect on the quality of profits, while the Audit Committee and Stock Returns have a significant effect on Profit Quality

Abstract

Based on Law Number 12 of 2012 concerning Community Service which means that community service is one of the activities of the academic community by utilizing science and technology to educate the nation's life and improve the welfare of the community. The Tri Dharma of Higher Education are the three main pillars that become one of the components in achieving the vision and mission of each university. The Tridharma of Higher Education consists of Education and Teaching, Research, and Community Service. Every lecturer in higher education is obliged to carry out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The implementation method of Community Service (PkM) activities currently focuses more on the implementation of the Work Program that has been systematically prepared. It is carried out by KKM Group 15 Students and Field Supervisors by going directly to the field to visit the community and the data sources needed for questioning through direct interviews both personally and organizationally or data sources obtained through the village office or sub-district office. The conclusion provides an understanding of health and a healthy lifestyle. provide a wider contribution to the community through mentoring MSMEs and the creative economy in terms of developing promotions and online marketing so that income. the creation of Information Technology which has created a village website in order to facilitate information for village officials as well as for the surrounding community

Abstract

The aim in writing this research was to determine the effect both partially and simultaneously between work life balance and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Tangerang Regency Environmental and Sanitation Service. The method used is descriptive analytic method with a quantitative approach with a sample of 53 respondents from 113 employees as a population. The results obtained partially for the work life balance variable are known to be -tcount < -ttable, namely (-2.084 < -2.008), so that it can be explained that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, as well as for the organizational commitment variable, it is known that the value is tcount > ttable, namely 11.703 > 2.008, so it can be explained that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The same thing also happens simultaneously to both variables, it is known that the value of Fcount > Ftable (79.502 > 3.18), and it can be explained that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained were that, partially or simultaneously, work life balance and organizational commitment had an effect on employee performance at the Tangerang District Environmental and Sanitation Service

Abstract

Agro-industry plays a good role over time until now. Various kinds of products have been produced starting from processing tubers, fruits. but not many people know that forest plants which have the Latin name Gnetum gnemon L turned out to be an alternative to increase family income. Gnetum gnemon L is a type of open- seeded plants (Gymnosperms) commonly called Melinjo. These forest plants come from tropical Asia and the Western Pacific. Melinjo trees grow wild in forests with a height of 1200 meters above sea level. Melinjo fruit is usually consumed as a complement to household vegetables. Melinjo fruit that is commonly consumed is melinjo fruits that are young in age and do not yet have a thick inner fruit layer. Meanwhile, it turns out the melinjo fruit that is old or red has many benefits and high nutritional content. The purpose of this activity is to provide understanding to partners in processing and utilizing the skin of melinjo fruit into melinjo fruit skin chips. The target of community service program is addressed to the Head of Sampir Village, Waringin Kurung Sub-District, Serang Regency Banten and the participants are PKK Sampir Village, Waringin Kurung Sub-District, serang Regency, Banten. The method used in this service is (a) socialization and counseling, which is to provide understanding to partners about the use of melinjo rind (b) training, which is to get knowledge about how to process melinjo rind into an agroindustrial product of melinjo fruit peel chips. The results obtained in this training are the enthusiasm of partners for the knowledge and use of the fruit skin of Melinjo and the positive taste and value of partners that agro-industry is another alternative to generate additional family income
