Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the work environment, competence and compensation jointly and partially on job satisfaction at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Environment Unsyiah. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Environment, Unsyiah. The population in this study were employees in the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences with 72 respondents.This research was conducted using the census method in which the entire population was used as the object of research. The data obtained were then processed using the SPSS 20 analysis tool. This analysis includes the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, t test and F test and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results show that the work environment, competence and compensation have an effect on job satisfaction. The results of data analysis obtained an R square value of 0.619, which means that the job satisfaction variable can be explained by the work environment, competence and compensation of 61.9%, while 38.1.0% of the effect is explained by other variables. For hypothesis testing (t count> t table), the t test results in this study amounted to (3.554> 1.666) with a significant 0.001 for work environment variables, (3.702> 1.666) and 0.000 significant for competency variables and (2.024> 1.666) and a significance of 0.002 for the compensation variable, the results state that the work environment, competence and compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Whereas for testing the hypothesis together (F count> F table), the results of the F test in this study are (36,884> 3,12) for work environment variables, competence and compensation with a significant 0,000, these results explain that the work environment, competence and compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction in the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Unsyiah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the moderating effect of human resource management practice (HRMP) variables on the relationship between nepotism variables and attitude variables (job satisfaction, organisational citizenship behaviour (OCB) and organisational commitment).A research sample of 300 workers in the three largest hospitals in Aceh (Dr. Zainoel Abidin General Hospital, Meuraxa General Hospital and Harapan Bunda Hospital). Primary data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to participants in the three hospitals with 100 questionnaires each.Data were analysed using simple regression and moderated regression analysis.The results of our analysis found that HRMPs have a moderating effect on the relationship between nepotism and job satisfaction and nepotism and organisational commitment.The moderating effect of HRMPs was not found in the relationship between nepotism and OCB.

Abstract

Compensation and work experience are things that need to be done to increase employee morale in achieving organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work experience on employee morale at PT. Dipo International Pahala Otomotif Banda Aceh. This research uses quantitative methods . The sample size in this study amounted to 47 people with a total sampling technique of sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and interviews. Data analysis was performed using linear regression. The results showed that the provision of compensation and work experience had a significant effect on work morale were 0.448. The results of the regression coefficient of 0.478 for compensation and work experience of 0.283. Meanwhile, for hypothesis testing (t count > t table), the results of the t test in this study were compensation (6.855 > 2.015) with a significance of 0.000 and work experience (9.151 > 2.015) with a significance of 0.003. Abstract

This study describes the effect of interest rates on deposits at Aceh’s government banks. The study aims to find empirical evidence, which supports the notion that interest rates affect the amount of the deposit. In this study, a sample is taken from a data rate of deposits and savings deposits at Aceh’s government banks from the year 2010-2013, which is documented in Bank Indonesia in Banda Aceh.This study uses data collection through secondary data, method of analysis used is a simple linear regression using SPSS 20.00 program for Windows.Based on the research that has been done by simple linear regression equation that for a period of 1 month deposit is Y '= 3170429,531-330.072,252X, that the interest rate yield regression coefficient with a negative slope means that the level of interest rates negatively affect the amount of deposits. For the 3-month deposit is Y '= 2738951,943 + 616256,480 X, that the interest rate yield regression coefficient with a positive slope means that the interest rate has positive influence on the amount of deposits, and deposits 6 months is Y' = 1449516,119 – 165248,465 X, that the interest rate yield regression coefficient with a negative slope means that the level of interest rates negatively affect the amount of deposits and for 12-month deposits Y '= 1331468.342 to 42386.550 X, that the interest rate yield regression coefficients with a negative slope means interest rates negatively affect the amount of deposits. It was concluded that the deposits within a period of 3 months to contribute positively and significantly influence the rate of the increase at Aceh’s government banks, which means the interest rate affects the amount of deposits. deposits within a period of 1 month and 6 months to contribute a significant negative effect of interest rates on deposits in total deposits at Aceh’s government banks, which means the interest rate does not affect the amount of deposits, as well as for the deposit period of 12 months give contribution and no significant negative effect between the interest rate on the amount of deposits at Aceh’s government banks, which means the interest rate does not provide a positive and significant effect of the interest rate to increase the amount of deposits.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bank BukopinTbk Cabang Banda Aceh.Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Bank Bukopin, TbkCabang Banda Aceh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawanpada PT. Bank Bukopin, Tbk Cabang Banda Aceh.Ukuran sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 68 karyawan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui daftar pertanyaan/kuisioner dan studi dokumentasi.Pengujuian hipotesis dilakukan untuk mengetahui secara parsial pengaruh variable independen terhadap variabel dependen pada tingkat kepercayaan 95 % (=0.05).Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Bukopin, TbkCabangBanda Aceh. Gaya Kepemimpinan mempunyai hubungan yang sedang terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Bank Bukopin, Tbk cabang Banda Aceh.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work creativity, work motivation and effective communication on employee performance at the Simeulue sub-district office. The sample of this study was set at 37 respondents. This result in a partial test shows that work creativity has an effect on employee performance by 0.224 or 22.4%. Likewise, work motivation has an effect on employee performance by 0.636 or 63.6%. Thus, effective communication affects employee performance 0.236 or 23.6%. After the T test shows that: 1. Work creativity affects employee performance Tcount 1.898> Ttable 1.690 and p value 0.004 < from p 0.05 means significant. 2. Work motivation has an effect on employee performance. Tcount 4,459 > ​​Ttable 1,690 with p value 0.000 from < 0.05 meaning significant. 3. Effective communication has an effect on employee performance. Tcount 2.706 > Ttable 1.690 with p value 0.003 from <0.05 meaning significant. Simultaneously there is an influence between work creativity, work motivation, effective communication and employee performance of 0.741 or 74.1% and 0.259 or 25.9% is influenced by other variables. After the F test, the Fcount > Ftable or (31.432> 3.28) and the significant test that the p value of 0.000 < p which was set at 0.05 or (0.000 <0.05) which means significant.

