Abstract

: Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) menjadi pilihan yang harus diambil oleh para guru. Kekurangan pada PJJ ini salah satunya adalah terbatasnya cara penyampaian materi yang menarik kepada siswa oleh guru. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka perlu dikembangan media pembelajaran yang menarik. Salah satu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan adalah Powtoon. Powtoon adalah aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat menghasilkan media pembelajaran berbentuk video animasi. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu memberikan pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran yang menarik menggunakan Powtoon. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini, antara lain (1) penyusunan modul panduan dan pelatihan penggunaan Powtoon, (2) memberikan pelatihan pengetahuan mendasar mengenai penggunaan Powtoon, (3) memberikan gambaran cara menerbitkan media pembelajaran yang dihasilkan Powtoon, dan (4) diskusi dan tanya jawab. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah para guru pengampu mata pelajaran yang berbeda-beda dan tersebar di 4 sekolah Madrasyah Aliyah di Amuntai berjumlah 27 orang. Berdasarkan hasil survei yang dilakukan, sebagian besar peserta menyatakan pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat dan berkontribusi meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan aplikasi Powtoon. Powtoon dinilai mampu digunakan sebagai alat untuk mengembangkan media pembelakaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan.The Covid-19 pandemic has made Distance Learning a choice that teachers must take. One of the shortcomings of this distance learning is the teacher's limited way of delivering interesting material to students. To overcome this, it is necessary to develop interesting learning media. One application that can be used is Powtoon. Powtoon is a web-based application that can produce learning media in the form of animated videos. The purpose of this service is to provide training in the development of interesting learning media using Powtoon. The methods used in this activity include (1) preparation of guide modules and training on the use of Powtoon, (2) providing training in basic knowledge on the use of Powtoon, (3) providing an overview of how to publish learning media produced by Powtoon, and (4) discussion and question and answer. This activity targets teachers who support different subjects and are spread across 4 Madrasah Aliyah schools in Amuntai, totalling 27 people. Based on the survey results, most of the participants stated that this training was very useful and contributed to improving the knowledge and skills of teachers in using the Powtoon application. Powtoon is considered capable of being used as a tool to develop interesting and fun learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a thesis management system that can facilitate the management and monitoring of student thesis progress. For this reason, it is necessary to develop a web-based thesis management system that can handle these problems and is based online to facilitate access that is not limited to time and space. The thesis management system is made to serve the entire flow of thesis activities in the computer education study program, starting from the submission of topics, the seminar process, guidance to the assessment of the thesis trial. The design of the system uses the rapid application development ( RAD)  method. Design using UML, such as use case diagrams and activity diagrams, is equipped with entity relationship diagrams (ERD) and interface design using Figma. The technologies used are Laravel PHP Framework, Bootstrap, Javascript JQuery Library, and MySQL Database. Blackbox testing is carried out for all features in the system that are successfully run according to the scenario. 25 student respondents agreed that the thesis management system developed has ease of use and design accuracy. Testing the system generates data that the system is ready for use and implementation. So the system created is considered applicable to the FKIP ULM computer education study program

Abstract

Tujuan dari pelatihan ini yaitu meningkatkan keterampilan guru agar dapat menggunakan dan mengembangkan media interaktif online untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Peserta pelatihan diikuti oleh 42 orang, yaitu guru Matematika Kota Banjarmasin serta peserta umum lainnya. Pelatihan dilaksanakan pada hari Kamis, 5 Agustus 2021. Penyampaian materi pada pelatihan ini dengan ceramah, demonstrasi, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Materi pelatihan meliputi penggunaan aplikasi iSpring dan penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif materi statistika dan bangun ruang sisi lengkung yang dikembangkan oleh Program Studi Pendidikan Komputer. Media pembelajaran interaktif yang dilatihkan telah divalidasi tingkat efektivitas, kelayakan dan kepraktisan. Selain itu dilaksanakan pelatihan penggunaan iSpring untuk membuat materi presentasi dan evaluasi yang dapat diakses siswa secara online. Pengumpulan data dari kegiatan ini dengan survei. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini menambah pemahaman tentang media pembelajaran dan cara mengembangkannya, serta membantu permasalahan yang dihadapi. Hal tersebut dilihat dari hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan bahwa peserta pelatihan memberikan respon positif terhadap pelatihan ini.This training aimed to improve teachers' skills in using and developing online interactive media that can enhance the quality of learning. The training participants were attended by 42 people, namely Banjarmasin Mathematics teachers and other general participants. The training will be held on Thursday, August 5, 2021. Delivering the material in this training consisted of lectures, demonstrations, discussions, and questions and answers. The training materials include using the iSpring application and interactive learning media on Statistics and Curved Side Shapes developed by the Computer Education Study Program. The interactive learning media that have been trained have been validated for effectiveness, feasibility, and practicality. In addition, training on iSpring was carried out to create presentation and evaluation materials that students could access online. Collecting data from this activity by the survey. The survey results showed that this training adds to the understanding of instructional media and how to develop them and help with problems encountered. This could be seen from the data analysis results showing that the training participants responded positively to this training.

