Abstract

ABSTRACT The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in collaboration with the Association of Indonesian Internet Service Provider (APJII) recorded a growth rate of Internet users in Indonesia by the end of 2013 had reached 71.19 million people. The increase of Internet users who access the website very significant every day, with a load demand (request) is varied. This causes the performance of a web server be increased. Load balancing is a technique to distribute the traffic load on two or more lines in a balanced connections, so that traffic can run optimally, maximize throughput, minimize response time and avoid overload on one connection line. Now, database is required in order to run fast, have high reliability and availability, the database stored clustering can be divided into multiple machines and at the time the application is running, all the machines that store the data are considered as a single entity. From this research, author can concludes. First, Load balancing concept can give solutions to build a web server that can handle the request is quite high and quality in order to improve the quality of government services. With the web server load balancer service remains available when one server goes down, the other servers will automatically replace it, so the user can continue to access as if there is no problem on the server. Second, Data Base using clustering method is excellent for loadbalancing in the handling of system failure due to the ability of each machine will be used and if there is one machine that experienced a failure, the system will not be directly disturbed because other machines will still work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang perancangan dan pembuatan aplikasi media pembelajaran huruf dan angka untuk anak usia dini pada paud parahyangan dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi yaitu melalui smartphone berbasis android. Pembuatan aplikasi media pembelajaran huruf dan angka ini dengan menggunakan software berbasis Java dan XML. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan model waterfall. Aplikasi ini menampilkan informasi tentang pembelajaran huruf dan angka yang akan dibagi kedalam 4 kategori, yaitu : belajar, video belajar, quiz, dan bantuan. Aplikasi ini juga dilengkapi dengan animasi-animasi menarik pada tampilan. Berdasarkan pada hasil uji coba, aplikasi ini dapat berjalan dengan baik pada perangkat berbasis android dengan versi icecream keatas.

Abstract

Telkomsel sebagai salah satu operator selular terbesar di Indonesia yang menyediakan layanan data / internet tentunya harus selalu menjamin kualitas layanan yang terbaik bagi pelanggannya, untuk itu Telkomsel harus memastikan availability perangkat produksinya agar selalu prima, khususnya perangkat core. SGSN (Serving GPRS Support Node) dan GGSN (Gateway GPRS Support Node) sebagai komponen penting dalam core network Telkomsel harus dipastikan dalam kondisi optimal, untuk itu diperlukan pengecekan / health check secara rutin setiap hari. Adapun proses pengecekan / health check terhadap perangkat SGSN dan GGSN di Telkomsel Regional Sumbagteng saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, dimana petugas melakukan remote connection ke masing-masing perangkat satu persatu melalui OSS Server dan menjalankan prosedur / command untuk melihat parameter-parameter kondisi SGSN dan GGSN tersebut, dimana output hasil print command health check sangat banyak sekali, sehingga proses pengecekan (health check) cenderung lama dan memunculkan potensi human error. Oleh karena itu maka penulis tertarik melakukan penelitian dengan judul “Otomatisasi Proses Health Check Perangkat SGSN dan GGSN Telkomsel Sumbagteng Berbasis Web”. Otomasisai proses ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan Apache Web Server dan database MySQL. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan secara otomatis oleh sistem dan interface web sudah menampilkan parameter-parameter dalam bentuk resume, sehingga mempermudah dan mempercepat proses. Hasil dari pengujian adalah pada otomatisasi Proses Health Check Perangkat SGSN dan GGSN Telkomsel Sumbagteng Berbasis Web, proses dapat dilakukan secara rutin terjadwal dan otomatis, sehingga tidak perlu mengkoneksikan ke perangkat satu persatu, sehingga mempermudah dan mempercepat proses.

Abstract

Disease is an abnormal condition in the body that causes body misalignment. There are various types of diseases that threaten humans, both parents and children. This disease can be caused by germs, bacteria, viruses, toxins, organ failure to function, and also by inherited/hereditary diseases. The difficulty of parents to find out the disease suffered by their children is one of the problems of parents today. So, we need a system to help with this predicament. The purpose of making this application is to provide information quickly and accurately in solving problems to help consult about diseases in toddlers aged 0-5 years. In addition, to find out ways to make programs that are expert systems using programming languages for artificial intelligence applications, namely PHP and Mysql, the certainty factor method is applied in web form. Using the certainty factor method is a decision-making strategy that starts from the section premise to conclusion. The result of system implementation is that the user chooses from the symptoms that already exist in the system based on the existing symptoms then processed, from the process the system provides information on diseases in children suffered by toddlers. From the results of testing this expert system has been able to diagnose diseases in children. After the diagnosis, the types of diseases and solutions will appear. Diagnosing disease in children by using this certainty factor is expected to make it easier to diagnose disease in children

