Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on self-efficacy; the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial intention; the effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention; the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial intention through self-efficacy. Using a quantitative research with an explanatory research survey method. Data analysis using path analysis through modeling of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS. The data were collected through questionnaires to 120 women of fashion entrepreneurs in Makassar City, South Sulawesi. The results showed that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy; entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention; self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention; self-efficacy does not mediate the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial intention. The results of this study become a reference for women in conducting entrepreneurial activities and recognizing the influential aspects of entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of structures, rational and cognitive dimensions of social capital on lecturers’ performance. It employs a quantitative approach to research within the ex post facto design. The sample of the study was 67 respondents from Patompo University. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentations. Data analysis was carried out through analytical activities, which includes prerequisite test analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that: 1) overall, structural dimension of social capital, rational dimension of social capital, and cognitive dimension of social capital have a positive and significant effect on the lecturer performance; 2) structural dimension of social capital have a positive and significant effect on the lecturer performance; 3) rational dimension of social capital have a positive and significant effect on the lecturer performance; and 4) cognitive dimension of social capital have a positive and significant effect on the lecturer performance. This finding becomes an input for higher education leaders to better understand and provide with insights into which social dimension can affect the performance of lecturers by considering school backgrounds, increasing the lecturer participation thorugh reward system and appropriate performance evaluation models.

Abstract

Sekolah berkualitas menunjukkan kepemimpinannya menjalankan budaya kerja kepala sekolah secara efektif untuk mencapai visi dan misi sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peran budaya kerja kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan kompotensi kinerja guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru berjumlah 4 orang. Pengumpulan data saat penelitian dengan cara wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian setalah data diperoleh dianalisiskan mengunakan analisis kualitatif, yaitu pengumpulan data, pengelompokannya, memilih dan memilih data, kemudian melaporkannya. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa budaya kerja kepala sekolah terhadap peneningkatan kompotensi kinerja guru dengan cara menyediahkan serana dan prasarana serta mendorong guru ikut serta dalam pelatihan yang diselenggarahkan di dalam maupun di luar sekolah. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya kerja kepala sekolah yang optimal mampu meningkatkan kompotensi kinerja guru dalam penggunaan strategi pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif.

Abstract

Service activities are part of the tridharma lecturer. This activity is expected to increase knowledge and overcome problems faced by partners. Optimizing the benefits of natural resources is an important thing to do. This is intended so that these natural resources have high economic value. One of the abundant local natural resources at the service location is kepok bananas so diversification of processed kepok is deemed necessary. In addition, the observations also revealed that partners were only able to make fruit pie, which only lasted a maximum of three days, so the implementation team assumed that brownie pie making was something that could be taught to partners. The purpose of this service activity is to provide partner knowledge and skills through processing plantain marble cakes so they don't go sour and making brownie pies. The method used is training with the Asset-Based Community Development or ABCD approach by utilizing local natural resources. Partners in this activity were PKK Puundoho Village women. Changes in partner knowledge are measured through evaluation results before and after community service activities. The results of the dedication show that there has been an increase in partner knowledge and skills. In addition, activities have also provided new experiences for partners.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia memainkan peran penting dalam organisasi, dan lembaga pendidikan termasuk sekolah juga membutuhkan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis peran penting manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sekolah. Banyak sekolah didirikan tetapi gagal meningkatkan efektifitas, efisiensi dan mutu pendidikan. Dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sekolah, manajemen sumber daya manusia harus terus ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kualitatif deskriptif dan tinjauan pustaka. Data yang digunakan berasal dari buku teks, jurnal, artikel ilmiah, dan literature review yang memuat konsep yang dipelajari. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya sumber daya manusia untuk meningkatkan pencapaian pendidikan. Kemajuan dan pendidikan di Indonesia dapat didukung oleh sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Secara keseluruhan, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang efektif dapat membantu sekolah meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang diinginkan. Dalam pelaksanaan dan perwujudan organisasi, manajemen sumber daya manusia harus memperhatikan beberapa aspek, seperti aspek kepegawaian, pengembangan dan motivasi, dan retensi.

Abstract

Services using AI can be found everywhere, such as Google Assistant, Siri, Google Translate, Computer Games, and so on. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in learning in schools. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the literature study method. Sources of data were obtained through research journal articles, proceeding articles and books that were relevant to the research objectives. The results of this study found that AI can assist in analyzing individual student data and produce learning recommendations that are tailored to the needs and abilities of each student. Thus, AI can help teachers to provide a more personal and effective approach to the learning process. Adaptable Teaching: AI can be used to develop adaptive teaching systems, where learning materials can be adapted to students' level of understanding. For example, AI can provide additional exercises or additional explanatory material to students who are having difficulty understanding a particular topic

