Abstract

In 2018 the airport Haji Hasan Aroeboesman East Nusa Tenggara Ende has a building area of the existing passenger terminal covering an area of 825 m2.With this area, the terminal building can accommodate flight service users of 200 thousand pax/year. In an effort to prevent the occurrence of passenger terminal conditions that are not able to accommodate the number of passengers in 2038, then in the terminal development plan it is necessary to analyze the needs of the passenger terminal area using data on the number of passengers within a period of 5 years (2014 - 2018). Forecasting the number of passengers in the next 20 years using the linear regression method. This method is also used to determine the number of passengers at busy times as a calculation of space requirements at the terminal. In addition, the SPSS Software uses a simple linear regression method. Simple linear regression analysis is a regression method that can be used as a statistical inference tool to determine the effect of an independent variable on the dependent variable. Forecasting passengers for the next 20 years begins in 2019 - 2038. The number of passengers during busy times was 216 departing passengers and 215 arriving passengers. With the total number of passengers busy departing and arriving, the predicted number of passengers will reach 500 thousand pax/year. For the number of passengers, the required building expansion is 1.372 m2. So the total broad needs of passenger terminal at the airport need Haji Hasan Aroeboesman East Nusa Tenggara Ende is 2.197 m2.

Abstract

Kalimarau Airport is a domestic airport that was founded in 1976 which is located in Berau Regency, East Borneo Province which has an important role in providing air transportation services. A stopway is a defined rectangular area on the ground at the end of the take-off path that is created as a suitable area where an aircraft can stop when it decides to cancel its take off. However, Kalimarau Airport doesn’t yet have a stopway at the end of the runway. The research began with collecting data such as air transport traffic data, data Aeronautical Information Publication at Kalimarau Airport in Berau. From those data, planning is carried put according to the method Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). And manual calculations using the FAARFIELD 1.41 application, the results obtained are the thickness of the flexible pavement structure in the area Stopway. Meanwhile, to calculate the value PCN using software COMFAA. This final project is designed how to plan pavement thickness using the FAA method. The planning of Flexible Pavement structure in the area of Stopway with the planned area is 2700 . For the results of the pavement structure using the FAARFIELD application, which is 32inch (81,12cm) with a PCN value of 57 F/C/X/T. based on the calculation of the RAB, the budget plan needed to carry out the Flexible Pavement structure work in the area of Stopway is Rp. 2.309.002.000,00.

Abstract

One of the facilities that support air transportation is the airport. The airport functions as a node for aircraft movements, passengers are one of the important infrastructures that can be expected to accelerate the improvement of the community's economy. The runway is one of the important infrastructure in the airport. This study aims to plan the pavement thickness at Minangkabau International Airport for up to 20 years. The study used the FAA method, namely the FAARFIELD application. With a growth rate of passengers and aircraft movements of 4-10%, the resulting pavement thickness for the runway is 141.28 cm with a thickness of 15 for each surface, base and subbase course; 36.93; 89.34 cm. while for the taxiway pavement on the surface course it is divided into critical and non-critical areas of 8 and 5 cm.