Abstract

This research compares strategies for identifying diabetic retinopathy (DR) using fundus image and discusses the efficiency of various image pre-processing techniques to enhance the quality of fundus images. Fundus images in medical image processing often suffer from non-uniform lighting, low contrast, and noise issues, which necessitate image pre-processing to enhance their quality. The study evaluates the effectiveness of several optimization techniques in selecting the best technique for identifying DR. One of the image pre-processing techniques compared in the study involves comparing negative images, dark contrast stretch, light contrast stretch, and partial contrast stretch, which are then evaluated using standard performance metrics such as NIQE, PNSR, MSE, and entropy. The results are further optimized using the Cuckoo Search Algorithm. The proposed technique produces better image quality improvements in several performance metrics, such as MSE, NIQE, PSNR, and entropy. Bright Contrast Stretch outperforms other techniques in NIQE Mean 5.2850, Entropy 5.0193, NIQE Standard deviation 0.2261, and Entropy 0.2612.

Abstract

Along with the development of science and the globalization of information that demands the creation of an all-computerized state. At SMA Negeri 4 Tualang, Siak Regency, the process of processing library data to making reports still uses manual bookkeeping. This can cause the process of searching for book data, member data and book borrowing data to take a long time and not to mention if the data is lost so it cannot be used again. Library applications are made according to user needs using the PHP programming language with MySQL database storage and Waterfall modeling. This library application has been tested with the black box method with 100% results then implemented and measured with values and measuring indicators as follows: User Satisfaction = 94%, Data Accuracy = 93%, Speed and convenience = 96%, Application and information security = 93 % and Support = 96%. Thus the digitization of library management is very beneficial for library managers and students as users at SMAN 4 Tualang

Abstract

The Faculty of Computer Science, Lancang Kuning University, as a private university in the city of Pekanbaru, uses the Sevima Edlink platform as a media for academic information systems and online learning. According to some students, there are still some obstacles encountered in understanding, using and functioning this edlink application. The purpose of this study was to measure the level of satisfaction of students of the Faculty of Computer Science in using Edlink using the C4.5 and Naïve Bayes algorithms. To measure the level of accuracy of the C4.5 and Naïve Bayes algorithms in order to measure the level of student satisfaction, the indicators used are the Servqual testing model, namely Tangible, Reability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. Based on the level of accuracy of the two methods. In the dataset used there were 91 student respondents who had filled out the questionnaire. From the questionnaire data, it was then processed using both methods and 9 comparisons of the different Training Data and Testing Data were carried out. In general, students are satisfied and understand the use of the edlink application. This satisfaction was tested using the C4.5 Decision Tree Algorithm and the Naïve Bayes Classifier. Based on the comparison that has been carried out using the C4.5 Decision Tree Algorithm, it produces an average accuracy value of 77.78%, which is slightly more accurate than the Naïve Bayes Classifier which produces an average accuracy value of 71.11%.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of standard histogram equation techniques and optimized histogram equations with cukkoo optimization in order to choose the best technique to improve fundus image quality to identify DR. The proposed technique to produce better image quality improvements will be tested in several performance metrics, such as NIQE, PSNR, and Entropy. the results of this study, the average PNSR before optimization was 50,8, whereas after optimization it became 49,8239. The average entropy before optimization is 4.5514, while after optimization it becomes 3.8577. The average NIQE before optimization was 3,4046, while after optimization it was 4,73. In general, the results of this study indicate that the quality of the fundus image is better using the histogram equation before optimization than after optimization. In other words, Cukcoo optimization is not suitable for increasing the performance of the histogram equation in improving fundus image quality

Abstract

The most common factor contributing to visual abnormalities that result in blindness is known as diabetic retinopathy (DR). Retinal fundus scanning, a non-invasive method that is integral to the picture pre-processing phase, can be used to identify and monitor DR. Low intensity, irregular lighting, and inhomogeneous color are some of the main issues with DR fundus photographs. Analysis of aberrant characteristics on retinal fundus images to identify diabetic retinopathy is one of the key responsibilities of image enhancement. However, a variety of approaches have been created and it is unknown whether one is best suited for use with images of the retinal fundus. This study investigated various image enhancement methods in order to see aberrant abnormalities on retinal fundus pictures more clearly. The contrast-limited adaptive histogram equalization (CLAHE) method, the gray-level slicing method, the median filtering method, and the low light method are image improvement methods used to enhance images of the retinal fundus. The parameters Natural Image Quality Evaluator (NIQE), Mean Squared Error (MSE), Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR), and entropy will be used to assess each image enhancement technique's performance. An ophthalmologist from Sains University Hospital (HUSM) provided the image data. The findings indicate that while each technique has its own benefits, the CLAHE technique, with a standard deviation MSE of 0.0004, is the best.