Abstract

The Effective performance management is a key factor in achieving the strategic goals of government organizations. This study aims to find out how the use of the balanced scorecard in managing performance management at KPPBC TMP Merak by using the perspectives of stakeholders, customer, internal process, and learning and growth and to find out whether using the balanced scorecard can describe success in achieving performance at KPPBC TMP Merak. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with primary and secondary data collection. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the application of the balanced scorecard in managing performance management at KPPBC TMP Merak using the perspectives of stakeholder, customer, internal process, as well as learning and growth is going very well and by using the balanced scorecard success can be described in achieving organizational performance at KPPBC TMP Merak as evidenced by the status of indicator 19 (nineteen) Main Performance Indicators for 2022 which are green (successfully achieved) and Organizational Performance Score (NKO) in 2020 to 2022 worth above 100 with a special title

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of tax collection on tax receivables at the Kuningan Pratama Tax Service Office and this research is to determine effective actions in the context of disbursing tax receivables at the Kuningan Pratama Tax Service Office. This type of research uses a descriptive analysis method. The research subject is the Kuningan Pratama Tax Service Office located at JL. Aruji Kartawinata No.29 Kuningan in the period 2019 to 2022. The object of research is a series of billing actions. The data used by researchers in this study are primary data and secondary data. In this study, primary data were obtained by researchers through interviews with bailiff officers at the Kuningan Pratama Tax Service Office and in this study secondary data were obtained from administrative records of the Assessment and Collection Examination Section at the Kuningan Primary Tax Service Office. The results of this study indicate that the most effective collection activity in the context of disbursing tax receivables at the Kuningan Pratama Tax Service Office is by issuing a Distress Warrant. With a Distress Warrant, the average ratio of the effectiveness of tax collection to the disbursement of tax receivables during the period 2019 to 2022 is 16.42%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengaruh Implementasi literasi peserta didik terhadap Asesmen Kompetensi Minimun Kelas VIII di UPT SPF SMPNegeri 1 Parepare. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada SMP Negeri 1 Parepare dengan Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah 291 siswa. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Random Sampling dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 siswa, tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan Tes AKM dan tehnik analisis data menggunakan tehnik analisis uji-t menggunakan SPSS 26..Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1). gambaran Pelaksanaan Implementasi Literasi Kelas VIII UPT SMP Negeri 1 Parepare pada; a). Budaya Membaca berkategori sangat baik b). Penyediaan beragam sumber bacaan berkategori baik dan sangat baik , c). Penyediaan beragam sumber bacaan berkategori baik dan cukup baik d). Refleksi literasi AKM berkategori sangat baik, 2). Gambaran Hasil Assesmen Kemampuan Minimun (AKM) siswa kelas VIII UPT SPF SMPNegeri 1 Parepare ; Hasil Pre-test memiliki nilai = 75 Hasil Analisis soal AKM Untuk Post- test Literasi Analisis Kemampuan Minimun (AKM) siswa kelas VIII UPT SPF SMPNegeri 1 Parepare memiliki nilai = 82,7 dan Data Deskriptif Pre- test ; N= 40 nilai mean 37,57 standar deviasi 4,00569 nilai batas dan std. Error Mean = 0,63335. Post- test ; N= 40 nilai mean 40,12 standar deviasi 5,27300 nilai batas dan std. Error Mean = 0,83373. Dari data hasil pre-test dan post-tes Assesmen Kompetensi Minimal (AKM) siswa sebelum penerapan Implementasi Literasi (pre-test) dan setelah Implementasi Litreasi (post- test) terjadi peningkatan data deskriptip seperti nilai mean, standart deviasi Dari data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahawa terjadi peningkatan Assesmen Kompetensi Minimun. siswa kelas VIII UPT SPF SMPNegeri 1 Parepare.. 3). Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan Implemntasi Literasi (X) terhadap Assesmen Kompetensi Minimun (Y) siswa siswa kelas VIII UPT SPF SMPNegeri 1 Parepare dimana nilai probabilitas adalah 0,000. Nilai ini lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau nilai t hitung 5,875 > 2.021 t tabel (n-1 = 40 -1 alfa 5 %) .

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan telah menjadi topik penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran teknologi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, serta untuk memahami dampak psikologis dan sosial dari penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Dua titik permasalahan utama yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam kurikulum dan dampak psikologis serta sosial dari penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka yang melibatkan analisis terhadap berbagai sumber informasi dan penelitian yang relevan dalam bidang ini. Temuan penelitian menyoroti berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam kurikulum, termasuk kesiapan infrastruktur, pelatihan guru, dan penyesuaian kurikulum dengan perkembangan teknologi terkini. Selain itu, temuan  menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran dapat memiliki dampak psikologis dan sosial yang signifikan, terutama terkait dengan interaksi sosial antara siswa, keterlibatan langsung dalam proses belajar-mengajar, dan pengembangan keterampilan interpersonal. Implikasi temuan ini terhadap praktik pembelajaran di sekolah adalah pentingnya memperhatikan tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam kurikulum, serta memahami dan mengelola dampak psikologis dan sosial dari penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor ini, sekolah dapat mengembangkan strategi yang efektif untuk memanfaatkan teknologi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan mempersiapkan siswa untuk masa depan yang semakin terdigitalisasi.
