Abstract

The benefits expected in this research are expected to add insight and Knowledge about Implementation Of Principal Leadership In The Education Profession At the UINSU Laboratory Madrasah Aliyah School. This study uses a qualitative design through a case study approach. Type The case studies used use facts and phenomena found by researchers and obtain data from the field in connection with Leadership in Learning. The research location is at the UINSU Laboratory Madrasah Aliyah School. Results of This research is: Principal leadership at Madrasah Aliyah UINSU Laboratory aims to encourage every member of the teacher and students to be enthusiastic in achieving goals and also aims to motivate and improve different performances according to the type or style of leadership applied by the Madrasah principal Aliyah UINSU Laboratory.

Abstract

This paper discusses the implementation of educational supervision to improve the quality of education. Supervision is a planned coaching activity to assist teachers and other school employees in doing their jobs effectively. In the context of education, the notion of quality includes input, process and output of education. To improve the quality of education, the role of educational supervision should not be neglected. Because supervision is a significant thing in realizing that quality. Supervisors (supervisors, school/madrasah principals) must have expertise and seriousness in supervising educational institutions in order to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

Manfaat yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana budaya sekolah dapat membentuk karakter siswa di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis studi kasus Multi-site Modified Analytical Induction, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di SDIT Al Hijrah 2 Deli Serdang.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan budaya sekolah dalam pembentukan karakter siswa berjalan dengan baik. Terdapat berbagai program yang telah berhasil menjalankan tugas pembentukan karakter siswa, dengan bimbingan dari para guru.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the challenges and strategies in designing competency-based education and training programs. Analysis of the need for these programs highlights the importance of understanding the complexities of competency-based education and training. The development of competency models is critical in this context because it provides a framework for designing and implementing effective programs. However, implementing competency-based education and training programs actually poses significant challenges, including the need for a deep understanding of the subject matter, the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, and the capacity to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical skills. This study provides insight into strategies that can be used to overcome these challenges and ensure the success of competency-based education and training programs

Abstract

In the era of online business that continues to grow, the development of technology-based entrepreneurial models, or technopreneurship, has become the main focus of attention. Rapid changes in information technology and the internet have changed the way we do business. This article will discuss how technopreneurship has become the key to exploiting new opportunities in the digital world. In this discussion, we will explain the importance of technopreneurship in the context of online business, including the role of technological innovation, use of online platforms, e-commerce, and mobile applications. This research uses library research, namely a method of collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to the research. This data collection uses the method of searching for sources and constructing them from various sources, for example books, journals and research that has already been carried out. Library materials obtained from various references are analyzed critically and must be in-depth in order to support the propositions and ideas.

Abstract

The research in this journal article aims to determine the application of letter management standards in increasing the effectiveness of letter management. Therefore, it is necessary to manage letters well and correctly so that the letters can be well organized and the process of returning letters can be carried out effectively and efficiently. It is hoped that effective mail management can be carried out by the relevant staff in managing mail, both for incoming and outgoing mail. So, in researching this journal article, it can be seen that the application of letter management standards in increasing management effectiveness, that the management of incoming mail is divided into six stages which are important to know, namely: receiving letters, sorting letters, directing letters, recording letters, distributing letters and storing letters. Meanwhile, for managing outgoing letters, there are also six stages which include: creating a letter concept, typing, editing, affixing a letter address, folding and enclosing the letter and distributing the letter. The implementation of management has gone quite well, and currently the system is being transferred to an electronic system.
