Abstract

Kindergarten is an educational institution for children that lasts until children are 6 years old. At this age stage, children have a high curiosity about how to act properly in certain situations. For this reason, conditioning is needed to be able to control the development of behavior in each child. So, the purpose of this paper is to find out how to learn through social learning theory with efficient modeling techniques in shaping the desired behaviors in kindergarten age children. The subjects that will be observed are the students of TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 2 Jetis. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection in the form of interviews and observations. The results of this study, positively, children can apply noble behavior through modeling techniques with live models, symbolic models and verbal description models.

Abstract

The aim of this training activity is to improve the skills of accompanying victims of violence against women. The method used is qualitative with a case study design. Research subjects are those who are involved in the activities studied, understand and know information related to this research. Based on this, the research subjects in this study were selected using the following criteria: (1) Narrative therapy training participants. (2) Participants who take part in narrative training from start to finish and are willing to be interviewed. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results obtained are that there are 9 stages in narrative therapy which include: (1) delivery of material; (2) participant grouping; (3) participants discuss the review of narrative therapy and the cases they each bring; (4) group members discuss the review of narrative therapy material that will be presented. Then the results of the discussion are written on flipchart paper to be presented later; (5) participants are asked to dissect the initial manuscript. The initial manuscript was dissected and the root of the problem was looked for; (6) narrative therapy training participants were asked to deconstruct the initial script that they had analyzed on the first day; (7) participants are directed to discuss unique outcomes and reconstruct competing narratives; (8) outcomes, assembling unique outcomes into new narratives, and strengthening new narratives; (9) The presenter interrupted the participants to express their impressions during the narrative therapy .

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of inclusive education as a basis for shaping the character of students at the Mamba'us Sholikhin Suci Gresik Islamic Boarding School. This research paradigm uses a phenomenological paradigm, a qualitative approach, with a case study type. Data collection techniques use three types of strategies, namely qualitative interviews, qualitative observation, and qualitative documents. This research suggests that the implementation of inclusive education as a basis for forming the character of students is carried out in the form of implementing the Islamic boarding school program by implementing a curriculum that adopts a combination of salaf and modern systems that are oriented towards Gontor and Langitan Islamic boarding schools as the mecca of Arabic and English mastery programs as daily languages. - Santri day, while Langitan Islamic boarding school is the mecca of the Mambaus Sholihin Islamic boarding school in terms of its Salafiyah curriculum, besides that with the Tahfidz Quran, Tahfidz mutun, bahtsul masail fiqhiyyah, munaqosyah nahwiyyah programs.