Abstract

Pendidikan saat ini tidak terlepas dari penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Sistem evaluasi pembelajaran juga perlu menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pelaksanaannya agar menjadi lebih praktis dan menarik bagi peserta didik. Hasil observasi pada sejumlah guru menunjukkan bahwa guru belum mampu membuat evaluasi pembelajaran sistem digital untuk mereka gunakan dalam pembelajaran. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan sistem evaluasi pembelajaran secara digital. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMA Islam Madani Banjarmasin. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pengembangan evaluasi pembelajaran sistem digital menggunakan quizizz bagi guru di kota Banjarmasin telah memberikan dampak positif untuk peserta berupa peningkatan kemampuan dalam mengembangkan sistem evaluasi pembelajaran secara digital serta respon positif terhadap pelaksanaan pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pengembangan sistem evaluasi digital bermanfaat untuk digunakan pada proses pembelajaran di era digital saat ini.

Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi saat ini dinilai sangat cepat dimana revolusi industri sudah berada pada fase 5.0. Sehingga mengharuskan guru untuk terus meningkatkan kecakapan penggunaan teknologi digital agar tidak tertinggal. Diperlukan pelatihan dan pendampingan berkaitan peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam menguasai media berbasis teknologi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu melatih para guru yang tergabung dengan instansi mitra untuk dapat membuat kuis interaktif online menggunakan Quizizz. Quizizz dipilih karena memiliki kelebihan seperti kemudahan akses, kemudahaan penggunaan serta dapat meningkatkan minat dan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran. Metode pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan yaitu berupa survey, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Mitra dari kegiatan ini yaitu MGMP Matematika SMP Kabupaten Tabalong, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Program kegiatan disusun berdasarkan kebutuhan peserta. Peserta terdiri dari 34 orang yang berasal dari 9 kecamatan berbeda. Hasil evaluasi menggunakan angket dari kegiatan ini yaitu 97% peserta dapat membuat media evaluasi digital menggunakan Quizizz berdasarkan mata pelajaran yang diampu. Selain itu terjadi peningkatan kecakapan penggunaan Quizizz sebesar 91.8%. Diharapkan hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat dimenjadi pemantik para peserta untuk terus meningkatkan penguasaan teknologi yang diintegrasikan dalam pelajaran.Abstract: Technology development today is considered very fast, and the industrial revolution is already in phase 5.0. So it requires teachers to continue improving their digital technology skills so as not to be left behind. Training and mentoring are needed to improve teachers' ability to master technology-based media. The purpose of this community service activity is to train teachers who are members of partner agencies to be able to create online interactive quizzes using Quizizz. Quizizz was chosen because it has advantages such as ease of access and ease of use and can increase student interest and participation in learning. The community service methods carried out include surveys, training, and evaluation. The partner of this activity is the Junior High School Mathematics MGMP Tabalong Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The activity program is prepared based on the needs of participants. Participants consisted of 34 people from 9 different sub-districts. The evaluation results using a questionnaire form show that 97% of participants can create digital evaluation media using Quizizz based on the subjects they teach. In addition, there was an increase in Quizizz proficiency by 91.8%. It is hoped that the results of this activity can trigger participants to continue to improve their mastery of technology integrated into lessons.

Abstract

Technology-based learning has been widely applied at various levels because it offers benefits and convenience for teachers and students. One example is a combination of offline and online learning called blended learning. It's just that teachers, both the concept and how to apply it, do not fully know this application; therefore, it is necessary to conduct training on the concepts and steps of application and supporting technology for blended learning for teachers. Mastery of applications in the Google Suite environment (Google Classroom, Google Forms, Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets) is important to manage blended learning optimally. This community service program aims to help teachers improve their competence in mastering IT for learning through training activities and mentoring in blended learning management utilizing Google Suite. The Participatory Action Research (PAR) method used in this activity provides space for participants to be active in learning the concepts and supporting technologies of blended learning. SMP Negeri 3 Banjarmasin is willing to be a partner in this activity. The needs of participants are the main foundation for the implementation of this training. Participants consisted of 24 people who came from various service periods and fields. The evaluation results of this activity revealed that 100% of participants believed it was easy to apply blended learning with the help of Google Suite. In addition, 92% of participants thought using Google Suite would make asynchronous classes more interesting. This activity succeeded in increasing the competence of participants in mastering IT, which was integrated into learning.

Abstract

Currently, teaching materials are needed that can be accessed offline and online to make it easier for students and teachers such as e-books.  e-books can be further developed with interactive features. The results of observations on a number of teachers show that teachers have not been able to create digital learning media for them to use in learning. This community service aims to improve the ability of teachers to develop digital learning media using the Flipbook PDF Professional software which will be hosted on Google Drive. This activity was carried out at the Madani Islamic High School, Banjarmasin City. The methods used in the training include stages (1) planning, (2) implementation, and (3) evaluation of activities. The results of the implementation and evaluation of activities show that training on the development of digital learning media using flipbook PDF Professional software for teachers in the city of Banjarmasin has had a positive impact on participants in the form of increasing their ability to develop learning media digitally.  The positive response to the implementation of the training shows that training on the development of digital learning media into e-books is considered useful for use in the learning process in the digital era at this time.
