Abstract

Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Kompensasi Finansial Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur (Dibawah bimbingan Bapak Yonathan Pongtuluran dan Bapak Alexander  Sampeliling.).  Tujuan  dari  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  mengetahui besarnya pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Kompensasi Finansial Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Jenis penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengambilan sumber data primer dengan teknik probability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS 20. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 60 pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, uji t menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi Finansial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai

Abstract

The Effect of Education, Work Attitude, and Job Skills to Job Performance Employe PT. Wahana Sumber Lestari Samarinda (Supervised by Mr. Jonathan Pongtuluran and Mrs Siti Maria). The purpose of the study is to know the influence the Effect of Education, Work Attitude, and Job Skills to Job Performance. This research in PT. Wahana Sumber Lestari Samarinda. The sampling method by using sampling sensus, sampel that collect as much as 150 employe. Data in the research this use primary data that is interview and questionnaire. hypothesis testing used in this research is multiple linear regression using SPSS Versi 20. The results of this study show: 1) Level Education positive and significant effect to Job Performance PT. Wahana Sumber Lestari Samarinda, 2) Work Attitude positive and significant effect to Job Performance PT. Wahana Sumber Lestari Samarinda, 3)job  Skills  positive  and  significant  effect  to  Job  Performance  PT.  Wahana  Sumber  Lestari Samarinda.Keyword: Education level, Work attitude, Job Skills and Job Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of job satisfaction, the work environment and self efficacy on commitmen organizational. This research was conducted at the hospital SMC Samarinda sampling method using census sampling and purposive sampling, collected samples of 105 nurse. The data in this study using primary data, interviews and questionnaires. Hypothesis test used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS version 20. The results of this study show that: 1) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on commitment organizational in hospital SMC Samarinda, 2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on commitment organizational in hospital SMC Samarinda, 3) Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on commitment organizational in hospital SMC Samarinda.Keyword: Job satisfaction, the work environment, self efficacy, and commitmen organizational

Abstract

This research aim to analyze the influence of recruitmen selection process and competence of employees on employee performance by using multiple regression analyze. Population in this research were  employees with  a population  using methods accidental in the  research 57  respondents.  The hypotesis  of  this  research  indicate  that  the  recruitmen  process  variable  selection  process  and competencies  of  employees  simultaneously  positive  and  significant  effect  in  the  perfomance  of employees at Bank Kaltim Samarinda. The calculation result standardized coefficients indicate more dominant recruitmen process variable effect the performance of employees samarinda.R and R Square result show that the level of relations with the variabel employee performance is moderate.Keyword:   Influence  the  Process  of  Recruitmen  Selection  Process  and  Competencies  to Employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kebijakan hutang, kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan institusional terhadap nilai perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di BEi Tahun 2012-2016. Sampel penelitian dari 16 Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan dengan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasi analisis uji F menunjukkan bahwa variable kebijakan hutang, kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan institusional secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Adapun uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variable kebijakan hutang, kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan institusional secara simultan berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
