Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat perilaku calon nasabah dalam mengambil keputusan untuk menginvestasikan dana ke perbankan melalui teori perilaku terencana. Metode penelitian yang dipakai diskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi pada 120 sampel, yakni mahasiswa tingkat akhir Universitas Bina Bangsa Kota Serang. Hasil analisis teridentifikasi dari 120 sampel, 69 mahasiswa atau sebesar 57,5%  tertarik untuk menabung ke bank syariah karena sesuai dengan Hukum Islam, yakni Al-quran, Hadist, dan Fatwa MUI mengharamkan riba atas akad yang ada, serta mempunyai prinsip kehati-hatian dalam penyaluran dana. 51 mahasiswa atau sebesar 42,5% tertarik menabung pada bank konvensional karena memberikan imbal hasil berupa bunga, memiliki banyak cabang, sering melakukan undian berhadiah, dan dengan aset yang cukup banyak mempermudah debitor untuk melakukan pinjaman ke bank konvensional.Kata kunci: Sikap Terhadap Perilaku, Norma Subjektif, Kontrol Perilaku, Lembaga Perbankan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and assess the impact of the green marketing mix on green purchase intentions when using environmentally friendly products (A Case Study on Stainless Steel Straws). The quantitative research approach used in this study was questionnaires on a Likert scale of 1-5. Purposive sampling is a non-probability sampling strategy used in the data collection technique. The participants in this study are students and/or members of the general public who live in Surakarta City and are looking to purchase stainless steel straws. A total of 112 people took part in this study. The research instrument testing, traditional assumption testing, model accuracy test, multiple regression analysis tests, and t-test were utilized to analyze the data in this study The validity and reliability of the instrument are being tested in this study. The software IBM SPSS Statistics 22 version was utilized as the data collection strategy. This study discovered that the location of a green space has no bearing on the likelihood of making a green purchase. The green product has a large impact on green buy intent, as does the green price, and the green advertising has a significant impact on green purchase intention

Abstract

A  safe and healthy workplace is what every worker in the company would want.  Therefore,  it is vital that we lecturers from Bina Bangsa University feel called to hold counselling and training on  K3  to prospective workers in Serang City.    Counselling and training aim to reduce accidents due to work to improve the efficiency and productivity of work. Companies in Indonesia, in    general include common concern  about  K3  compared to  other countries. Indonesia  will be difficult to deal with the global market  with these conditions because  it  will  experience  inefficiencies in  labor  utilization  due to low work productivity.  The problems  outlined  earlier  are   attempted to  be  approached    using  pictures  and  props.   The counseling  and  training  on  K3 are expected to    reduce the risk  of   accidents  and  health problems  for prospective  workers  and  the  surrounding community.

Abstract

This devotion involves many components of society to become organizational boosters, as teachers and volunteers. The community wants to realize non-formal education that can embrace the lower middle class who do not get access to formal education for various reasons or children break up. school because of the narrowness of the economy. The goals and objectives to be achieved in this Community Service (PKM) activity are to guide adolescent citizens learning to increase their productivity in the pandemic period. Covid-19 by developing business ideas that match their talents/potential and by the opportunities and needs of the community. The method used in community service (PKM) activities is to provide counseling and discussion in providing training and direction to the youth of citizens. Learn to increase its productivity in the current Covid-19 pandemic online with the Zoom application. With the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic that is widespread and unavoidable, there needs to be an increase in the ability of citizens to learn to increase their productivity by developing ideas and capturing business opportunities in the community that are tailored to their potential. With this pelatihan, it is expected that wara learn to have the ability to be able to develop ideas and capture business opportunities amid the Covid-19 pandemic. In increasing the productivity of the villagers, learning the village is needed not only for brilliant ideas and wide open opportunities but also for business planning. Well structured

Abstract

Tourism development is currently aimed at sustainable tourism development with development based on the principle of community-based empowerment. One of the villages that developed with these principles is  Pipitan  Village. Pipitan Creative Park is a new tourist attraction in Kota Serang that has many tourist destinations. Pipitan Creative Park tourism  has resources that are abundant enough that it has considerable tourist potential to be developed as a tourist attraction. This place when considered more than potential can be developed as a charming beauty makes tourists more comfortable. In this case, the program implemented is to further develop the Pipitan Creative Park of Walalantaka Subdistrict. In tourism management, there are several aspects of planning, management, supervision and evaluation. But in its implementation, not optimal for this reason, the management of tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis) is necessary. Human Resource Development, Friendly local population and Artisan community training. These methods are used to improve the economy of the community by organizing events involving the community around tourist attractions, maintenance of garbage tubs and cooperation programs with third parties. The positive impact on Creative Park attractions is the opening of jobs, increasing community income, the use of tourist facilities in the local community.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kebijakan dividen dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2014 – 2018 secara parsial dan simultan. Metode penelitian dengan teknik kuantitatif deskriptif dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2014 – 2018 yang berjumlah 150 dan terdapat 7 perusahaan manufaktur yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Teknik pengolahan data dan analisis data meliputi uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan hipotestis statistik. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan uji t diperoleh nilai thitung> ttabel (2.187>2.03693) dan nilai signifikan (0.036<0.05), maka diperoleh bahwa Kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, dan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan uji t diperoleh nilai thitung> ttabel (4.576>2.03693) dan nilai signifikan (0.000<0.05), maka diperoleh bahwa Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Berdasarkan uji f diperoleh nilai Fhitung> Ftabel atau (16.669>3.29), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan Kebijakan Dividen dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh ROA dan ROE terhadap Harga Saham yang terdaftar di BEI secara parsial dan simultan. Metode penelitian dengan teknik kuantitatif deskriptif dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI. Teknik pengolahan data dan analisis data meliputi uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan hipotestis statistik. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh bahwa ROA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, dan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh bahwa ROE berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Berdasarkan uji f diperoleh dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan ROA dan ROE berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham.

Abstract

One of the graduation standards for vocational high school students is implementing a competency test of expertise (UKK). The competency test of expertise aims to find out the level of competence of students, namely competent or incompetent. This skill competency test was followed by students and students of class XII majoring in Office Governance Automation, 17 people. UKK implementation during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out offline for one day on Sunday, March 20, 2022. The method used in Abdimas activities is as an external examiner, an assessor to provide an assessment of UKK results that students of SMK Muhammadiyah Pontang have done. The results of the UKK implementation showed that 15 students had competent criteria with a score range of 80-90, and 2 students had fairly competent criteria with a score range of 70-79. The conclusion is that the competency criteria of prospective graduates of SMK Muhammadiyah Pontang have met the minimum requirements of competencies that the government has determined

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Placement and Work Environment on Employee Performance of PT. Sheng Jeou Indonesia site Cikande-Serang. The research method used is a quantitative approach or statistical data analysis. What is meant by quantitative approach is research that focuses on presenting data in the form of numbers or quantitatively scored (scoring) using statistics. The sample used is saturated sampling, so the total is 60 samples. The results of the t-test of Work Placement on Employee Performance obtained the value of t count> t table, namely (12,533>1,67) meaning that Work Placement has an effect on Employee Performance. While the t-test of the work environment on employee performance obtained the value of t count < t table (-1.868 <1.67) meaning that the work environment has no effect on employee performance. Simultaneous research results (f test) obtained the value of f arithmetic > f table (659.466 > 2.76) meaning that Ha is accepted so that work placement and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The R-Square value is 0.959% or 95.9%, the remaining 4.1% is influenced by variables not examined in this study
