Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor rokok yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2001-2015. Variabel bebas adalah profitabilitas (X1) dan ukuran perusahaan (X2), untuk variabel terikatnya adalah struktur modal (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor rokok ada 4 perusahaan, sedangkan sampel adalah 2 perusahaan manufaktur sektor rokok dengan 15 tahun pengamatan, sehingga diperoleh 30 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi asumsi klasik, korelasi, koefisien determinasi, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh koefisien korelasi (R) = 0,597 yang berarti tingkat pengaruh antara profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal adalah sedang, sedangkan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,356 yang berarti variabel profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan dalam menerangkan variabel struktur modal sebesar 35,60%, dan sisanya 64,40% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.  Kesimpulan penelitian secara parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara profitabilitas terhadap struktur modal dan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal. Sedangkan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal. Kata kunci : Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Struktur Modal

Abstract

Khitan atau sunatan sudah sangat familier dan biasa kita dengar. Dibeberapa tempat, acara khitanan anak anak bahkan dijadikan acara hajatan. Namun kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh kelompok 46 merupakan kegiatan pengabdian berupa interaksi social masyarakat. Tujuan dari penulisan ini untuk penyampaian informasi tentang kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Mahasiswa (KKM) Kelompok 46 di desa Banjarsari kecamatan Warung Gunung kabupaten Lebak, dari beberapa program kegiatan, KKM Kelompok 46 melaksanakan program pokok yaitu kegiatan Khitan Massal yang meliputi (1) partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan dan langkah evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan program dan (2) capaian program kerja dan dampak kegiatan bagi masyarakat khususnya dampak manfaat bagi masyarakat desa Banjarsari. Dalam pelaksanaan Kuliah Kerja Mahasiswa (KKM) STIE Bina Bangsa tahun 2017 oleh kelompok 46 menggunakan  metode Participatory Rural  Appraisal (PRA) dan metode pendekatan social kemasyarakatan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Khitan Massal ini, diikuti oleh 10 (sepuluh) anak dari keluarga yang kurang mampu perwakilan setiap RT, yang berada di desa Banjarsari, dan berjalan lancar dari awal sampai akhir pelaksanaannya

Abstract

Community service activities through Student Work Lectures (KKM) aim to assist local government activities in carrying out development in villages/kelurahan; Growing public awareness to improve the quality of life of the nation and state; Fostering community motivation towards activities in the village development process; Help socialize the prevention of Covid-19 transmission and socialize the importance of Vaccination; Provide information and imaging of the existence of Bina Bangsa University College. The targets are expected to be achieved, namely: Able to run eight work programs that have been set, provide skills and take an active role in village development. Students who have a high sense of sensitivity to the problems and difficulties faced by the community in community empowerment. Produce students as motivator, problem solving and mentoring figures. The method of implementing this activity is socialization and training by directly involving the Pamanuk village community and high school students in the village. Some of the results achieved in this activity are from the achievements of eight work programs, including; provide understanding to the public about health through outreach and counseling activities, computer training activities for high school students, mentoring activities in the MSME sector and the field of Appropriate Technology that can be utilized by the community, especially in Pamanuk village, Carenang district, Serang district

Abstract

The buying decision is a step where a person determines an option to buy the product he likes with factors. This study analyses the role of product quality and Price in improving broiler feed buying decisions in PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma, Cikande Subdistrict, Serang Regency. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The results of the H1 test, the t-count value (2,671 ≥ 1.683), then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. This proves an effect between Product Quality (X1) on Buying Decisions (Y). H2, the value of t arithmetic (2,060 ≥ 1.68), then H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected. This proves that there is an effect between Price (X2) on Buying Decisions (Y). In the F test, the calculated F value (4,765) ≥ F table (3,16), then H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that together there is an effect between the variables Product Quality (X1) and Price (X2) on Buying Decisions (Y) in PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.189. This shows that Product Quality (X1) and Price (X2) contribute 18.9 % of Buying Decisions (Y)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy in MSMEs, especially the applied marketing mix. This study uses a qualitative method: a case study that produces descriptive data described in words. The data source of this study used design sampling techniques and data collection techniques. The authors conducted personal interviews with the MSME Bhayangkara Florist during this study. It includes sales data for several years of return and concluded several discussions, including strategies, constraints, and solutions. The strategy used is the 4P mix (Product, Promotion, Price, and Place). The product strategy is in the form of a bouquet of masks innovation. The promotion strategy is in the form of price discounts. The price strategy is that every bouquet purchase gets a bonus mask. The place strategy is in the form of flexibility in product delivery to maintain and improve product quality. Even though there are financial and raw material constraints, they can still find solutions and alternatives, including managing finances and effectively using natural materials. Then, the MSME's answer in dealing with Covid-19 is to maintain cash flow, product innovation, optimize social media and optimize delivery services