Abstract

Performance is the result of a job that has a strong relationship with the organization's strategic goals, customer satisfaction and contributes to the economy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Social Service of Nagan Raya Regency. Location The research was conducted at the Social Service Office of Nagan Raya Regency, where there were 35 civil servants. The sampling method in this study used saturated sampling. In this study, the number of samples was 35 people, meaning that the entire population was used as a sample or saturated sample, while the analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that the compensation variable (X1) obtained a tcount of 2,340, for the work discipline variable (X2), the tcount was obtained. Amounted to 2,415. This shows that tcount > ttable is 2.03693, thus accepting Ha rejects Ho. While the Simultaneous F test of 5.728 with R2 of 56.90% employee performance is influenced by compensation (X1), and work discipline (X2). compensation and work discipline of employees at the Social Service of Nagan Raya Regency, the higher the employee's performance will be.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pemberian Remunerasi dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai dan Hutan Lindung Krueng Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling non-probability sampling yaitu tipe sampling jenuh atau sensus. Variabel (X) adalah remunerasi, sedangkan variabel (Y) adalah kinerja pegawai dengan menggunakan seluruh pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) sebagai responden penelitiannya. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat bantu program software SPSS (statistical package/or sosial scrence), sehingga diperoleh kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian remunerasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai dan Hutan Lindung Krueng Aceh telah berjalan dengan baik. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa R (korelasi) sebesar 0,732 dan R square sebesar 53,6% artinya remunerasi mempengaruhi kinerja sebesar 53,6%. Berdasarkan perhitungan signifikan, hasil perhitungan didapat bahwa (t hitung 6,169 > t tabel 2,035), maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Saran yang peneliti berikan kepada Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai dan Hutan Lindung Krueng Aceh adalah remunerasi harus dibayarkan sesuai dengan kinerja yang dicapai dari pegawai, memperbaiki kejelasan tugas jabatan dan meningkatkan orientasi keberhasilan kepemimpinan atasan.

Abstract

Penilaian laba dapat memprediksi kondisi financial distress dalam suatu perusahaan. Penggunaan data yang digunakan dalam memprediksi financial distress dapat mempengaruhi validasi data pengujian. Penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan PT Kharisma Utama di meulaboh Aceh Barat menggunakan metode survey data dalam jangka waktu 3 tahun lebih mencerminkan keadaan perusahaan kedepan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai laba pada financial distress terhadap uji regression logistic 0,067 dan tanda positif pada EBT adanya pengaruh peningkatan rasio EBT terhadap kecendrungan kemungkinan kondisi financial distress. Untuk nilai arus kas memberikan pengaurh positif pada uji regression non logistic sebesar 0,025, dimana nilai ini dapat memprediksi kondisi financial distress pada suatu perusahaan XYZ. ini menunjukkan laba memiliki predictive value lebih besar terhadap kondisi financial distress arus kas pada suatu perusahaan.

Abstract

This study to analyze the effect of leadership style and promotion on work motivation. This research is through a statement/questionnaire. The sample of this study was 33 employees. The results of the research on the partial test of the variable Leadership Style have an effect on Employee Work Motivation at the Banda Aceh Primary Tax. Position Promotion has an effect on Employee Work Motivation at the Banda Aceh Primary Tax Service Office. Then the Simultaneous Test between the variables of Leadership Style and Position Promotion has an effect on Employee Work Motivation at the Banda Aceh Primary Tax Service Office. Partially, leadership style influences employee work motivation at the Banda Aceh Primary Tax with tcount (2.568) > ttable (2.042). Partially, promotion has an effect on employee motivation at the Banda Aceh Pratama Tax Office with a t-value2,932 ) > ttable (2,042). Simultaneously, Leadership Style and Position Promotion affect Employee Work Motivation at the Banda Aceh Primary Tax with Fcount (23,548) > Ftable (3,316).