Abstract

The Student Work Lecture (KKM) in 2021 held by Bina Bangsa University is different from previous years. This year it was carried out during the Covid-19 Pandemic directly to the field in groups, not online. With the KKM during the Covid-19 pandemic, this is hope that the students will still have the values of service to develop student competencies and social interactions in the community. This study aims to determine the role of Student Work Lectures as a form of community service. The population and sample in this study were 52 KKM Bina Bangsa University with a total of 20 people from 1314 people in 2021. Data collection methods. They are using interviews, observation and documentation. The interview method in this study is to get information to the public about the beneficial values of KKM activities during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Mekarsari village, Carenang sub-district. The results in this study indicate that the community can still feel KKM activities as a form of community service during the Covid-19 pandemic. The role of students can still be carried out with a series of innovative activities and continue to carry out health protocols.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses that play an essential role in increasing Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Indonesia, facing the industrial era 5.0. Currently, MSMEs are facing global competition to stay in the market. In addition, the COVID-19 pandemic that has attacked Indonesia since the beginning of 2020 has made the MSME sector collapse. Therefore, he needs strategies from various parties to produce MSMEs to survive the pandemic and compete in the global market. This community service aims to provide services to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) who wish to maintain and develop their business during economic competition and the COVID-19 pandemic period by optimizing the use of technology in their activities. The method used to implement community service is service and assistance to meet needs through business enthusiasm and marketing training with micro-small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) with zoom meetings. The target of community services is focused on entrepreneurship training for MSME players based on the creative economy and programs to create social media and websites for marketing MSME products. With training, community service activities are transparent and can continue to be a standard MSME service to continue to meet the needs of MSMEs

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the productive economic sectors that can be a source of income for individuals. MSME activists in the 4.0 era are required to be more creative in innovating, both in terms of products and marketing through digital marketing. The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic which lasted quite a long time, had a huge impact on the MSME sector, due to limitations in conducting offline commerce. MSME activists and the surrounding community in the Kemanisan Village, Curug Sub-district were also affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, namely the decline in income levels and sluggish economic activity. Potential resources in Kemanisan Village are Chicken and Bamboo Shoots, quite high competition in sales of chicken and bamboo shoots. This community service is carried out to empower MSMEs in increasing incom.. The method of implementation is carried out by the experimental method, namely providing insight and direct experimental practice related to product innovation of processed chicken and bamboo shoots. In addition, it also uses the lecture method about digital marketing through the Shopee marketplace. Based on a series of activities that have taken place in community service activities in Kemanisan Village, several results were obtained, including the activity participants were able to produce shredded chicken products and meatballs aci bamboo shoots in packaging to operate shopee for online marketing, so that they had the opportunity to increase income

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Organizational Culture and Leadership Style on Employee Job Satisfaction and Its Impact on Employee Performance at PT. Haleyora Power Rayon Cilegon. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method by means of a survey with a causal approach. The results of the survey using the causal approach will be analyzed using the regression analysis approach. The analysis is used to facilitate the influence or causal of exogenous variables on endogenous. The results and discussion of this study are: First, The Effect of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance with a determination value of ry1 = (0.372) 2 = 0.139 or 13.9%. Second, the influence of Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction with the value of determination rz1 = (0.469) 2 = 0.220 or 22.0%. Third, the influence of leadership style on employee performance with the value of determination ry2 = (0.336) 2 = 0.113 or 11.3%. Fourth, the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction with the determination value rZ2 = (0.427) 2 = 0.182 or 18.2%. Fifth, The Effect of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance with a determination value ray = (0598) 2 = 0.358 or 35.8%. Sixth, Simultaneously the Effect of Organizational Culture, Leadership Style and Job Satisfaction, on Employee Performance with the determination value ry12z = (0.611) 2 = 0.373%. From the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on Organizational Culture and Leadership Styles on Employee Job Satisfaction and Its Impact on Employee Performance at PT. Haleyora Power Rayon Cilegon, Partially and Simultaneously.

Abstract

          This study aims to determine how much influence the work environment and motivation have on the performance of employees in the production department at the manufacturing company PT. Polyplex Films Indonesia. This research uses descriptive quantitative method with correlational analysis. The size of the population and the sample are 58 employees of the production division, using a saturated sample, namely all existing employees. The results of testing the T hypothesis, the work environment has no effect on employee performance, obtained a T value (Tcount 1.657 < Ttable 2.00404), hypothesis 2 that motivation has a positive effect on employee performance obtained the t-value (t count 2.787 > t table 2.00404). Simultaneously the work environment and motivation on employee performance is shown by the value of Fcount of 14.511 > Ftable 3.16. Partially the work environment has no effect on employee performance, but simultaneously the work environment and motivation affect employee performance with a contribution of 34.5%
